9icetoo: And under whose authority did they expire a tire they didn't make? Instead of educating vulcanisers and cars owners on the dangers of over inflation or underinflation they are busy condemning what they know nothing about how it's made. Last I checked, they can be sued to court. Silly set of idiots. Our roads have virtually no Road signs, no crash barriers, no Lane departure warning stripes, no lights, no freaking safety features and they are having an orgasm over tyres. It was formerly overspeeding, now it's expired tyres. Chai, why them born me for this country self? Hope you're not blaming anyone for this. |

oglalasioux: Invest that money in transport business. Buy buses or tricycles and give out on hire purchase. The return on investment is very lucrative and fast. I'm suggesting according to the money in your hand at the moment. I agree with you, the major problem in this business is getting trust worthy drivers. |

Crime › Re: Civil Servant Commits Suicide In Abia Over Unpaid Salaries by paix(m): 8:51am On May 11, 2016 |
greatgod2012: If you people actually read the story, the man didn't commit suicide because of his inability to buy his wife church uniform, but because he couldn't meet his obligations as the head of the house. He's depressed, ashamed and felt useless due to his unpaid salary. The hardship together with the shame was too big for him to bear, hence, the unspeakable thing he did.
But he shouldn't have done that, to every problem, there's surely an expiry date......he should have held on......hoping and praying....... things will get better. But this one he has done now, he has put his wife and children in shame and restlessness. Everyone will be thinking the woman put too much pressure on him. In fact, its terrible.
But truth be told, the hardship in this country presently is grade one raised to power five, it's only the very strong that can cope successfully. I still blame the wife for bringing up a frivolous issue like buying a UNIFORM, considering the family's inability to even feed well. Pressure was already mounting and she made it worse by her unnecessary demand or request. MEN ALWAYS HATE TO SAY 'I DON'T HAVE MONEY' TO THEIR FAMILIES. |

Politics › Re: Oil Pipeline Explosions: Are Multinational Oil Firms Behind The Sabotage? by paix(m): 7:43pm On May 07, 2016 |
worksmart: Who is going to benefit from these pipeline explosions?
Answer: the same Western multinational companies that are allowing the explosions to happen.
Reach you own conclusions.
Are we not holding these oil firms responsible for securing their assets?
I strongly suspect that these oil firms are involved in these explosions and conveniently hiding behind fake stories of "new militants groups " How coincidental that these militants suddenly are springing up just when we have a serious government that has started to clean up the corrupt oil sector.
It is well, what doesn't kill us makes us stronger.
Prepare for another few weeks of worsening fuel scarcity and lack of electricity. So who benefits from pipeline explosions?
Is it the so called (probably non-existent)"militants" ?
Is it the Nigerian Public?
Is the Oil firms who get to contracts to rebuild and profit from a non-functioning and corrupt oil sector? Even if the multinationals are behind the bombings, it was the militants that started it all. IF YOU ARE USED TO ABUSING YOUR WIFE IN PUBLIC, ONE DAY SOMEBODY WILL SLAP HER AND TELL YOU THAT HE'S DOING YOU A FAVOUR. |
