Typical Nigeria parents. Many of them easily leave their responsibilities to children. Sometimes I wonder if their purpose of marriage and having children is so that these children can come and work for them. Instead of a parent to attend to her child, she left the care of her child to the hands of another child (18years old Dorothy). The girl was pressed. Haba. You rather focused on being spiritual.
The typical Nigeria housewives would sit back and let their children clean the house, cook their meal and serve their husband.
There's what is called EXCELLENT spirit. The ability to do rightly. I'm not talking about perfection here o. Haba. It was midnight. How do you allow an 18years and 4years old girls walk alone at midnight.
I'm so pissed at the level of carelessness and I find it irritating. Nigerians leave everything to God. They blame everyone but not themselves.
The other day I was talking to someone about their Gen and Gas almost next to each other and advising the person to create an emergency exit door at the back because they had only one door in case of fire outbreak. The person was saying God forbid and nothing like that would happen bla bla bla.
But certain things can be avoided.

Although I have my own reservation for the CP and the Police, but it is improper and unprofessional to disallow a Police Officer from accessing a facility talk less of a Police Commissioner. I was once a security guard in the United States, it was in our code of conduct that we should always allow the Police access to the facility we were guarding. To become a security guard here, you must undergo a training and pass their exam to get a license. With this procedure, you know your boundary, you know how to relate to people courteously, and you know the criminal laws. You also know what the fundamental human rights are and your limits in discharging your duty. This is also applicable to the Police in their recruitment. It you breach any of this codes and ethics, you risk losing your license. But in Nigeria, no regulation, no discipline and no professionalism.

Night clubs and prostitution has taken over GRA part of Port Harcourt that use to be a VERY RESERVED AREA. You can take it elsewhere NOT in GRA. That's what Wike is saying. Sometime ago his convoy battered my car but that's not enough to see the truth and deny it. I think he is correct in this instance.

He better go and start a newer GRA in a new area of Port Harcourt, maybe towards Etche or Isiokpo or around the new stadium area, the current one has been commercialised.

Buguma used to be known for its end of year celebrations which had this carnival feel to it. Lots of people leave Port Harcourt metropolis to enjoy the event.

More information is needed, the issue here appears to be that of crowd control which is rampant in Nigeria.

Security situation in Rivers State was much improved in 2021.
