Now to the Big question…..How do you draft a Business Plan?

You should Know, that they are 2 (two) classes of Business plans…

– The Informal, and

– The Formal Business Plans

An informal plan which is for your personal use ONLY, should include the following “usual” Business plan sections which Include:

– A profile Of your Target market
– A full description of your company, including its goals and main product
– A marketing plan
– An organization plan
– Financial statements
– Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis
– An in-depth analysis of your Competitors in the Industry.

For drafting a formal business plan, you should include all of the above sections , along with a full summary which should include a summation of all the points covered. Try as much as possible to use this “summary” to promote your business and this will eventually make it easy for a potential investor of a financial institution to accept your Application for Funding (after-all, what’s a business without funding?)

When presenting your business plan, make sure that you vigorously bring out the passion you feel for your business as this will definitely rub-off on your potential sponsors. You must add a description of your company Introducing your specific business and explaining your businesses main product and goals.

Trust is a very powerful thing; no doubt. We need it for society to function. We trust that people will stop at the traffic light when it turns red. We trust that our Doctor will give us the right Prescription when we’re ill because he care he knows what he’s doing and cares for our well being. We trust that the sun will rise in the east and go down in the west, Without trust we would be paralyzed with fear. Although some people maybe more suspicious than others, they do trust somebody.

The Immortal words of Nigerian singer 2face comes to mind : “I know you Kinda trust nobody, but you have to trust Someone…..” So it goes with our contacts and customers, especially those on our email List. You metioned writing quality contents....i agree with that....but it happens only if you have a strong online authority and people naturally link back to your page.....if your website has no authority..then getting a backlink becomes a long story.......... Dis method works only in a long term process....

Guest posting as you mentioned is great...but it can either make or mar your own website link building efforts if you don't do it right.......if you are guest blogging.....make sure your articles are highly professional..original....and practical.....dis gives you potential backlink more authority when google bots come feeding through links....

I disagree with you and I believe Matt of Google will also not agree with you, because it all starts with creating value of some sort otherwise your website bounce rate will increase which might lead to your rankings going down to trash.

Meta Distribution:

Meta Keyword:

#2 - Do Keyword Research

SEO involves thorough keyword research. Start with identifying what your website is all about,  do a keyword research on the identified term. Use good keyword research tools to find keyword phrases that suits your website niche.

#3 - Create SEO Friendly Contents

A well structured webpage makes it easier for your webpage to be found by search engine bots. Always ensure that all your webpages contains the necessary meta tags, a title containing your target keyword for that webpage. Use keyword in your contents, don't over do it, at least mention your targeted keyword 2-4 times in your content. Add the title tags which contains your target keyword to your links. Try to avoid misspellings, as it could increase bounce rate

#4 - Publish Quality Contents And More Often

The saying goes that "content is king" . Search engines love fresh  quality contents, which is why websites with the most traffic are websites that are offer real value to their visitors and  regularly updated . Always make sure you put up quality contents that are relevant to your niche. At least your content should contain 600-1000 words. If you create the shorter kind of contents , ensure that it provides useful solution to a problem. Don't engage in SEO practices like content spinning, copy-pasting and otherwise that are harmful to your site ranking on search engines as you could get penalized .

#5 - Build Backlinks

Just as "content is king", "backlink is queen", backlinks are very necessary for you to rank high in Search Engine Result Pages (SERPs).Without backlinks it is almost impossible to rank high in SERPs. #6 - Use Keywords In Images

Google hates duplicate contents, which is why Google advise webmasters to always canonise duplicate contents on their websites to help give search engine users better result and experience.For instance if you have webpages that have same contents, use the link attribute for canonization to canonize this webpages into the one you prefer search engines to show on their SERPs. e.g HeroKeys.com/seo-tips/ and HeroKeys.com/seo-tips-2015/ , I will insert the link attribute for canonization in the head segment of the latter URL webpage to tell Google that HeroKeys.com/seo-tips is the preferred URL.

#9 - Create Sitemap And Submit

Create a sitemap of all the webpages on your website and submit to search engines. This will make it easier for search engines to crawl and index your website. Make sure to always manually resubmit your sitemap to search engines whenever you update your website.

#10 - Create A Robot.txt File
You should create a robot.txt file to give search engines permission to crawl your website and which part of your website you don't want to be crawled. It should contain:

User-agent: *
Disallow: 
Disallow: /cgi-bin/
Sitemap: http://www.herokeys.com/sitemap.xml

,change the sitemap address to your sitemap address, save it as robots.txt and upload it to your server home directory.

Now i use unique images.....and made sure that the alt text--- alternetive text of the images had the title of my article ( for the Keywords)


Now as you said @OP...i did my Meta description the right way...making sure it wasn"t misleading.........

Then i published it....

Now i got the article to seen by Search engines within seconds--- you know there is how we forcefully feed search enbgine bots our urls.....


Then came the beautiful thing about SEO-----

I used an online tool that made my article go viral with large twitter shares...buffer...facebook....and google+

Then i made professional comments on over 5 content related blogs ( the ones who ranked above me) and put the link back to my article...

Then i created meaningful topics..on over 6 forums that has content related to my article.......and within a week..... my article hit 2nd page.....and eventually first page....


So the basis...dear OP is that getting to the first page on Google or any other search engine needs constant work.....and is NO MAGIC TRICK!!!
