RomanceRe: Help! Big Bust! by oYaTo(m): 6:20pm On Mar 23, 2008
Sisikill is right. We always seem to want 2 live another person's life; just as when i was a young boy i wished i were older, and now i wish i could go right back to my teens. Single people want to be married and the married ones will give their left arm to be single again. Once you get the big boobs u'll end up envying girls with moderate boobs.

BusinessRe: Beware Of ATM Card Cloning by oYaTo(m): 6:56pm On Mar 19, 2008
@poster

Your friend is to blame, cos no one can clone ur atm card without having the card details; even if a fraudster manages to get the card number, without the pin he can do nothing, so obviously your friend must have been careless about his pin. The common thing nowadays is for boyfriends and girlfriends to know each other's pin nos and use each other's card, and later on you find one of them complaining about his/her account balance one way or another not knowing that his bf/gf had made withdrawals without his/her consent.

Concerning ATM fraud, a fraudster does not even need to "clone" a card, all he needs is the card info: the card number and the pin. All he needs to do is to log in to any site (such as recharge card purchasing sites, or even pay school fees online), type in the card details, and make online payments.

The lesson here is simple: guard your pin jealously, don't even let ur s/o in on it!

This proposal kind of reminds me of one i witnessed at silverbird cinemas. We were watching spiderman2 and all of a suddeen we saw a marriage proposal on the screen, before we knew what was happening, the guy in question stood up, waved the ring for all to see and put it on the girl's finger. Can u imagine that craphuh People laughed the hell out of him and started screaming at the part where peter parker was to propose to mary jane, for him to wave the ring for all to see like the way the mumu guy did. I was so embarrased for the girl.

@ cheexy Meen that was some funny sh*t! Got me ROTFLMAO!

BusinessRe: Which Bank Is The Most Customer Friendly In Nigeria? by oYaTo(m): 7:23pm On Mar 02, 2008
Quote from: olado yesterday at 2:30:03pm
To me ithink Intercontinetal Bank is still the most friendly. Starting from their gate securities well coming with smiles on their faces to their cashiers at the counter who in turn will greet you well and respectfully. After your transacting your buisness with them they bid you bye and encorage you to continue banking with them. No wonder that saying goes"HAPPY CUSTOMER, HAPPY BANK".

@ olado
Make i tell u true, my brotha, all the smiles and gestures are all fake! They are doing all that under the threats of sactions and memos! The staff are treated like sh*t without regard to how they feel. I know cos i used to be part of them, The slogan should be changed to "HAPPY CUSTOMER, HAPPY BANK, UNHAPPY STAFF!!!"

I'm not saying that good customer service isn't necessary, but it's just the way the bank is going about getting their results that i question. Perhaps they could borrow a leaf from GTB strategies,

Christianity EtcRe: Why Condoms Should Be Distributed In The Church by oYaTo(m): 6:02pm On Mar 02, 2008
Condoms distributed in church? no no no. Absolutely not! The church should stick to it's message of abstinence; there are other organisations, NGO's that should have that condom-distributing responsibility.

What an absurd idea! huh
Jobs/VacanciesGot My Dream Job: There Is A God Indeed by oYaTo(op): 12:45pm On Feb 23, 2008
There is a God indeed…,

What would you say to a dream job of a lifetime falling right onto your lap? It happens right? Ok what if you did not even apply for it? That was my experience. I was seated at work (youth service) one day when I got a txt message from my dad asking me to call my much older cousin who worked in a multi-national conglomerate based in the US. I called him up and in short he told me he had fixed up a position for me at the company, and everything was already set but I still had one hurdle to scale…an experienced field engineer was flying in the following week to interview me. He told me all I had to do was to impress the dude and the job was mine and I’ll be off to New York for training. I could hardly believe my ears.

The night before the interview I knelt down and prayed earnestly. “God, this engineer guy was created by you, abi? And since you are making a way for me this guy must not be an obstacle.” I laid down and slept off.

The next morning I was getting ready when a thought dropped in my mind from nowhere. “What is Ohm’s Law? What is it’s definition?” Make no mistake I’m hardly the religious type; I even find it stressing to go to church two Sundays in a row…I prefer inserting one Sunday of rest in between. I did not know where the thought originated from but nevertheless I took it seriously. For the life of me I could hardly remember what Ohm’s law was despite it being the fundamental law in electronics. I quickly sent a txt message to a friend who grad with a 1st class and he gave me the definition.

After the normal tell-me-about-yourself questions the engineer drew some circuits and asked me some basic questions about current and voltage readings in the circuit. The next question hit me by surprise “What is Ohm’s law?” he asked. I smiled inwardly as I coolly gave him the definition. The dude just nodded and then proceeded to tell me about the job.

To God be the glory I’ll be going to New York for a year’s training, all expenses paid, including a house and a car, then I’ll be posted to any site around the world where I’ll start my career as a FIELD ENGINEER!

Guy i dey serve for one of the highest paying banks in the country at the moment, and right at the begining of my service i already made a pact with myself that i wont be staying whether they offer me armed robber salary or not(i studied engineering). Wrote this down in a diary and signed my name underneth. Why? Most people say that at first but once they get used to the system they go back on their word and decide to stay afterall. My experience has not been funny. I resume 7/7:30, close around 8/9pm, go for saturday banking, then get called upon anytime the ATM machine goes down, whether na morning, aft or nite, from monday to monday. As a result i have no social life, hardly do i know my fellow corpers, even to travel for weekend na problem cos of the ATM machine. My service dey end in two days time, and my brother, 160k or not, i dey ex. No be the kind way wey i plan spend my life. So i take it ur friend will learn from this experience.
