Mosepe should leave Senegalese national team alone. They were only standing up to the Bullies and the Oppressors and so didn't commit any crime.

Then he should be pushed out finally cos if Calvin Bassey was a drug addict today he will not be asking to see him
God bless you my brother!
Why is he so particular about Calvin Bassey?
What about the other 3?
The same way he is busy flying from Italy to Ireland, from Ireland to London, from London to Leicester City, and from there to Abidjan and finally to Abuja looking for reconciliation with Bassey, why is he not dissipating the same energy looking for others if his intention was genuine?
A certain news source says one of the children is a gangster in London. Why is he not looking for reconciliation with that one?
Bcuz Bassey is a professional footballer with plenty money, fame and popularity,he now remember he is his child after 18 solid years!

Nothing pains a man more than finding himself in a situation like Calvin's father.

FEAR WOMEN.
What do you mean by fear women in this case?
Have you heard from the said woman you said Women should be feared?
Any man who neglect his responsibility to his child(ren) when they were young should not wake up from sleep at old age to claim he has children when they have made it in life.
As a man, your querel or divorce with your wife/girlfriend should not make you to forget your fatherly responsibility to your children.
What legal effort did he make to re-connect with the children when the wife left with them?
Shebi he and the family are staying in the aclaimed saner clime with good judicial system?Did he approach the law court? No! He was busy flying from Italy to Ireland, from Ireland to London and from London to Leicester to see only Calvin Bassey bcuz that one has made it in life.
Why is he so particular about Calvin Bassey?
What about the other 3?
That shows you that if Calvin was to be like the rest economically,he wouldn't have looked for any of them.
Do you know what it takes for a single mother to singlehandedly cater for 4 male children in abroad?
Abeg make unah rest!
If there is any gender to be feared in this particular case, should be men and not women.
As a man that I am, I'm not happy with some comments I'm seeing in this thread by my gender.

Very silly question they normally used to deceive the gullible.
How will Sharia Law affect you negatively as a Christian if implemented?
Very yeyeyeh religious extremist!
So what about the bear parlour businesses of Christians their police (Hisbah) destroyed?
What about the stoning of Christian to death for flimsy excuse of blesphemy?
What about restriction of Christian couples movement on the road?
The negative effects on Christians are so numerous that I cannot count.

Nwaikpe:
What Nigerians mean by "learn a skill" is very funny.

But I really don't blame them. A country that doesn't give their graduates the opportunity to practice their professions rightly will have to settle for a redefinition of simple terms.

The poster obviously doesn't know what school is. That is why he even includes "public speaking" as a skill.

grin grin grin

After 10 years, when we all see the result of such posts on the fabric of the Nigerian society, we will then cry out to God to help save us.

Let me give you two countries:
Pakistan - High skill based
Israel - High education based

The first one are one of the poverty capitals of the world
The second one is one of the richest and the most advanced in the world.
Are you even sure you understand what the OP is talking about?
He is not saying people should not go to school or that learning a skill is better than going to school. No,he is not saying so.
What he is saying is that if you don't have money or your father doesn't have money, that you shouldn't bother to go to higher institutions. If you do, you will suffer till you drop out after suffering and wasting some years already.
So,he is advising that in that case, that one should rather learn a skill instead wasting your time going to school when you know that you won't have money to complete it.

My advice, go to school first, oh!!!!(and by school I mean University not Polytechnic... Its important, You can go and learn skills after school unless you want to run rat race for the rest of your life...Very few, I mean like 1% of uneducated eventually make it in life without education most especially in Nigeria,,By going to school you increase your chances(also remeber not all that went to school aslo make it but the percentage are far higher). The surest thing in life is death..You can only increase your chances of achieving everything(Most especially success), and education is the platform
You don't understand the Op at all.
He is not telling people not to go to university.
He is saying that if you don't have money to see you through university education, that it's better you go and learn a skill.
That funding tertiary education requires a lot of money.
Which is 100% true.

This is how you people will be supporting rubbish. If Tinubu wan take over your land you go begin cry but here you are supporting trump to take over a sovereign country. What will that benefit you? Majority of Americans do even want that to happen but you from one corner in Nigeria dey put mouth.
Greenland is not a sovereign country as you said.It is a trust territory manage by Denmark.

Secondly,I refuse to support EU/Britain in their action(s) against US concerning Greenland. This is because I consider them to be hypocrites and selective in their quest for justice and equity.
Russia invaded Ukraine and Ukraine is in Europe, this same people you want me to support mounted all sorts of sanctions on Russia and isolated them from the rest of the world nor because they see Russia's action as being bad but bcuz their action was carried out in European soil.
Now,America invaded Venezuela, kiiiii thousands of people including foreigners there, captured a duly elected president of a sovereign country ----let me ask you that is not a supporter of "evil",how many sanctions have you yourself and the EU/Britain mounted on America for that action against a sovereign state of Venezuela?None, bcuz the action didn't take place in European soil, therefore it was good and fair.
If they have not sanctioned US, and you support their "evil" silence on that but you are supporting their hypocritical voices against the same America bcuz it's happening in Greenland which is in their continent, then you are a greater supporter of evil than what you called others for expressing opposing views.

Ohh God! Let all the European teams boycott the world cup.
This is the time for Africa to win it on the plater of gold.
Wetin concern us in Africa with their European boycott?
My only pain is that Nigeria didn't qualify.
It is now that the world cup would have been sweet.
Imagine Germans of all people talking about setting boundaries between sports and politics.Ehehh!Tell me something!
When Russia has a political confrontation with their junior brother, Ukraine, was Germany not among the first countries that intimidated and coerced FIFA to ban Russia from participating in 2022 world cup which they have already qualified?
When people like us maintained that politics should be separated from sports, that FIFA was wrong to have meddled into politics by banning Russia national football team and Chelsea FC,EU/NATO supporters here in Nairaland called us all sorts of names.
Now, Germany want to now build a wall of Jericho boundary that will separate sports from politics bcuz America wants to annex Greenland. If it was part of Russia, Belarus or even parts of Africa that America wanted to annex, would he have maintained this position of a possible boycott of world cup?
They answer is already a big NO!
So let him go and sit down!
Boycott ko,boycum ni
Politics › Re: Ferocious Battle Footage From Sambisa Forest War Front by Pacesetter123(m): 8:25am On Jan 26
Jakumo:
The US military carries smoke grenades in various colors for signaling during battle, and moments before incoming ground attack aircraft appear on the battle scene to open fire, smoke grenades of a prearranged color will be deployed so the aircrews can avoid strafing the positions of friendly forces. This basic battlefield communication method is of course backed up with electronic communication devices talking to GPS beacons carried by troops.

Nigeria's military strategists overseeing this war on terror will surely by now have established failsafe communication methods with layered redundancy, that will prevent recurrences of the fiasco you described above. Therefore, regardless of the ever-present risk of friendly fire incidents, air support MUST be vectored to the battle space in fast response to any calls for help by ground troops.
That is it..oo,but do we have this colour smoke grenade you are talking about?
Our defence budget is big.So by now we should be having all those things to help boost the capability of our military in a real time battle situation.
But most atimes you see things and you begin to ask yourself if we are still in 1945.

I know this will happen, definitely it will.

You stroke once and you think that's all. That's not possible. The strikes has to be consistent and spread to other dangerous areas.

If Trump really wants to help us eradicate these insurgency, then he should send some troops that would have a base in the north.
Just one strike in terrorist enclave in Sokoto, the Northerners were running riots.
Leveling all sorts of allegations on the US and Nigeria State.
Accusing them of bombing their brothers, husbands, sons, fathers and relatives. That, that is what those terrorists are to them there in the north .
Then you are calling on the America to sustain the strike and even build a Base in Northern Nigeria?
The Northern religious and political elites and even the poor ones among them also would have skinned the president alive for collaborating with US troops to eliminate Islamic terrorists (so called their relatives).

They need air support, wherever they are going at least two warplanes, three attack helicopter and at least twenty drones should follow them, it will make the job easier. One thing I also noticed is the communication and coordination should be upgraded.
Air support?
No no no,they shouldn't go there.
One time like that in that same Borno, the ground troops engaged the terrorists in a fierce gun battle.Advancing and forcing the enemy to retreat. The enemy then call for re-enforcement and regroup attacking the troops too.The ground troops then called for Air Support. But when the Air Components arrived, guess what happen?
They were dropping bomb on the ground troops thereby clearing the way for the terrorists to advance towards them and cause heavy casualties and carted away our military hardwares.
Till one soldier was hiding, making a video and shouting that the Air Force is bombing the ground army instead of the terrorists formation.
It was a terrible scene to watch.
The Air Force later apologized that it was a mistake.
The video and the news was here in this same forum that time.
So,the Air Force shouldn't go, unless they have undergone fresh training on map reading and interpretation,Coordinate interpretation and Recognizance b/w that time and now.If not so,they shouldn't go.

The report is sounding so childish!
Ifeoma testify to the police that her friend made a distress call that she has been locked up in a room by her boyfriend and that she is in danger. Then the girl didn't go back to her house again till now.
The police arrested the boyfriend and the boyfriend confirmed what ifeoma said that he himself locked the girl up in a hotel room.
Then what is the police doing in the highway searching for a pieces of a girl that someone in their detention has confessed he locked up in his hotel room?

So the police themselves want to tell me that they don't know that failure to report an accident when you are involved is an offense?
Assuming the so called boyfriend was seeing her off after freeing her from the captivity he put her in,then along the highway as they were going, trailer knocked her down and the boyfriend survived, what did the boyfriend do at that point?
Can't the police ask him why he didn't report the matter to the police? So if he wasn't traced and arrested after more than a month,he wouldn't have told any state authority that the girl died while with him?
Their statement is sounding so hoax to me.

Then for the president of their town union,he is too slow in thinking to be the leader of that their community.
Can't he canvas for financial support from their members, public spirited individuals and NGOs to hire a good lawyer and charge the case to court assuming the family is not well-to-do?

But because it's innocent people that are dying that's why I can't stop sympathizing with them.
