Its not surprising that the wailers are wailing, due to the high cost of international passport the PVC serves as a defacto Nigerian ID because it is free. Many people never intended to vote with it. Come down south do a check, the PU are so far from where the people stay so low turnout is inevitable.

I thought those guys are full of hate at first, not until after what happened in my community in Rivers State during the election, the killings was too much by the NA, I was not there, my parents advice me not to go but when my mom told me the story of what happened, I nearly wept. even though I am still an APC supporter, my love for Buhari decreased and I am beginning to understand them. They are not hating, when a python dances in ur house, u will hate d commander. Same reason why Odi will never forget what Obasanjo did to them but unlike the IBO's we the ijaws don't spread our hatred, we let it die with time even though the scar will still be there. I'll say we are more matured than the Ibo's in this aspect.

The total accredited voters for Lagos state was 1,196,490 while the total valid votes stood at 1,089,567. This is roughly 17% voters turn out

Voter turnout across Nigeria generally was so very poor.

Truth is many Nigerians just did not go to vote.
