I think you have written the most reasonable response, but the idea of making it look like we got free lands, free capital, free good to do business with in lagos, etc. Nigeria belongs to Nigerian first before any tribal group. Igbo work sweat, blood energy and time, hence while comments are directed at the Oba, he danced naked into the streets, and some comments are also going about towards the Igbo, hope that too is addressed. |

[s] emmalezy: Reports gathered by ReportNaija reveals that award winning Gospel Singer, Osinachi Kalu popularly known as Sinach has been banned from singing during services or any special occasion at Christ Embassy.
We learnt that the newly married singer, who is regarded as Pastor Chris Oyakhilome’s ‘anointed daughter’, got the shocking restriction from the pulpit after she performed at ‘The Experience’ last year december.
Further investigation revealed that Pastor Chris, who is still caught in a messy divorce saga had warned his staff against serving two masters at same time. Thus, none of them is permitted to take an outside job as long as they still worship in his church.
A reliable source close to the singer squealed to us that aside Sinach’s performance at The Experience, she also got the punishment because Pastor Oyakilome wasn’t in support of the man she married.
“The Pastor placed an order that none of his staff is permitted to take outside jobs, despite the fact that the church’s salary doesn’t come regularly. The problem between Sinach and the Pastor started when she got married to Pastor Joe. He wasn’t in support of their union.
Although Sinach still attends services, she doesn’t sing in the church, special programme or communion service. In fact she might even leave the church soon, “, the source told us.

SurePresident: Let's all condemn evil so that Nigeria can move forward. Greed, tribalism and hatred for other tribes has eaten too deep into igbos and it is doing much more arm to them than they realize. I believe that Nigeria would become a better country, if only the igbos would stop trying to cheat other people in order to greedily acquire corrupt wealth. Put an igbo to head a Govt office, he would ensure that other tribes that have much better qualifications are never employed, only igbos. Through 1966 Coup, igbos infected other tribes with tribalism.
Sincerely, the fact that igbo leaders sucked it in and were humbly clapping for the Oba showed that igbos are naturally cowards that try hard to cover up their cowardice by vain boasting and effort to greedily accumulate money. They didn't find their voice till they got to ndigbo meeting. It reminds me of how Ojuckwu, instead of bravely dying with millions of igbos like all true Heroes that he deceived into being slaughtered, he cowardly dressed like a woman and fled tail between legs from the fiery anger of Benjamin Adekunle the Black Scorpion. Likewise, Ojuckwu never found his voice during Abacha era till democracy returned. People like Wole Shoyinka, the great Abraham Adesabya boldly faced Abacha. Only that Yorubas are not proud, they are much more braver, cleaver and better warriors than igbos. According to the commendation of the white colonial masters on the military performance of the people from tribes enlisted into British army then; they praised the Yorubas as being the most intelligent at developing and implementing disastrously destructive military strategies. This was evident in the fact that Biafra was actually winning the war before the great Awolowo, the ununiformed Generallisimo, stepped in and came to the rescue of Nigerian Military by teaching them the military strategy through which the lingering war was quickly won. In warfare, all is fair that wins the battle. Your age mates my Igbo brothers are somewhere making money and feeding their parents, you dey here jobless ranting a fairy tale you grand father told you by the moonlight because you father couldn't afford TV. pafestula: Happy Easter to you all Nairalanders, please I need your mature and candid advise on this issue.
I want to go straight to the point here, last year July 2014, a friend of mine visited me in my house one Saturday afternoon, we were drinking together when his phone rang, a lady he scheduled for a date called him that she was waiting for him at First Bank side, then he rushed his drinks and pleaded I followed him to pick this lady, he also stressed further that he wouldn't like the lady to know his house, am married but my wife and kids resides in another country, but my so called friend is still single, so I complied...
I drove him and we picked the lady with my car to an hotel he has already arranged before coming to me, to cut the long story short, the lady refused entering hotel room with him, based on the fact they just met bla bla bla.
I later dropped both of them in their respective home and drove back to mine house around 8:45pm, when it was around 10pm, the lady called me and thanked me and asked about my welfare, she collected my phone number when she came down from my car in the presence of my friend, later saw her whatsapp message also.
This lady developed serious feelings towards me within a week, telling me she expected my friend to link us together the day we met, that his failure to do so made her deny entering hotel with him as she saw me first time and admired me so much, I told my friend all I got from this lady in a matured way and showed him the chats, he smiled and gave me full support to date her, but I declined as am married and she is NEVER my taste.
Ever since then, she has been calling, sending romantic texts, even sending airtime and always like to do more, etc, which i do reject, she always try to visit me or I should visit her, on Thursday my family arrived back home for Easter, last night I was with my wife in bed when I grabbed my iPad replying messages and my wife was right beside me, I opened her own whatsapp message and saw about 7 explicit nude pics she sent without my consent, my wife read our conversation and discovered am indeed innocent, but she is kind of moody.
I called the lady this morning and fought with her on phone due to her action, please how can I make my wife happy? and what do you guys think is making my wife Moody? my friend is also on NL reading this now. I called him and explained things to him.
The lady in question is a Nurse and 28 years old. Can I have her number, thanks |

A week later,i went to buy petrol at the station in my street,i had my earpiece stuffed in my ears, enjoying my highlife by osadebe,....i got to the station, bought the fuel, then on my return journey, someone tapped me and said.."oboy person d call u",when i turned,lo and behold,it was same gal i had met in school,i crossed to the other side of the road to meet her,i didn't know she was the one until she helped me recall....she was with plenty bags, and i inquired what she was doing with all those bags, she said she's just returning from Ph,that she saw me when i passed, and called me but i didnt answer her... I apologized, and asked her if she had any goody for me ,she said i should follow her to her house if i needed one....i declined because i was rushing home to watch UEFA match, and told her i'd come for it another day, after which i collected her number and rushed off.......
On friday that week,i went for a friend's birthday party, and slept over, when i was coming back on saturday evening,i met this same girl on the road, and she said i've been reluctant about coming to visit her, that i must follow her to her lodge that nite,i agreed, when we got to her house,it was a self con room, nice,i loved the paintings on her wall,i was admiring the room, while she was packing her cloths she washed earlier inside, after that, the next thing, she started undressing herself, leaving only her panties and bra on,after which she used her towel to cover herself before entering the bathroom, all this while,i just kept my cool, pressing my fone....she finally came out of the bathroom, and layed down on her bed with only her towel,we talked a few more minutes, before i told her that i'd love to take my leave now....when i got home, she sent me a whatsapp message saying i didn't ask her to offer me anything....

If something like this is happening after 16years of PDP rule then I can say the north was right to vote out PDP. These people are so wicked that once they are in power they care less about those who voted them in. What is the joy in looting billions of dollars and people die of poverty and drinks same water with goats? How much will a community bore-hole cost this wicked outgoing PDP government? After some dumb brains will call GEJ their hero for been a sore election loose and accepting his loss. Will Mandela, Nkrumah or Even dictator Ghadafii sit and watch his people drink with goats?
GEJ IS A FAILURE AND IS NO WHERE AMONG AFRICAN GREATS Don't make it a northern or PDP matter, has that community ever had water even in The days of Tafawa Balewa up to Abdulsallam. The Nigeria we have today and the issues we face didn't start at PDP or GEJ or APC times. Someone rightly said, what do they have a Local Government Chairman, Governor, state and federal legislators for!? |
