The law was passed late last year (I can't remember the exact date) it says players who have played one competitive match (e.g. qualifiers not main tournament like the World Cup) are eligible to switch allegiance provided they are/were below 23yrs when they were last capped. But after playing the third Competitive game for a particular country, no more.
