Am weighing almost 80kg and
I need to lose 10kg or more but my problem is that am still on Exclusive breastfeeding

Grandma probably haven't heard about it before.
I just heard about it here and yes I tot about it before making it.
If they can eat semo with soup, why not also eat semo with milk.
Note: I made this for my 2years upwards and won't be making it for my 5months plus any time soon.

Put little water in a pot then put it on fire to boil,mix a small quantity of powdered semo in ordinary water in a bowl and pour it in the boiling water then stir with turning stick. Allow it to boil for few secs and its done. Put ur desired amout of milk in it after cooling and feed your baby. The taste is yummy...
I just heard that some people put vry little quantity of sugar in it to taste.

Add little water into a pot allow to boil then add semo lina while stiring, stop adding semo wen you get the consistency you need (it shouldn't be thick) then cover to cook for few seconds , you can add more water if it's thick and stir dats all
Add milk and serve.
I made this for my 2years -5yrs kids.

Get this. She'll book doctor's appointment, get correspondence and prepare budget sheet for the mama for a small fee of 800 usd or 1,500usd for family application.
Allah! People have money to waste o! I'm just dumb founded at how lazy people can decide to be. I can't imagine dashing somebody nothing less then N160k for can do myself.

Actually, some people don't even know they can do all this by themselves, the first time I wanted to apply for visa, I actually called an agent for it and the kyn money this agent mentioned eh made me to immediately log into US embassy website and started reading and doing everything myself.
My friend recently told me she's coming to Abuja so she can fill the form and book appointment with her agent undecided

I had to advise her against using an agent and doing it herself.

You may have to go to the hospital and enquire cos some hospitals don't collect antenatal money upfront . Some do "pay as you go"
I guess that your hospital is a private hospital. You may have to register somewhere else if possible a govt hospital that will always have a doctor on ground 24hrs.

Thanks to the mama that recommended semo with milk, I tried it today and my kids gulped it in less than 5mins. Before I could fetch water for my 2year old DD to drink cos she asked for water, the boys had already gulped the food. She ended up not eating.
I had to put it in one bowl to ginger them to eat cos I wasn't sure they will like it .

@ serendipityF, I think you should go with your lmp so if baby decides to bake very well, you won't start bothering yourself based on scan result.

We want to know what the average total cost is including doctors, OB Gyn, Paediatrics and hospital registration for a normal delivery.
We wanna make sure we can afford it, no surprises when she arrives the US.

I also forgot things while preggy, it wasn't funny atall.
DH will be like " is it not you I told so so so the other day"" and I will roll my eyes and search my brain but boom I can't remember ever hearing that.

Let her go alone and leave the toddler if possible, she will be perfectly fine. If she must go with her, den you have to make adequate arrangement on who to look after your daughter when she's in labour/hospital
