Am not a spoke man of this govt but lemme try and enlighten u on how govt work.
Responsible govt work on budget, once u get it right then u r at the path of development .
First our state budget for 2020 was above 400billion naira, monies from fed allocation for the year will be a little above 180billion, our igr is less than 40billion, if u add it up it is between 220billion.
We have huge deficit.
Now there r 3 components in a budget, capital, recurrent and debt servicing .
Budget is not prepared by the govr, but by heads of ministries, dept's and agencies supervised by the commissioners manning those ministries.
When next u want to complain and run it mouth check the budget size then come back and let's gist.

A state where the people purchasing power is very low, state government is the major employer of labour and just some major roads and streets are ok. With the kind of money they are receiving from federal as allocation, the state need real human capital development.
