If you buy anything in the market you will pay the levy which state government have share in as a source of revenue. Weather you carry it in the head, in the car or drop it on the ground. That's the normal levy which is not only obtainable in Onitsha but across Nigeria including Lagos.

The money you will pay, you will given a ticket approved by both the market union, town union and the state government. It's a levy and not ugwo ani.

Ugwo ani is actually an intimidation, trying to tell people to pay for anything they do or carry in the land to the land owners.

Mine didn't come with cartons too, they told me they were brand new and I believed them and I also didn't check the date.

My only suprise here is the price, when I purchased mine over a year ago it was 145k and from the poor performance of Naira vs Dollar the price is supposed to be bumped to 200k.
Please do check well to make sure they are giving you brand new batteries.

that is not most case the reason for slow can be two things.
It might be Phone CPU,GPU and RAM or Opponent Nulling the Game.

Nulled games will get the user id banned instantly once it connects to online game server, however, there is a notorious pes backhat called lag gamers. The opponent user floods the network speed once the match starts. This will slow down the opponent's gaming experience.

I doubt that may be the case. Pes has multiple servers for both console and mobile, one can easily switch servers but the company is too big to utilise sub standard servers for their services.

Pes online gaming is always slower than offline gaming, however, users network stability and hardware factor can also be issues.
