Olominira: More crises for Trump and an average American. This is unnecessary. Trump is committing a huge mistake by canceling the initial agreement reached with Iran.
Firstly, US can't even manage the ongoing crises she created in the past with Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, Libya and others. Who's advising Trump? Crises in Libya is still a crisis in some parts of Europe. Germany already has millions of refugees from Syria. These are countries of smaller populations yet you seriously want to destabilize another country of 70-80 million people all at once.
The entire America with Europe would have a serious impact if Iran is set into crises. In fact, the entire world feel this impact because by the time 40 percent of oil output is cut off due to total blockage of Strait of Hormuz. The global market would respond immediately. This is not a wise choice. Even in Nigeria, a litre of petrol may go as far as N500 Typical Nigerian mentality of staying put jejely in one's house and enjoying your garri. We lack patriotism. USA didn't just kill him, they killed him because of his crimes against it's citizens. |

DivineGrace123: A person’s environment and culture can also affect one’s personality and how one behaves. In my son’s preschool, they have a daily roster for the person that will be the “leader of the day” for that particular day. For instance, if M is a leader today, F will be the leader tomorrow. The leader of the day usually has different responsibilities which the kids already know. Some of the responsibilities include directing his/her classmates, leading songs, leading his classmates to the playground and so on. Now tell me, how will such a child grow up to be a shy or timid person?
In addition, in Nigeria, the definition of “respect” is different. This has led many people to be timid and fearful right from an early age and they will grow up with such traits. When a child is “outspoken” for instance, the child’s parents can term him/her as being “disrespectful”. My supervisor is 62 years old and she told me that I should always call her by her first name. In Nigeria, even when some parents are wrong, they believe that no child has the right to correct them and therefore they are always right. Of course, the negative impact of this is that the child will grow up to be a “shy” and “timid” person. Indeed, our culture and environment do go a long way in affecting our personality and behavior. Wrong, a child in that class can be grow up to be shy and timid, an event can change the personality of such a child. |

Ftheophilous: With the way the members of this thread went for Gaggi's head on a pike shows that indeed most of us here are proper introverts.
A real introvert is empathetic, sensitive, compassionate and is able to imagine himself in one's shoe - I'm sure y'all already know this. Therefore, with the knowledge that this is obviously an introvert lounge, for introverts, and filled with introverts where words get embedded in our thought and can drastically change our perception of our self and surrounding, such words from him are completely unrefined, crude and lack thorough thoughtfulness...."a bit harsh"? "No. Not really". "I'm actually saying this with an understanding tone", lol.
Not to mince words, whatever Gaggi said, however brutal, is simply the truth. Some of us here have discussed certain features about our self that mirrors an introvert's trait but isn't necessarily an introvert's.
The best thing is to read far and wide about these traits, to know more about them, and learn how to overcome them or to meet with people with similar issues and learn how they managed theirs as we are doing here.
I've said it before. An introvert isn't timid, silent, reticence or laconic by nature. It is more as a result of choice. Most people are bearing their minds out, so of course there will be some weird things about them, and they didn't hesitate to share it. They probably know its an issue, but maybe saying out here and getting advice might just help them. If we go Gaggi way, no one will share their deepest thoughts here again, in case they might be judged or condemned. |

madbuk: Introverts think their words through before they utter them. We don't use terms we wouldn't want people to use on us because we are sensitive.
What he terms respect is what happens when one carry's with them an air of mystery which people don't understand yet, which is what he seems to portray at the moment. When they see the person behind the smoke screen, take a seat, a bottle coke and a bucket of popcorn and watch how the disrespect and jabs start to come at him, that's when he'll know if he was really respected.
Humans would always fear what they don't know..what they respect is the air of mystery around you not YOU!!!!!
A little lesson for him, be vulnerable and open for a week or two, let's see if he won't be tested/disrespected. i love the bolded. I think not being close to people, make them not to know me and that's why they respect me. Although, i have always know that being too close to people will make them know you well or treat one like trash. I just love this thread anytime i read updates from people. |

madbuk: People find it hard to understand my nature, I dodge my neighbours, avoid shallow conversations, stay indoors most times, hardly mingle except book reviews I go for because it makes sense. No girlfriend, emotions are subdued and I hate to let my feelings known to people because i find it hard to trust. Only few people have stuck around me. But then when I speak I keep people spell bound, I'm a bit of a perfectionist, sometimes I don't talk so people don't find me intimidating.Only few have come to know me. You are like me. |

Southgate just want to cap Tamori, so as to secure him, that's all. Tomori plays CB |

bellong: Chemistry technician is a skill level 2 occupation. Your degree from UNILORIN will be assessed as equivalent of an AQF Associate degree which is lower than required level for a Chemist.
Chemist is a skill level 1 occupation and required your degree to be assessed as AQF Bachelor not Associate. If you want to nominate Chemist, the program from UNILORIN must be five years or you have a Masters degree. It is what it is with VETASSES.
We are trying to challenge some of these things but yet to get anyone that will volunteer to be part of it.
Refer to the above
This assertion is not right. It is listed under SLTSS list, it is available for family sponsorship. Do you have family to sponsor you?
Everybody is waiting for that to happen.
No sir, you can't. You need at least one year post-qualification experience to get a positive assessment. Thanks for the clarification, yes i have a cousin there who can sponsor me. He's married to an Australian lady. Will the One post-qualification experience require me to have tsx returns and all that? I am asking to know if i can do a voluntary chemistry based work immediately after graduation. |

bellong: 4 year course in UNILORIN equates AQF associate degree.
It is either you do a Masters degree or nominate chemistry technician if it will be sponsoredd by any state when you are ready. Why do you propose Chemistry technician over Chemist? Is it easy to get good assessment for Chemistry technician than Chemist? Because i checked and Chemistry technician does not have 189 visa, and cannot be sponsored by family under 489. Maybe things will change when 491 visa kicks in... And can i apply immediately after graduation, knowing i won't have any experience points? |

bellong: No, all 5 year courses are automatically assessed as AQF Bachelor. However, the complication come if the course is 4 years. That's when tier 1 or 2 comes in. Ok, thanks. Is unilorin a tier1 University? I am Studying Chemistry and hope to nominate Chemist. Chemistry is 4 years course here. |

Ndidi, etebo, omeruo were awful in the game, they could not keep the midfield intact, their passing was poor, they would not give the right players the ball, even ighalo had few touches.
