I need some advise please.

I recently received a passport request from IRCC. See my timeline below
Application Submitted - July 24, 2023
Biometrics - August 8, 2023
Passport Request - September 18, 2023.

I have sent my passport for stamping.

My dilemma is that classes started on September 5, 2023 and there was a deadline to enroll for classes by August 28, 2023. I was unable to enroll as I require a study permit to enroll. I emailed my school (Conestoga College) to defer my admission to January but I got word back today from the school saying that there is no intake for my selected program in January and the next intake is September 2024. September 2024 is too far so I am not entirely sure what to do next.

My thoughts are to proceed with travelling but I am worried that the resumption date will be flagged at the Border on issuing of the study permit.

Has anyone being in this situation before and what was the solution. Alternatively, any advise/insights are welcome.

Thanks for the reply. My sponsor is my father and I have done all you mentioned above ofcourse without the gift deed
Letter of sponsorship with his NBA seal because na lawyer stating he has sent the money to me for Tuition and living expenses and will continue to support.

I also shower my home ties. Pictures of the family at various event, even used the family company as home time, I have my name in the memart.

Unfortunately I only attached my sponsor's 6 months bank statement not 12 with considerable inflow and outflow. I also heard business account is a no no so in this instance I used his personal bank statement

But where my issue stands is with the documentation for the funds. Is it enough?

My sponsor deposited 24m in my account in two batches 16m and 8m after thr exchange rate went up but I'm now worried the documents I submitted might be insufficient

Car and truck dealer
Petroleum dealer too ( 3 filling stations)
I added all thr CAC documents, deed of Assignment, letter of lease to Bovas and pictures of business area but I couldn't get any invoices or receipts as no one issues receipts to people buying food or petrol.

Incase of a refusal, God forbid what do you think I can do better next time

[s]I can say that all my life, I can count how many times I've seen my mother cook or pick a broom, talkless of lay her bed.

Growing up, I thought it was very normal since our culture is one where you have to be very respectful and help your elders. I have many siblings so we all did everything for the house and for her. But lately, with the older ones settling down and moving out, I'm left with her.

It has gotten to the extent that my unmarried siblings also avoid the house because it's not easy living with her. We got her a maid to help around but it's not a permanent solution especially with expenses.

I'm a student and I came home this break while the maid travels back home for Christmas. The whole situation is quite tiring for me. I was baffled today when, while I was choked up cooking Christmas food for us and guests coming later, she called me to rub cream on her foot, like why can't she do it herself. The fact that she didn't even help with any of the cooking and arrangements was painful enough.

My siblings have given up on her as they believe she's used to it already and she can't change. I've been told that my late dad pampered her and got several maids for her so she has been doing this for so long already. My father died when I was little.

I've taken it as not a big deal but I'm beginning to think of moving to another state after graduation just because of this issue.

I don't know whether to confront her about her attitude. Or whether that would make me disrespectful or ungrateful to her[/s].

A gullible Nigerian once he sees that the car isn’t registered in Nigeria yet will rush to buy because it is TOKS not taking time to make due findings and inspection on the car. Toks doesn’t mean the car is good and there is not difference between TOKS and Naija used. You guys should do away with this mentality.. It is either brand new or used car

Been a while i last updated, Ceaser is doing great and growing bigger in confidence. I am so I love with him he is a top notch guard dog nothing goes pass him he barks angrily and show no sign of fear. Yay i just remembered while walking him we encountered a pitbull and bull mastiff the two dogs were in a compound and the gate was mistakenly left open ( i guess ) but the two dogs were chained up immediately they spotted i and ceaser come and see bark, i was thinking ceaser ll ignore them but rather he started barking and pulling me towards the compound i had to give him a tap like i always do whenever i want to distract him, luckily we both walked away from the spot unharmed. What impressed me is my 6months + ( as of then ) puppy's confidence and his bark too was as deep as the two dogs even if they were bigger and older.

Also changed his feeding routine he has gotten bored of dry food so now i get chicken parts from cold room mixed with dried fish

He ll be 28weeks ( 7mths) tomorrow
