But using iron core transformer for mobile phones charger nowadays is outdated because of efficiency.

Learn about PWM(pulse width modulation), also the advantages of ferrite core over iron core, you can also rebuild a working charger to get started.

Great one op
Don’t you think the op’s method of using a transformer is better than PWM IC ? I think transformers are more durable than this power IC. What do you think?

Do you have a circuit diagram for this?

You used the transformer to step down the Ac. How many volts did you get after stepping down the voltage?

The diodes were connected to AC to rectify the current. Then a cap. The DC voltage is high at this point.

Did you use the transistor to reduce the voltage. What voltage are you getting at this point?

Foreign AffairsRusso-ukraine War: Amateurs Think Strategy, Generals Think Logistics … by owagbeba(op): 6:44am On Mar 14, 2022
Source: thesaker.is

Amateurs think strategy, generals think logistics … Or why Ukraine is doomed

A simple analysis of the events in real-time(1). No matter which one of the levels in the Battlespace (Tactical, Operational or Strategic) of this War Is impossible because there is the fog of war, the information we are receiving is old, compromised, unsure. We do not have the full of it on real-time (not even the Staff in the High Command of the contending parties have it) nor are we able to separate that quick the relevant from irrelevant, or real from fake, propaganda from whatever…

A simple analysis of the motivations or decision-making processes in the heads of the persons in charge (such as Pres. Zelensky or the Committee (2) represented by Pres. Biden) or any of the generals managing these operations is also impossible. We can guess their intentions, we can guess their motives from a visceral Point of view, but we are not inside their heads.

If we try to answer the Question: is Ukraine going to win this war? We can obtain some Answers from a purely scientific Mathematical Perspective.

War is won or lost based on:

P1.- Logistics

P2.- Will to Fight (3)

From P1.- we can observe that in the Ukraine:

Supplies:
Much of it destroyed, depleted, or captured. What is left is being used and suffering attrition. No possibilities of quick resupply by local production or by imports due to b) c) d) e)

Airports:
All-important military and Civil Airports neutralized or destroyed.

Ports:
All important Civilian and Military Ports and Transit Hubs neutralized or destroyed

Roads:
All Roads east of the Line Koroshen-Zythomir-Vinitsa-Yampil neutralized or under fire control of artillery and VVS. All Roads west of this line are at least under fire control of VVS, and/or standoff weaponry.

Railroads:
All lines west of the Line Koroshen-Zythomir-Vinitsa-Yampil cut in one or more points, neutralized or under fire control of artillery and VVS. All lines west of this line are at least under fire control of VVS and/or standoff weaponry.

From P2.- we can observe that in the Ukraine, once supplies are depleted,

Conclusions:

War is just Mathematics (7)

Mathematics never lie (cool

Didnt you read the sections of the post that clearly stated the attack was on a location near the US embassy and that only one us embassy staff was wounded?
And Yes israel has stations in iraq and other arab nations.
When israel strikes its reported as targeting terrorists but when iran strikes its on reported as targeting civilians through the western propaganda machines called mainstream media.
When America i travelled thousands of miles to invade Iraq with lies and false intelligence the whole world was mute.....but Russia is conducting a military operation to demilitarize its neighbour thats bent of giving its land to western enemies to be used to launch attacks against russia....the whole world finally found their voice.
Its a legitimate right that US and its NATO allies have used in the past and labelled as threat to national security that they want to deny Russia of...Russia has the right to invade crush and occupy Ukraine if Ukraine insist on being a lauchpad for western attack on Russia...
Bro... arguing with these guys on NL will drain your energy and ruin your day. Many have been hard wired to main stream media narrative that it’s so difficult to convince them otherwise, even when the obvious is so glaring.

Why should Israel attack Syria? Bombing airports, factories, military structures?

Why should Israel by proxy attack Iran?

Nations like Iran don’t do the talking, they take action and treat anyone’s stupidity be it American and Israeli.

Israeli has been running an Intel/ops Centre against Iran in Erbil in the shadows of a US embassy. Many a times they have used drones similar to the ones used by jihadist to hit at Iranian infrastructures. And they have often attacked Iranian military footings in Syria with the usual plausible deniability.

Iran, under sanctions for years, has demonstrated its ability to build a modern armament fit for modern wars. She has proved her ability to hit Israel where it hurts “Dimona” if Israel attacks Iranian soil. Same way she hit the US bases in Iraq.

Honestly, I think Zelensky should think hard about the possibility of loosing Ukraine as a country.

The Russians have taken a third of his country and they are gradually turning the pain dial day by day.

They are being methodical:
destroying command and control structures of the Ukrainian army,

destroying arms depots,

surrounding major cities

Encroaching into these urban cities one city at a time

By the time this war is over, the whole Donetzk and Lugansk oblast will be lost to the rebels. Imagine what Ukraine would
Look like when these regions are all gone.

Honestly resistance is futile . If Zelensky continues to encourage the army to take the fight to the cities, continues this war, many of these cities will be rubbles.

I think he should accept Ukraine’s neutrality and sign a law not to join NATO.

Resistance is futile. NATO and the west can’t help him

Foreign AffairsBennett Advises Zelensky To Surrender To Russia, Zelensky Refuses - Ukrainian Of by owagbeba(op): 2:17pm On Mar 12, 2022
Prime Minister Naftali Bennett told Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky that he recommends Ukraine take the offer made by Russian President Vladimir Putin to end the war - which includes many Ukrainian sacrifices - in a phone call on Tuesday, according to an official in Ukraine's government.

According to the official, Zelensky did not take Bennett's advice.
The source claimed that the phone call was initiated by Bennett. "If I were you, I would think about the lives of my people and take the offer," Bennett reportedly said.

Zelensky's response was short: "I hear you," he said.
According to the report, the Ukrainian president and his people did not like the advice.

"Bennett told us to surrender ," said the official. "We have no intention of doing so. We know Putin's offer is only the beginning."

According to the official, however, Zelensky's office isn't seeing results from the mediation. He said that Bennett isn't mediating so much as functioning as a mailbox and just passing messages between the two sides. According to him, a mediator needs to try to put together a compromise between the two sides and make his own offers.
"We don't need a mailbox," said the official. "We have enough of those. If Bennett wants to be neutral and mediate, we would expect to see him appoint someone to work on it day and night and try to get a compromise."

Ukrainian officials believe that Bennett's involvement in diplomatic efforts comes from his not wanting to take a clear stance regarding the Russian invasion for fear that it will harm Israel's ties with Russia.
On Tuesday, Ukrainian Ambassador Yvgeni Kornichuk is expected to meet with Knesset Chairman Mickey Levi. The official said that Kornichuk intends to make clear to Levi that the only option, as far as Zelensky is concerned, is a video speech in the Knesset plenum and not a Zoom call which will only include a few MKs.

If the Knesset speech does not happen, the Ukrainian leader is looking at other options. The first is a speech in Yad Vashem, and the second is a speech in Tel Aviv's Bima Square. Mayor Ron Huldai has already told Zelensky that he would be happy to arrange it.
On Saturday, the Ukrainian negotiator in talks with Russia said Bennett rejected claims Israel tried to nudge Ukraine into caving to Russian demands during talks.

Foreign AffairsRe: Russo-ukraine War: Failure To Understand The Enemy by owagbeba(op): 7:56am On Mar 05, 2022
Conventional, mechanized warfare is a time and resource consuming enterprise, and an operation of this scope isn't cobbled together in days.

The Russian offensive is taking place on four separate fronts. On a fifth front, in eastern Ukraine, which Putin declared independent last week, Russian forces are tying down Ukrainian troops that are needed elsewhere.

The bulk of the Russian forces are advancing southward from Belarus to Kyiv.

Russian advance forces, including air, mobile and reconnaissance troops, have been engaged with Ukrainian troops outside of Kyiv since the start of the war.

A massive column of Russian troops, estimated at over 40 miles long, is just 20 miles north of Kyiv, and is likely assembling to surround the capital.

If Russian forces can take Kyiv and push southward to link up with forces on the Crimean front, thus splitting Ukraine in two, it would be a major blow to the Zelensky government.

What matters more than a handful of setbacks is that Russian forces have pushed 70 miles into contested terrain in less than a week and are on the outskirts of the capital.

Foreign AffairsRe: Russo-ukraine War: Failure To Understand The Enemy by owagbeba(op): 7:54am On Mar 05, 2022
The world has underestimated Putin before and those mistakes have led, in part, to this tragedy in Ukraine.

We must be clear-eyed now that the war is underway.

Yet even the professionals at the Pentagon are letting sympathy cloud their judgement.

Just two days into Russia's invasion of Ukraine, U.S. Department of Defense briefers were quick to claim that failing to take Kyiv in the opening days of the war amounted to a serious setback.

DoD briefers implied that Russia's offensive was well behind schedule or had even failed because the capital had not fallen.

But U.S. leaders should have learned to restrain their hopes after their catastrophic withdrawal from Afghanistan.

Once again, U.S. and Western officials are falling into the trap of failing to understand the enemy and his objectives.

Allegedly, Putin believed that the Ukrainian government would collapse once Russian troops crossed the frontier and pushed to Kyiv, and that the operation has failed because the Ukrainian government remains in place.

Putin certainly hoped for a swift victory, but he clearly was not relying on his opening salvo as the only plan for success.

Rather, the Russian military was prepared to take the country by force if a swift decapitation strike fell short.

This kind of plan should be familiar to Americans who remember the 2003 invasion of Iraq.

In the first hours of the war, the U.S. Air Force launched its 'shock and awe' campaign in an attempt to kill Saddam Hussein and other key leaders and bring down the government. Saddam survived, but the U.S. military was fully prepared to follow up with a ground assault.

A look at the Russian military offensive demonstrates there was a plan for a full-scale invasion, which Russia is now executing.

Putin is NOT crazy and the Russian invasion is NOT failing. The West's delusions about this war - and its failure to understand the enemy - will prevent it from saving Ukraine, writes military analyst BILL ROGGIO
Wishful thinking has the upper hand in the battle to shape Western perceptions of the war in Ukraine.

Sympathy for the outnumbered and outgunned defenders of Kyiv has led to the exaggeration of Russian setbacks, misunderstanding of Russian strategy, and even baseless claims from amateur psychoanalysts that Putin has lost his mind.

A more sober analysis shows that Russia may have sought a knockout blow, but always had well-laid plans for follow-on assaults if its initial moves proved insufficient.

Foreign AffairsOil And Gas Sanction Would Harm America by owagbeba(op): 7:43am On Mar 05, 2022
An immediate embargo would only ‘raise prices at the pump for Americans,’ according to the State Department
US Secretary of State Antony Blinken rejected calls for immediate energy sanctions against Russia on Friday, arguing that such action would harm Americans more than Moscow.

After being asked by a reporter how Western countries could “beat Putin” when they pay Russia “up to $700 million a day in oil, gas, and coal,” and whether the US would consider implementing energy sanctions, Blinken said that while “nothing is off the table,” sanctions are supposed to “have maximum impact on Russia and Putin while minimizing harm to us and our allies and partners.”

There is no strategic interest in reducing the global supply of energy

The secretary of state explained that the “immediate effect” of energy sanctions against Russia would be to “raise prices at the pump for Americans” and “pad Russian profits with rising prices.”

Since Joe Biden’s inauguration last year, gas prices in the US have continued to rise. While the president acknowledged in November that gas prices were “too high,” he blamed Russia and OPEC for their “refusal” to increase production and help bring down prices for Americans.

Though Blinken rejected direct export sanctions, at least for now, he said the White House had “a strong interest” in “degrading Russia’s status as a leading energy supplier” and claimed it was currently working to wipe out the West’s “dependence on Russian energy.”

On Friday, the US Commerce Department announced that it would take action to target Russia’s oil refining sector, unveiling “new stringent export controls.”

The department said it was imposing “stringent restrictions on a wide variety of items necessary for refining oil” and targeting 91 new entities, including those based in the United Kingdom, Spain, and Singapore.

Western powers have imposed an array of sanctions against the Russian government, banks, companies, and individuals in retaliation for Moscow’s military offensive in Ukraine. While Russia has stated its goals as the “demilitarization” and “denazification” of the country, Kiev has accused Russia of invading the country unprovoked.

EuroAtlantic information machinery is so vast a complex that Russia can NOT surpass the west in this arena in the immediate future.

The only way Russia could get her voice heard is to capitalize on the western “short-attention” span and drip by drip spread her own narrative to win more ears. Honestly, I really don’t think we have competent folks in the diplomatic sector. Don’t our government know that this is a fight between Euroasia and the EuroAtlantic group? Why are we raising our hand in support of one group? Why not abstain? Why get tangled in a power struggle that bears no benefit to us as a nation but rather detrimental when we support one group against another. WE ARE JUST NOT GOOD AT DISCERNING WHAT IS GOOD FOR US AS A NATION. Are we so hardwired not think strategically?

If Euroasia wins this battle, won’t this vote affect our relationship with the nations in this group?

Many clever nations in Africa abstained from this vote including Zimbabwe.

Did Africa request a UN general assembly vote when the EuroAtlantic grouping bombed the crap out of Libya?

Did we even protest this destruction of Libya that has strewn arms around the Sahel? We are suffering the consequences of this war in the form of banditry along Nigeria-niger axis, ISWAP invasion of the north east, and BOKO HaRam resurgence.

The information war is real.

It will be difficult for Russian info feed to surmount the western news feed due to language barrier and vast army of internet warriors and main stream media. Many of the videos on twitter are fake.

It’s obvious to anyone following this event that “someone” is advising Zelensky not to negotiate a surrender. Rather the US wants his government moved to a third country and possibly continue the war and a possible insurgency. This is sad! I feel sad because any insurgency ops would literally destroy Ukrainian cities and many deaths.

I had hoped Zelensky negotiated Ukraine’s neutrality and halted this war. But those whose interest is to bleed Russia would want this war so prolonged to achieve a political goal. I am not happy!

Russia halted operations Last night hoping Zelensky was serious about ceasefire negotiations. Now day 3, they resumed military operations.
