If the same hospital tell you to take the patient back that he/she can't make it, we would still blame the hospital....human! |
Kekekenny:There was a time lastweek in this country where we never believed we have Corona especially in Lagos, many were saying it was just conjure to steal money now why claiming it's more than the number announced? You are all confused! |
Beckham14:Sanusi wasn't fighting GEJ, politics has becloud our sense of reasoning, Sanusi only voiced out the corruption going on in a particular agency of the government. I think, it should be about Nigerians not about GEJ. Sanusi is always known to be the person who can't hide away from any wrongdoings, he will speak out. I think we Nigerians needs to appreciate men of such character not bringing up this useless karma or badmouthing him...it is well with us all, so sad. |
tiredoflife:Is that life, from what you wrote, should we continue to live in denial and make believe? Sanusi doesn't like what's happening in the north, how the north look so malfunction because of this sets of leaders. The earlier the the better for the populace to see his intention and join him to fight this bad set of leaders. Am not a northerner, it's their problem... |
solveprob:Lol That's what our government is spending money On, media... Media plays a major role in all of this, so we need to be careful of what we see in the news this days. The present government came with a venom to discontinue all the good works of Fashola and thinking they could surpass it but not knowing, they are bringing us down...It has finally dawn on them! He deceived us! |
WritePal:Do you live in Lagos? do you know the Ambode personally to know he's the saint you painted? Well, I won't write to mallign ambode but this is my advice to you, if you don't know about anything, keep shut or better still, ignore it... And let me touch a little bit about the style of Ambode's governance, he pays so much on media. If you don't reside in Lagos, all you will be hearing and seeing on T.V are the good works of ambode opening bridges, busstops etc. But, Lagos has moved past that, the environment is dirtier, roads are not motorable anymore. All the agencies that were working effectively under ex Gov. Fashola were redundant. e.g LAWMa(PSP), Lagos state public works for maintenance etc. I asked you to please state, what are the achievement of this present administration on Education and health? lastly, civil servants are not happy with him, A whole Commissioner of a state cannot sign somethings that concerns welfare of his ministry, every running in the state all stops at his table which makes work slow. A lot of files under pending... My surveyor general of a state cannot buy laptop in his office, printers, photocopiers etc because the governor has to sign the papers to release money. During the days of Fashola, he doesn't sign money, all he does is to ensure smooth running of the whole entire process. Lagos state IGR has dropped dramatically, people don't pay tenement rate anymore because of the increment. It will be very hard for anyone to see all this because the administration paints it as if everything is fine. So many abandon project across the state, that the state don't even have money to fund. Tinubu is not even in the matter, it dawned on him when different group in the party told him they are already to dump APC if he support Ambode, so he has to choose between ambode or the party faithful, best thing for him is to be silent on the issue! |
Sultty:Seriously, I don't like playing this tribal card but I believe in respect of people's views even though it doesn't allign with yours. What is happening in Lagos is politics and good democratic process playing out. A direct primaries will be conducted, every candidate will be giving a free and fair chances... stop attaching emotions to issues, analyze issues the way you read them, not sentiments. The same party that produced Gov. Tinubu, Fashola & Ambode is also on the verge of either returning ambode or sanwo olu as their flag bearer in the next election. what's the evil in that? Positions shouldn't be automatic 2terms, it makes the governors sit tight, not saying Ambode didn't perform well but we need someone to give sterling performance more than what he did. it makes governance stronger! |
Ugosample:I expect nothing good from someone who's nursing hatred...Well, the truth is tinubu is relevant because he has supported good candidates at the expense of his close allies who he doesn't trust. All the people that were governor weren't any of his family members. They were people who have worked in Lagos state government and very active. He's a fatherly figure and pioneer to the formation of the party at the center today, so he's to respected. Tinubu wishes always allign with the people that's why people keep voting his candidates, our votes count. enough of unnecessary hatred on the man. |
shugabasbn:That's to show the kind of person the president is, he's not a do or die man, the way we carry politics matter for head, e no concern the man...Even the APC chairman showed some level of anger when he told the minister to be careful and not to mistake the president fatherly disposition to mean, he's weak... |
nijabazaar:exactly, you know, you are indeed hopeless, I can sense your bitterness...Life is not that hard, take it easy on yourself! |
akiOYIBO:How do you feel when typing this? seriously, in your mind, you think the easterners are more politically civilized than Yorubas? you are so wrong! This is a region you see different political parties gaining the momentum. PDP is doing well in the south west, APC is the new party rocking the west, SDP party is waxing stronger, ADC is there, AD is also there and many more. but in the east, its been one party system all through since 1999 yet, you said, you are politically civilized Within your mind, I know it will be hard to swallow the truth, but analyze your points before putting it out there...What is happening in Lagos is progressive, the people don't feel the need to change party hence, doesn't mean everything is OK. we need more, we want more development. Ambode messed up the political party structure in Lagos that's why everyone is against him. In terms of development also, Its rated 50/50. |
TheAngry1:Then, you are wrong! |
TheAngry1:You started well but ended badly |
FarahAideed:The person that made you to know Ambode is presenting us another viable candidate... So, let's trust on him! |
many of you don't know anything, you are just despising Tinubu for nothing. I remember when Ambode was picked, many of you went against it saying, he likes imposition... but majority of you now see, he picks the best hands. if tomorrow, he picks another person, I personally won't have issues with that, I know already he's going to work. And to rate Ambode's performance in Lagos, its 50/50 thing, he makes noise on the useless projects he makes. During the days of Gov. Fashola, He created systems that were functional in Lagos state eg. LASAA, LABSCA, PSP, LaSTMa, LAWma, Laspark, public works for road maintenance etc. Now during Gov. Ambode, many of these agencies are nothing to write home about, he discontinued some like PSP, brought in Vision Scape and funding them unnecessarily and yet zero results. Lagos is becoming dirty, Potholes is everywhere on Lagos roads. If you are living in Lagos only can you testify to this. stop listening to media propagandas. Have you people ever asked the present government of how much IGR Lagos makes now? he's depleting treasury despite the peanuts of project his doing. So many uncompleted project, so many white elephant project that will never see the light of the day. Mark my words and save this write up of mine, he's second term will be a disaster for Lagos. Its not compulsory to use 2terms before you work or before we can ascertain your impact as a governor. My prayer is, May the best candidate win the APC Lagos Primary! Long life Lagos Itesiwaju ipinle eko loje mi Logun! |
Chinapepe:Many of you don't know anything, you stay in the confine of your rooms to judge what is happening in another region. do you know more than is here? show me projects you have seen fayose commissioning? Ekiti is like Ohaozara in Ebonyi, don't ask me how I got to know about that place, that's where I served. Osun state was far better place to live than ekiti. there are a lot of project to show for even with Low IGR. He's project will outlive him and the people of Osun state will never forget him for that... |
AgonyOfHell:Pls, let's be civil when commenting on public forum. If you are not a Muslim doesn't mean you should abuse a Muslim or comment badly on a Muslim topics. |
DidierDrogba:You are not a muslim, if you are, you won't call someone offering prayers to the most high "stupid". And if so, May Allah judge you accordingly! |

Patrice Evra has explained why nobody should go to Cristiano Ronaldo’s house for lunch. Evra, who played with Ronaldo at Manchester United for three seasons, says the Portugal captain never gets tired of training. Speaking to ITV’s World Cup podcast, the seasoned left-back said: “I would give advice to anybody, when Cristiano invites you for lunch at his house, just say no. So he said, ‘Patrice, come over after training.’ I went, you know I was really tired, [and] at the table there was only salad and plain white chicken so I was like, okay, and water, not any juice and we started eating and I was thinking some big meat would be coming after that but there was nothing. He just finished and he stood up and he started playing with a ball, doing some skills and he said, ‘Let’s do some two-touch.” Continuing, he stated: “I was like, can I just finish eating? ‘No, no let’s play two-touch,’ we start playing two touch. After that he said let’s go to the pool to swim, I was like okay… And after going in the jacuzzi, the sauna, I’m done. I say, ‘Cristiano why have we come here, have we come here because we have a game tomorrow, or just for lunch?’ So that’s why I would recommend to anyone when Cristiano invite you to his house, don’t go – just say no because this guy, he’s a machine, he doesn’t want to stop training.” |
idiot, what is the problem with some of us, davido bought gift for his girlfriend and we writing this long epistle, for what? Is this a national concern for us to debate? There are other pressing issues to be debated upon, you wasting talent to write article on davido and chioma... If they break up now, you will be rejoicing because the the porche will become yours or what ![]() |

Your mouth will land you in trouble soon, continue...Foolish man! How can you talk ill of a respected institution like that? Can he stand in front of him to say such? why loose common sense because you want to write? what's the fuss about this name change we all arguing about? its a tittle(name), it still doesn't change the face that he's the Oba of Iwo. he can call himself any name, doesn't change nothing... And I pity some gullible people here turning this religious sentiment, the Last Ooni of life and the present Ooni of life went to RCCG church to kneel in front of a pastor, some people attacked them for doing it, some justified it, but the truth is, as at the time it happened, it was a shock to many of us, An OBA is not meant to kneel or bow to anyone again including parents, but that was broken the day it happened. Ooni of Ife is a tittle, Alaafin of Oyo is a tittle etc still doesn't change the Obaship in their power. If Oluwo of Iwo change to emir, he still doesn't deserve this kind of ill-mannered talk. As Omo Oduduwa, we are taught to be respectful to the elders and custodians of traditional institutions, what fani Kayode has done now is disrespectful....Any Yoruba supporting this lacks cultural upbringing and probably not a true Omoluabi. Omoluabi don't discriminate on religion wise! |
godliman:am telling you, it will take her time to find a true man in her life, she would continue to be heartbroken because of this, she wear that two faced mask on her personality making it hard for people to really see her in her true self... |
ChuxMyk002:Like the school you went to all your life, you weren't taught courtesy? writing gibberish online to attack people of a certain faith doesn't add anything to your life. Live and let's live in peace... There's no compulsion in religion! |
Stycon:I knew you still coming to that, a man is the one that goes on the chase right, be it a good or bad man, a women of virtue with shame in her will learn to reject advances that lead to sex. Man wouldn't force himself on woman. Rare occasions, you see a woman wooing a man, and that must be for a purpose. Look at the society of today, women wear cheap and loose clothing all in the name of fashion, what is it they are encouraging? when the man is not impotent...Moreover, not all things has explanations, that's the little I can use to back up my point for you. experience is the best lesson in life but pray you don't have a bad experience in life as a result of the subject matter...thanks! |
mukhcech:how is what I wrote down showing off to people? I wrote against something and you writing gibberish to me...Moreover, there are other miracles of Allah that has happened and will still happened in time to come. Go to YouTube or google and see several miracles of Allah through the Quran which was documented. And pls explain to me what you mean by "completely liberated"? |
Bede2u:For the avoidance of unnecessary arguments, I will like you to free your mind of bias, reflect and tell yourself the truth and not the nagetive comments you read about the north. Yam, tomatoes is mostly grown in the north, point of correction, you can do further research. Am surprised at your assertions that whites don't have sex with dogs, the most popular trade they engage our ladies from a particular section of the country is what? this are things that are commonly seen on movies, porn etc. am just hearing this news for the first time. some months ago in osun state, a man was caught sleeping with goat, we didn't castigate the whole of osun people. pls for the last time am replying you, let's learn to avoid ill speech to one another instead, speak on the subject matter...thank you! |
Stycon:well, people like you won't say the truth but will later come back to the truth either by divorce or by shock of her subsequent body counts... A woman's body is temple, meant to be adored, worshipped and respected. a woman that have lost the respect, value for her body, she would be shamed but unfortunately no shame again only few has it and still keep their dignity...I guess that's why the world is what it is... |
pls, this is not right and should not be allowed to circulate. This is not Quran from Allah, you can even see the pack that came with it like what they sell in stores. If this thing wants to have an iota of truth, I expected something like a leaflets or an extraordinary paper with an angelic arabic inscriptions on it not the kind of Quran we print electronically, this is shit news...As a Muslim myself, I saw the pictures and this is beyond common sense. we shouldn't tolerate mediocrity all in the name of propagating Islam. Lakum deenukum waliyadini... |
Bede2u:why are you preaching hatred my brother? Nigerians is a different terrain compared to others. we are still a developing society. All the things you made mention, you only talked about one and that's palm oil. do you know how many things we consume that are from the north. do your research... My brother, I don't like any tribe myself, I wish there was a Yoruba state myself where we can think and rule ourselves base on our ideologies. One thing am still saying is, the north has a different ideology, likewise the south east and south south, the subject matter that brought upon our argument is attack the subject matter and leave the region out of it, No particular region is better off. Stop the ridicule as if we are any better. I still maintain my stands, the whites made us to start respecting dogs because of the way they portrayed them to be, some even use their toothbrushes for dogs, some sleep together with them on the same bed, some have sex with them etc we don't hear words like they are illiterate, rather, we took it as their ways. |
Stycon:that's to tell you, we were never the same, the world at large have made us to be the same...You paying dowry on your woman meaning you are satisfied with everything about her including her past. Its the man that will house the woman(wife), cloth and feed her...So naturally, the woman with feel more stigmatization due to all these things except if reverse is the case! |
