I am in full support of Biafra, in fact if I have the power, I will decree Biafran independence today. However, you guys peddle falsehoods to gain unnecessary sympathy. What's the 'Federal Government concentration' in Ekiti, Oyo, Osun, Kwara, Nigeria, Bauchi, Benue,Sokoto,Taraba,Gombe or Jigawa States? Marginalization is the most common song on the lips of Nigerian Political elites when they lose out in the intra-Elites constests for power with the accompanying access to National Treasury. Such cries are never GENUINELY about any development. ALL parts of Nigeria are marginalized and the ONLY People that are truly marginalized in this Country are the MASSES and they cut accross all regions of Nigeria. So go and sit down, mount pressure on the appropriate Governments to construct roads, build Hospitals, ensure portable water supply, efficient waste disposal, ensure power supply and security of lives and properties in your regions . Work for constitutional change to accommodate secession clause or defeat the Nigerian armed forces in war to get Biafra if you are so keen on it. No amount of incendiary attacks on other Nigerians will lead to Biafra. Stingman: Which question? The east may not be Eldorado...but it will certainly move forward by a thousand fold...and you know it.
Why would the federal government always concentrate on the north and SW, not even the SS that gives most of the money spent? Is this what you can explain? |

You peope have a penchant to suddenly place yourselves on imaginary high moral pedestal, preaching sanctimonious sermons, pointing accussing fingers against other Nigerians with silly victim mentality and a dangerous delusions of persecution. ALL NIGERIANS including the Igbos and the IPOB are culprits in varying degrees in the decadence and undevelopment of this Country. It's plain ignorance to assume that ONLY the Federal Government is responsible for our development as a country. The sum total of all our actions and inactions is the reason why Nigeria is what it is. The Federal Government (formed by all NIGERIANS including the Igbos) have failed in it's responsibilities but so also are States Governments of Abia, Imo, Anambra, Enugu and Ebonyi States, so also are LGAs and individuals in ALL States of Nigeria Why painting a dangerous pictures that other Nigerians are the Devils, responsible for the problems of the country and you people are Angels? 1) I am in full support of your Biafra 2) Your claim and insinuations that the Yoruba People are suffering untold hardship in Nigeria is most unfounded. Similar pictures can be found in all parts of Nigeria. #SillyTribal Bigot Stingman: Please go away. You lack the intellect to engage me.

The reason why I asked the guy these questions was because of the picture he posted and his post that the Yorubas are suffering in Nigeria but they aren't support of IPOB. My point is that Nigeria is rotten not just because of Buhari or our Government officials alone but because of the actions and inactions of ALL Nigerians including the Igbos. In my own little ways, I have worked diligently to reduce maternal and child mortalities in my State. I am not Buhari's fan, his media aides are in better positions to answer your question Amumaigwe: You need to tell us what Jubrin, as the President of the Zoo who spends tax payers money, has done right and what you have done as a private citizen to change the status quo. |

It doesn't mean that only card carrying members of a political party can serve in Government or represent their countries in International Organizations. There is no country without it's own developmental challenges. What are you and IPOB doing to improve the standards of living in Alaigbo? What is Nnamdi Kanu doing for the families of Igbo youths that were killed during confrontation with the Police over his incarceration? How many Igbo students has IPOB given scholarships to study at home and abroad? How many computers did Nnamdi Kanu donate to his old primary school? What's IPOB doing about the plights of young Igbo men awaiting executions in Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia for drug trafficking? Please tell me the problems of your town that you and IPOB have been able to solve. This simple explanation of yours can not be understood by most young supporters of IPOB. They were like the naive Muslim masses hailing Abubakar Shekau and Boko Haram in 2010-2012 wirinet: Ipob are getting negative attention. You think the physical assault on a Nigerian senator on international media promotes the cause of IPOB?
You think threatening a sitting president puts IPOB in good light?
IPOB is playing into the Nigerian governments label as a terrorist organization. They issues threats and act of violence and then immediately say IPOB is "a peaceful organisation". |

PMB has attended G-7 summit before, other African leaders need to be invited too. The Emperor of Japan is the Head of State of Japan and he receives foreign Presidents. Most times Reno Omokri deliberately post issues appealing to sentiments and emotions of those who already have hatred for Buhari. Buhari, no doubt has great flaws and his nepotism is second to none but most of Reno's posts about him aren't based on logical deductions. madenigga: this is a big shame to us Nigerians.

Honestly as a person, I strongly support the clamour to discard zoning...Let the most competent man leads. If we embrace merits in chosing our leaders, the most competent candidate at times may even come from a tribe of less than 50,000 people. Zoning causes so much acrimony and a propensity to unnecessarily heat up the polity. The fears of domination is already taken care of in the Constitution by the clause requiring 25% of the votes cast in 24 States, if we are patient enough. Those who were disadvantage in 1999 weren't disadvantaged in 2007 or 2011 or 2015. Similarly, those who may be disadvantaged today may be advantaged tomorrow. However, my belief in zoning is only personal. The Political parties may or may not believe in it. mrvitalis: So u dont believe in zoning ? |

Bros, abeg I no fit talk. Okay, I have agreed that Yorubas are the causes of the problems of the Igbo people...I hope this makes you happy sir? Yujin: Firstly, I'm not a tribalist and will never be. I've spent considerable time in the three major regions in Nigeria and understand the languages there. My submission is based on live experiences I encountered during my stay and other inferences from various exchanges both on and offline. That majority of Yorubas want Igbos to just feel satisfied with the demeaning position they were forced into is not contestable. Secondly, why is it only Igbos you guys always use this phrase for "respect your host". Why do you guys kick against Ezendigbo in your province but have your own obas in other regions and keep mum with the Hausas having 'Sarki' in your various domain? Thirdly, it's your people that are in the forefront of kicking against establishing anything that will stimulate economic development in the Eastern region while turning around to ask easterners to leave your region. Talk about the media war waged against us from over two decades that I can count and it's still raging. Finally, it baffles me how you of all people will tag Igbos with inferiority complex against Yorubas. I won't want to mock Yorubas but the truth is obvious before everyone. Is it in the average looks of both people or in their physique? Is it in their cuisine and value systems? Or is it in their intellect and ingenuity? I will certainly not deny Yorubas of their achievements. They are one of the best Africa has to offer when it comes to achievement but so are the Igbos. Countless threads have been discussed here to buttress these achievements so I'll skip it. But for other areas, leave it my guy. Igbos have no one to feel inferior to in Nigeria and the world over. If their are any group of people that have so impressed us to warrant having such a feeling, it should be the Europeans. But alas, we don't even feel inferior before them. We acknowledge their cerebral exploits and captured it in this statement: 'bekee bu agbara'. It loosely translates to; the European is an idol (not to be worshipped but) because of the solutions he can prefer which defies what we know. As such we strive to be like them and even better. We don't feel inferior to anyone. Let me stop here for now. Don't ever mention Igbos feeling inferior to Yorubas again. It's an insult! |

Contesting for the Presidency of any Country is a SERIOUS business. Posting your pictures on social media with the capture 'Behold your next president' is not the same as running for the Presidency of a complex Country like Nigeria. What exactly do you mean by 'it is the turn of the Igbos'? Do you mean, there should be no election in 2023 but an Igboman should be picked and sworn-in as president or if there will be an election, non-Igbo Nigerians must not contest? Please enlighten us on this claim sir. mrvitalis: Has he told u he is not ? ..sure he made a post saying im your next president

Many Igbos are saying they are not contesting, some say they want Biafra by 2023 but most Igbo commentators online seem to be pre-occuppied by how to stop Tinubu2023 or any Southwest 2023 project. mrvitalis: Then why dont u people support him to be president His from the south east and he has worked for APC |

You tribaliststs never cease to amuse and amaze me. Where did the Yorubas gathered to meet and declared that Igbos should do anything, let alone bow to Fulanis or anybody? Who is bowing to any Fulanis now? If Yorubas want Igbos to bow to some imaginary Fulanis, what did the Nupe, Tiv,Bini, Kanuris, Ijaw, Ogoni, Jukuns or Igala plan for the Igbos? There are over 200 tribes in Nigeria, why are you fixated on what Yorubas plan, think or do?..these constant outbursts about the Yorubas is portraying with deep seated inferiority complex Yujin: Lol. This is exactly what some Yorubas want the Igbos to become in Nigeria. To be so subservient that we would queue behind them as they bow before the fulani terrorists. Unfortunately for them, Igbos by creation were not wired like that. We are hard set to refuse and resist subjugation; it is incompatible with our being. See Joe Igbokwe speaking from the core of his being unlike today. It is true that some will fall away as the frustration rises but millions of others will rise to resist it. We're just too big for the domination Nigeria planned against us. We're suffering at present and still fighting it. Some day, we shall get it right with an ally that will neutralize the back up Nigeria has. That day hell will let loose. I won't care about ICJ will say of my actions. For every killings my people have suffered in Nigeria shall be tripled against our foes. All the rapings and arson. Well, let time roll by as we prepare ourselves. It shall never remain like this forever. |
