Some Nigerians develop a hard-on for anything Igbo.

Also, the 2023 elections open a lot of scars as some were angry that Peter Obi won Lagos.

Abacha didn't allow Akwa Ibom to complete their tenure.
A renounce Professor of History in the person of Professor Okon Edet Uya was just barely 5 months into his tenure when military junta led by Abacha struct to truncate every democratic processes and institutions including Prof Okon Uya-led INEC.
Therefore, for the sake of equity and fairness, the next INEC chairman should come from Akwa Ibom State to complete their tenure.

Kc3000:
Stop spewing rubbish. Yoruba have an oba in Imo state, Oba Musibau Oladeji, Oba Yoruba Of Imo State. He has a palace in Owerri.

The Oba of Yoruba in Enugu state is Alhaji Abdulazeez Adebayo.

The Yoruba Community in Anambra State, not too long ago, coronated the third Oba of Awka, Alhaji Abdul Olahan, popularly called Ezechinedu, (Leader led by God) by his admirers.

Before him were Oba Owolabi I and Oba Oseni II. The new Oba, who has spent 68 years in Awka, was barely two years when he was brought to Awka by his late mother, Alhaja Afusat Olahan, to join his late father, who was a tailor, Hamzah Olahan, from Ede town, Ede North Council of Osun State.

There's also an oba of yoruba in Abia state.

Has anyone ever heard Igbo cry about any of this?
Nope, Igbo are not threatened or intimidated by their presence. They are welcome, just like the Sarkin Hausawa is always welcome in every Igbo community.
At times,I do wonder if some people do travel to see things for themselves elsewhere at all!
Every tribes in Nigeria has a leader outside their region if their tribesmen are many there.
We have this Ezeigbo in my state down south here,we don't have problem with that cos he doesn't have any single power over our community affairs.
We also have Sarkin Hausa here too.
We even designate a popular cattle market here as "NASSARAWA".
The palace of that Sarkin is around that cattle market area, NASSARAWA.
Even my own people too in Lagos,Enough,Kano,Abuja, and even in USA has their leaders there too.
Though we don't call our leaders there by our traditional title (OBONG),but PRESIDENT GENERAL.
My uncle was one time president general of our tribesmen in the USA few years ago. They do host our traditional play/festival such as Ekpe cultural play there without any accusations from the indigenous people.
So,all this talks about Ezeigbo establishing palace in another man's land here and there by some people in some parts of Nigeria always sounds so childish to me.
Ezeigbo is just a leader of their tribesmen in a strange land and he is not interfering in any culture or customs of the indigenous people.
So,why the fuss by some Nigerians?

Lol... NBA is protesting.

Until a law is put in place to make convicted criminals share their sentencing with their lawyers, they will remain a major part of the problem.

Because I really don't understand how you'll defend someone because of money fully knowing they are guilty, wasting the court's time, and when they are convicted, you just walk away. Nothing to lose. That needs to be corrected. Lawyers need to start sharing a part of their client's burden.

My opinion though.

Efforts in futility.
We should rest and allow Rwanda or Benin to go to the world cup.
You cannot play 7 matches and win only 2 and expect to play in world cup.
Rwanda is currently leading Zimbabwe away by a goal to nothing and seated above us in the table.
The same Zimbabwe we couldn't win in Uyo.
Rwanda beating them in Harare

SamuelLoch:
If she didn't miss her biometrics, I would have said this is true. She gave them the opportunity to punish her. She missed her biometric attendance and definitely without a written and signed justification.

It's typical of NYSC to give extension. She's not the only one with 2 months extension. I'm pretty sure there are over 100 others serving the 2 months.

Just serve your two months. This is not a case you can win, sadly.

A few weeks ago, A new NYSC member who did redeployment failed to complete some documentation. We tried to push some buttons, but then, we had to let him return to that state of posting to rectify things before returning to Lagos. Better than waiting until after service year then you pay dearly for it.
How do you know she missed her biometric?
Is it because NYSC said so and you quickly believe them?
Have you heard from the girl too?
Or has any panel of enquiry or competent Court of law confirmed that?

No, he's not eligible to run, but his party controls the Congress. So, he's considering getting them to amend the constitution so he can do a third term - the same thing Obasanjo tried in Nigeria.

Trump is destroying America. Watch this video and read see the comments section.

Ok, your explanation is clear.
I don't think he will attempt that.I mean to amend the constitution to legitimize his 3rd term ambition if he ever has any.

Then as for your position on him destroying America,I will only beg to differ.
But all in all, thanks for the response.
