AlanSugar:Oga o, rather than you face the very message I was trying to pass across you were trying to talk nonsense and showing your foolishness here. For your info the coy I work has an annual turn over that is more than Nigeria's budget. And I'm sure the phone I use your annual salary can't afford it. Nonsense |

I wonder what has become of our dear nation. Government taking political credits for the plight of the people. Such a failed state. Once you fly to any reasonable country, as soon as you land you'll realise Nigeria is such a failed state. Nonsense 9 Likes 1 Share |

idrisaleo1:I used to believe that crap until a guy got to my school last month from Nigeria through DAAD. To be honest, I think work experience is the main thing those guys check and I will like to encourage anyone that has quality work experience like Ministries or other places to apply (even using your company's letterhead), you might probably get it |

omega25red:This your questions self, I think I need textbooks to answer them. Lol. I left Nigeria somewhat September last year and that was the last time we saw. I was dating her since University, so I couldn't have married her then. Exchange rate should be Euro to Naira I don't think she is a gold digger cos she knew me even when all I had was the 10k I get from home. LOL And as to when I want to marry her, I love her and she loves me. The marriage time can happen when we both feel it's best I just want to know if decisions like this is right |
Romance / My Girl Friend Lost Her Job Because She Refused Her Boss by Oye50(m): 2:55pm On Mar 17, 2016 |
Hello guys, I have something I am thinking about and I want some of you to tell give me a candid advise about it. I have a girl friend which I have been dating for about four years now before I left Nigeria. I do love her and she loves me too, at least based on my assessment. The real issue now is, she lost her job recently because she refused to sleep with he randy boss. I felt so bad about it. I am thinking of giving her some amount of money as a means of allowance monthly to sustain herself before she gets another job. I have doubts about it though because some people will say she has parents and I am not yet her husband and all. That is exactly why I am asking to know if it's is a good idea to go on with. Though I am yet to tell her anything about it. Thanks |

Gmart22:Your sponsor should always take care of it. Though you will have to open an account when you get here. You would present your own statement and also back it up with letter from your sponsor saying he continues to take responsibility of you. Not so difficult a process though |

suxex4ever:I think first of all you need to peruse the website of your school of interest. There you'll see the requirements and know if you need TOEFL or not. As to the motivation I've got a few copy but for effectiveness I think you shld do a some search from your end. This is PHD we are talking about and it's highly competitive. You can get some from Google, just click image search rather than web search. But be wary of plagiarism |

Obiwannn:LOL Really, is that what s happening to you guys? Seriously I've gotta slightly different story o. Most of my courses are done with different computer software. And they take time to give you the necessary tools to be independent with the usage of these software and the exams many times refer you to these software stuffs. It is well anyway 1 Like |

Obiwannn:Broda, you are mouthed. How your side na. I want to use this medium to convey to everyone that wants to go through UNI-assist. Go and ask about Western Union. I think it's cheaper but unfortunately most of us don't know. A friend went to the bank today and they gave him close to the official rate according to him. So you can transfer the cash to whoever wants to help you pay. Danke 1 Like |

GeepyEnsemble:I think that my friend told me one can send Western Union money from Nigeria, it could be cheaper. Find out about it. You can also ask the BDC rate, I am sure it is not up to 450, you can use dorm account but I think the ATM thing is a no no for now for someone on a low budget stuff |

frankie2K:It is not so compulsory it's here in Hohenheim or even Stuttgart. The most important is to know where you are going. As to being here, Nope you you have to send your hard copies after application and it must be on or before deadline. If you have all your documents ready, DHL would definitely get here before deadline for sure |

Eke40seven:Before you make any move, be sure to check the agreement you signed. If it's in German you may have signed that term unknowingly. So fighting will just be a waste of time and money. Take the contract to a German to fully translate everything to you. Besides it's almost everywhere, most landlords rarely accept folks not agreed upon initially cos the extra folks would lead to extra burden in the facility. Like water, internet if provided, heating facility and all. So thread gently on that path |

GeepyEnsemble:I won't advise you to pay to anyone's naira account if you don't really have much cash o. I wanted to pay for same thing for my friend and believe me Zenith charged me about 450 for just 1 Euro. I needed to send my friend the transaction screenshot cos even if I were him I would find it hard to believe. This happened just yesterday. 9th so it's very recent 1 Like |

Schwartz:Ok now I'm more comfortable explaining. I'll start now Firstly I told people to find out about their city of choice, that didn't in anyway paint Germany so nice. It literally means that not everywhere is great economically In Stuttgart for instance, someone went to the Rathaus with just 3k and his pay slip from employers, he got his 1 year extension. The reason I came here is not to paint anything, God forbid, I'm telling it the way it is. Find out about your city. My issue with the points you talked about is that you didn't read my points well. But I understand you better now. Moving on I don't pay for insurance cos one of my employers pay it in percentage every month (based on how much I work per month). Note it's TK Now as a mathematics student, I've got my house rent and insurance covered, and I've got money left to spend, how will I spend much more. Do you also know that during holidays, students in Stuttgart who can work can make as much as 1800 to 2k euros. God in heaven bears me witness. Not easy but attainable. Tell me how much that is in Nigeria. I don't want to mention names cos some of then are here. My friend is leaving Germany next month cos he's tru with studies and he's got job back hom.. His workplace sent him here and they have already gave him ultimatum to come back. He told me his salary in Nigeria for a month, he can earn it here in a week. Talk to ppl living here. A few ppl know me on NL one on one, so why would I start to coat anything. I'm saying what I know and I can stand by. That was why I started with check out your city. I wish every everyone successful time with our endeavor 3 Likes |

lakesidepapa:This path is not usually taken by everyone, if you are not owing anyone and you are studious, I don't think there a need for this but the truth is someday our big 8k will finish and the easiest way to get money on this land is as a student. Once you conclude your program and your 18 months starts. Your transport cost skyrockets, insurance goes up, taxes are higher. By the time you know it you'll find out you're working for the government and to keep yourself alive. I don't think there's a need to go deeper. 1 Like |

mechhengr:20hrs per week is scary o. That's exactly why I advised you to spread your course, though someone faulted it. As far as I know(maybe based on my location) you can spread and the Rathaus would extend your visa confirm. I know of someone from Göttingen that's even on leave of absence and he's working in Stuttgart self. First you don't need to rush with the payment. When the time is right you'll pay. If you can get just something that'll pay for all your living expenses, then you're totally fine cos your money won't be far from 8k afterwards, then you can begin to send money back gradually. My advise. Also don't be deceived people when you all get here, you'll know that the land of milk and honey we clamour about is an illusion. I'll stop there. So just going anywhere cos you want to leave Nigeria, is not wise 1 Like |

Schwartz:Before you fault a story you need to be in the person's shoes to know. First I didn't tell you I'm spreading my program; I've hit not reasons for that. I only advised someone that wants to pay so much money back home. Also my blood brother lives in Munich, I'm not a novice of the place. I've been there more than 7 times and I know what's obtainable there. I didn't tell you also that I've got 12k in my account; you don't have to assume. Anyway if you feel I'm wrong, who am I to argue. My Saturday jobs alone pays my rent. Now what point do you have to disagree with what I'm saying about my story and not your story 4 Likes |

lakesidepapa:I said that because you want to refund about 2M back home. How will you cope with about 5 courses every semester. A single course is an bulky as anything you can think of. It's just a logical reasoning |
