Reading your story, i really feel what you are going through.
If not that i have experienced this with a girl i won't believe you, not my gf tho.
She's still a student, and have a business in school, she has given birth, and shes still young but chubby.
This kind of ladies are driven, most times they don't need guys money.
But they just can't do without deek, i mean it.
She's in a relationship o, but she told me it's an open one, and she fvcks any guy she wants, she too like deek.
Op, keep her as a friend, that's not a marriage material. Marry a girl that will give you peace of mind, but keep this lady as a friend cos they know how to do business. |

wink2015: THERE IS AN UNHEALTHY COMPETITION AMONG STATES AND THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FOR SUPREMACY OF AUTHORITY as far as lockdown matter is concerned.
Federal government imposed that authority and states counter it with curfew and other forms of authority.
In America, there is meeting point and agreement is struck with mutual understanding with both state and the federal government in Washington dc at choosing the best way forward for implementation.
But this is not so with Nigeria where we have Buhari as President who is a northern far right leader and his anti-restructuring and anti-south ideology.
Buhari just do what he likes without adherence to the constitutions.
Some governors have become DICTATORS due to covid 19.
They have even forgot what they were originally elected to do. Stop saying what you don't know. State government in America also tackled Trump that he doesn't have the capacity to dictate for them if they should open or not. "The US Constitution says that states maintain public order and safety. So far, it has been individual state governors who have issued lockdown or shelter-in-place orders." It's not a Nigeria thing. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-52274969https://www.ft.com/content/baad2a7e-94c5-415a-8118-a00bff23608a |

Since I started watching football, I have never seen any player moving from utd to Liverpool or Liverpool to utd but I've seen Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal buying from one another. Utd bought Matic and Mata but they have never sold to Chelsea. They bought Van Persie and Sanchez from Arsenal to weaken Arsenal. Now, we are jealous of Liverpool. I think we should face our job and work hard to go back to the top There was a time Gabriel Heinze wanted to cause kasala to force a transfer from Man Utd to L'Pool. aristocrazzy: Chai all these actors aren't really the actors because their stuntman does the work while the editors make it look real. its all because of their popularity and brand if not they're just there for fancy. Fancy you say? Let a stuntman headline a movie and see how successful it will be, lol. That's why Scott Adkins will always be a C-lister. And most times, stunt doubles are used so that they won't have a csse where the main actor will be injured, because it's will slow down the directing and production of the movie. |

Hakeem12
At least people abroad still have a chance to be whomever they want irrespective of tags.
Here in Africa you don't have a choice than you conform to wishes of society and parents unless a young person is rich.
I have come to the understanding that it's because young people can't get proper jobs to fund for themselves, that's why our parents have been able to cage us, not because of Nigeria parenting. |
Family › Re: Introverts Lounge (Extroverts Pls Keep Off !!) by oyetpel(m): 9:36pm On Jun 25, 2020 |
Hakeem12: That's society for you. "The mind is sharper and keener in seclusion and uninterrupted solitude. Originality thrives in seclusion free of outside influences beating upon us to cripple the creative mind." - Nikola Tesla.
Society is robbing people, especially young people of a lot of things. 1. Choice:The choice to be single, to not be on social media, to be a nerd, to get high and marvel Diotima's ladder of love or to be an atheist. Society robs the youth from thinking, from questioning women at the bus stops who are passing out Jesus flyers or who want you to attend NASFAT about them briefly explaining platonism and via Socrates dialectic method, opening their eyes. Faith is the new lust. Society wants everyone, not just the youths, not just introverts alone, to bow down, to give in to their demands.
2. Being ourselves. We are scared to have an opinion because if you are a Trump supporter for example, you are automatically a racist bigot. We are scared to end up on the losing side. We are scared to take opportunity because being an opportunist is bad and it is better to be unnoticed according to society. To be the majority, to be like everyone else is safer. We must have a label on our head. She is a lesbian, he is gay, he is too feminine, she is too masculine. We judge and are afraid to be judged. We are passive aggressive. We are afraid to speak up. We are afraid of "no" and failure. We are afraid of living, just crossing off the days in the calendar, in anticipation of what? Death? Don't live like that bro.
3. Love. Our society is now fast food everywhere. In each aspect of it, food. It has to be fast. It has to be a drive thru. Love? Screw that. Who wants a mortgage, a commitment, and old wrinkly wife with a tummy that's already pushed out four kids. It's better to have a fling, to have a moment of lust, to say "I love you" just after four weeks of dating. Dating is the new marriage, you dont believe me? Look around you. We stopped caring and acknowledging true beauty. We are even dumb to not know that all bodies are similar, we are contaminated with short term gratification. I was raised a muslim, mum's a Christian though, catholic, I can speak Arabic almost like a mother's tongue, also went to catholic school, but religion wasn't it for me. That was a choice, you make yours. Did you write this? |
Education › Re: Schools Must Setup Isolation Centers Before Reopening - Adamu Adamu by oyetpel(m): 11:28pm On Jun 24, 2020 |
I don't get why people are complaining.
This is a big step forward towards opening tertiary institutions
The isolation centers is not like 100 bed or 300 bed centers like states are commissioning. It can be a 5 or 10 bed center for emergency treatment, and if it turns out to be a severe case such student(s) will be transferred to their school teaching hospitals.
It is something obvious that the covid-19 here is Nigeria is a child's play compared to USA, judging by infections and death rate.
Our government are just doing copy cat, they locked us down because world powers are on lockdown too.
What the FG fears, and what you will be careful about if you are a president is because they are scared if 10-20 pupils die once they open schools.
So having isolation centers of minimum of 10 beds where such pupils can easily be taken care of is the right decision.
And i think this is meant for higher institutions and pri/secondary schools that operates boarding school. |

Perfecttouchade: but why then are the teachers so keen about resuming fast when we still have a case here...don't u think the numbers of positive infected ones discovered at the moment, some of these teachers u are talking about are there , since no one will tell u they are infected (stigma)..if lessons are carried out by teachers at home , don't u think it's another way to reduce the infections..as an adult going out, I know I'm suppose to protect myself by covering up properly (mask, long sleeves shirt , keep my distance in the bus, sneeze or cough and I jump out of the bus lol or rather run jump away if I'm walking and someone cough or sneeze ) ..the precautions given are if feeling terribly sick just stay indoors and away from others...so many people dey die now, who knows what's going on since our health system is messed and not capable enough , it's better we wait a Lil time or we wait forever if we can't just keep calm, pray, watch till this pandemic is over..may we all see each other at the end of this pandemic and congratulate ourselves for making it through..once again stay safe sis/bro Its a lesson class. The amount they get is not up to their salary at all, and most of them don't have any other means to earn, (i mean the teachers). Concerning the pandemic and Nigeria. Someone once said that the Nigeria government have never done things that benefit it's citizens, so definitely this lockdown is not because our government suddenly cares about us, it's because the world even powerful nations are on lockdown, so Nigeria should be on lockdown too Our testing of just over 100,000 people is a child's play compared to US that have tested over 5 million people, whereas US is just a few millions more than Nigeria population. If you study the way Covid-19 is being addressed in Nigeria you will know that all we are doing is copy cat. The FG is being careful of 1 or 2 deaths if they open every where. Whereas without covid-19 people die everyday. I am just fed up of everything tho, this pandemic has messed me up, thank God for Nigeria that made my/our hears strong. |

Perfecttouchade: What if any teacher who is infected too passes it on to other teachers, do we want to start losing teachers to this virus? Are these people really thinking properly sef...how can parents afford school bills at the moment, no palliatives to keep their belly running sef, If the government wants to open school then they should be ready to sort bills as well but I'm very sure no parents is ready to lose their children at all..some places in Germany who reopened recently are currently going on total lockdown again due to re-infection...let parents take up the responsibility of studying with their kids for now till the Virus is under our feet...no need for the rush, lives are at risk The teachers you care about are holding lessons in their houses, students come for the lesson in droves. The parents of these children go to their workplaces and still return after encountering a lot of people in vehicles and market. With this, the infection should have gone around. |

Investnow2017: Psychologically, there is a limit to which humans can be caged. People want to be let loose to decide their fate, it is a human tendency. Apart from the economic implications, even with adequate palliatives, many will still crave their freedom. That is how we are made. Time minimizes danger in the heart of man. Even with hospitals getting overwhelmed in Chile, many still trooped out demonstrating against protracted restrictions put in place It doesn't hit home until a loved one is involved. When you hear that a 100 people died, you just scream in surprise, but after a few seconds you get into your routine and involved in a different discussion. But if just one out of the hundred was a relative, you would know that the 100 is more than a statistic! Remember too that a lot of folks are simply fed up with the world. Some medics both in Italy and the US reportedly committed suicide after being exposed to too many deaths - they saw the futility of life in the literal sense if it. Even if the Coronavirus were to be as dangerous as Ebola is, people will still flout continued restriction. Humans were not created to be caged in prolonged fear, that is why imprisonment is a punishment Did I make any sense at all You try, nice reply. But don't let me talk. |

Investnow2017: It is a pity you did not understand me. Who is advocating for a lockdown? What will lockdown achieve at this point? Which nation on earth can sustain a prolonged lockdown? But that you have lost a lot due to the past lockdown does not mean that Coronavirus is a scam. That is the simple message I am passing. If you still have difficulties to understand me, you are free to seek for further clarification. Ok? Take care. Over 100,000 dead in US and millions participated in protests across USA, i am confused. |

ThierryJay: It amazes me that a high number of Nigerians still believe that COVID-19 is a scam. Scam that has killed Abba Kyari, Maikanti Baru, President of Burundi, Tinubu's ADC and now Senator Osinowo. Scam that has almost killed Nasir El-Rufai, Governor Ikpeazu, and now Senator Ajimobi. Will all these notable people willingly sacrifice their lives for the so called financial benefit from Covid 19? Logic requires that if it is a scam, then these guys must have been willing participants in the hoax.
These dumb set of Nigerians keep screaming that COVID 19 is actually Malaria. Ho Ho, Malaria that did not kill Kyari all these years he has been having malaria. Since when did Malaria start resulting in respiratory distress which is what is killing off all these people?
Every person in Nigeria tends to have malaria at least once in a year. That is about 200million cases annually. Death toll is often up to 1million a year, meaning 0.5 percent death rate. If COVID 19 were to infect all 200million Nigerians like malaria, there will be between 2 - 4 million deaths (@ 1 - 2% death rate). Is that not enough for people to take this serious?
And then, these idiots go on to say that why don't they know someone who knows someone who has it or some shit like that. Really?? They tell me that Malaria has been killing over EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND people in Nigeria ANNUALLY. Yet in my over thirty years of existence in Nigeria, I have NEVER come across someone who died from Malaria. How much more COVID 19 whose documented casualty in Nigeria is still less than 500, while infections are still in the tens of thousands.
A close family member of mine contracted COVID and recovered. I did not have to wait until she contracted it before I believed in its realness.
I am sorry if you feel insulted by my comment, but if you are not taking precautions about something that can kill you or your loved ones, then the insult is a wake-up call that is perfectly in order. Lol, if its really deadly then multitudes of people that went for protests should be down now because of covid or maybe they are all asymptomatic? You know i still can't wrap my head around thousands of people clustered together to protest in an epicenter. Those people you mentioned in Nigeria might have died of other sicknesses, and dying in time of covid-19 might have been a coincidence. Someone like Anthony Joshua, a big superstar was in the midst of a protest in a country that covid have been reported to kill over 20,000 people and AJ is not even tested after the protest. I just don't understand, but i will say this to you believe all what mainstream media are reporting because they are being controlled. And we ordinary people can't really know anything, so it's not you that will say it it's real or not. So many things are happening under the curtain. |
