Danki:enjoy |
Danki:oh you still depend on people? I tot u had all d answers u need in ur dreams. Well Goodluck with dat. And do not insult sis Analice or anyone here anymore whether stylishly or directly. Enjoy |
@busybody- y don't u open a thread on dis topic and mention me. I'll be willing answer all d question you want but i think majority of people on dis thread av enough of dis particular persons case. @danki, sort ur self out. Y don't u keep on dreaming and living a dream. You should spend more time sleeping and dreaming than getting worried about wat anyone is doing on dis thread. Dream on |
Busybody2:Sister there is a big difference between spiritual and carnal issues. Tgere are section on nairaland like romance section, family sections where wen counsel is sought you can think outside the box to profer counsel but wen it comes to seeking spiritual counsel from christians, the Holy Bible is our only basis for counsel and thinking outside the Bible will lead to heretic counsel. For your questions, it is very possible for the said lady to b delivered and get married to a genuine child of God thereafter. Deliverance is like every work of grace which include salvation healing miracle sanctification and so on. In every work of grace, there is a personally coming to the cross of Christ on d party involved. Just like danki can't get her saved by his will but by her will, so also she can't get delivered just because he is willing. He had been willing all tru d times dey were still together and d fact he is still willing doesn't change anything. He talked about how the lady even made him break his vow. He talked about how the lady has been manipulative both spiritually and physically and how she wouldn't hear anything that had ro do with Christ. He hasn't mentioned any willingness on her part apart from the fact dat he sees her doing stuffs in his dreams. D Bible gives a stern warning about unequal yoking. Sis i want to sincerely ask you a question. Will you be willing to go into a joint partnership business with a fellow(even if d person is from ur family) if dat fellow is known to be of questionable integrity just because you want to win dat fellow for Christ? Marriage is even more important than dat business. D counsel uv all given him is out of our sincere love for him but its one thing to seek counsel but another to follow the counsel but at the end let us justify our conscience by telling him the truth according to the Holy scriptures. Shalom |
ifenes:so easy to say. |
ifenes:naa i dont find it strange rather i find it hilarious that you think you worship no one. Am sure you will run at d sight of fettish people like oro and ko |
seggzz:i av explained it to you before but let me assume you didn't read it. Naturally the tendency to commit sin is written in d DNA of everyman but its until we get to know good and bad dat sin becomes activated. D law reveals sin |
ifenes:good luck with that then |
ifenes:keep worshiping the stones and sticks at ur backyard den. |
ifenes:do you use the word God? |
ifenes:yes it does cos I believe the Bible |
ifenes:thank God I call Him YAHWEH. |
ifenes:infants cannot go to hell. I repeat, as long as you know good and bad, you can go to hell. D fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and bad opened the first man to sin |
ifenes:there is yoruba bible too you know. I am a proud Ogbomoso boy but am not proud of our fettishes. Wat did you think pushed alot of our parents to Christianity? Just take a look at Africa magic and see how we African portray ourselves as fettish, wicked, diabolical. Are we gonna also blame d white men for dat? |
ifenes:You wish as long as you have a conscience and know good and bad, you can commit sin |
ifenes:i rather b a slave to God than to be to d devil |
seggzz:You might think I am saying that sin and the law are the same. That is not true. But the law was the only way I could learn what sin means. I would never have known it is wrong to want something that is not mine. But the law said, “You must not want what belongs to someone else.” And sin found a way to use that command and make me want all kinds of things that weren’t mine. So sin came to me because of the command. But without the law, sin has no power. Before I knew the law, I was alive. But when I heard the law’s command, sin began to live, and I died spiritually. The command was meant to bring life, but for me it brought death. Sin found a way to fool me by using the command to make me die. Now the law is holy, and the command is holy and right and good. Does this mean that something that is good brought death to me? No, it was sin that used the good command to bring me death. This shows how terrible sin really is. It can use a good command to produce a result that shows sin at its very worst. Romans 7:7-13 ERV http://bible.com/406/rom.7.7-13.ERV |
ifenes:ur ignorance is legendary. Now let me give you free education but don't expect it everytime wen u can simply use google. The protestant church had just broken out of the Catholic Church and people wanted to know the word of God which was sacred at dat time as it was only Catholic priests dat had access. People like tyndale began to translate it to their local languages and almost other parts of Europe had gotten the Bible in their native language except England where tyndale was from. England was totally under the control of the Catholic Church and so it was prohibited for any one to attempt to translate d Bible from the sacred latin language (just like Koran is in arabic today) to English. Tyndale having been trained and tutored back in the Catholic Church started translation of the Bible into English and he translated majority of the Bible into English before he was caught and killed by order of d English king as at dat time. Few years later king Jame's ascended d throne as d king of England and he didn't succumb to Catholic influence so he gave the permission dat d Bible could b translated into English. 54 scholars who understood d original Language d Bible was written in i.e greek, Aramaic and Hebrew came together to translate it into English and dey used a major part of the work of William tyndale |
ifenes:dat is d question you were suppose to ask google before coming online to give false information |
ifenes:you obviously are ignorant. Go and google about Williams tyndale |
seggzz:sin remains dormant in man until the age of accountability it reached. apostle paul was clear on dis in the book of romans. It is d law that gives power to sin and until a child gets old enough to understand good and bad dat sin can take place. |
ifenes:all ur post reeks of sheer ignorance. Where in history did you ever read dat the KJV bible was written by king James? Google is ur friend |
rahymat:ok. It is found in acts chapter 10 of the Holy Bible. You can go through it one ur own if u av a copy of the Bible with you there or u can even read it online. He was the first gentile(non Jew) to be reached with the gospel because God so much loved him for his good works dat he had to send apostle peter to him and his family too. |
analice107:sis please let it slide. Enough has been said already. He that has an ear to hear, let hum Hear |
rahymat:Do not be confused. God speaks to mankind as d creator of all as long as you are sincere and desire to know him more. Av you ever heard of the story of a man called Cornelius in d Bible? |
rahymat:i believe God is calling you into a walk with Him. Do you usually feel the desire to know God more? |
rahymat:av had dat experience quite sometime. The very first one happened after i responded to the call of God to serve him some years ago. At night wen I would sleep den, I will hear a voice giving me instructions. It was usually a familiar voice mainly my dads voice or even my own voice. At first I didn't understand wat was going on but I wasn't scared of the voice cos d instructions i would usually get was to flip my bible to a particular portion of scripture and I will read it and get answer to a pressing question. I knew it was the voice of God but I couldn't share the experience with others because I wasn't aving a portion of scripture to back it up. Years later i read a book by Joyce Meyer on how to hear the voice of God. In d book she spoke about d way God's voice sound to people audibly. She sited d case of Samuel and Eli in d Bible and said God was actually speaking with Eli voice and dat was why Samuel could go three times to Eli afterall it wasn't only the two of them dat were living together at dat time. D fact dat you are worried about the voice you heard shows dat it is important. I'll advice you pray to God to know d reason He called. If it was a voice ot an evil spirit you heard, it will av almost turn ur head up side down by now. If I may ask, are you born again? |
Dey are not combat soldiers. Nda just started recruiting female into the officer cadre. D female officers in d military are mainly professionals |
Dis one just started ooo. |
Rahymat i can see you viewing this thread. I saw the thread dis morning about the strange occurrence you had yesterday and I know how frustrating it could be wen everyone is trying to convince you dat u were hallucinating. Do you mind sharing with us here? |
dazzle101:intercession on his behalf will be very ok. God will bring help along his way. Pray his eyes become open so he can see that he is in d midst of intense spiritual battle |
