Please I have a question which may sound 'dumb': If you 'sell' your rights in a right issue, do you get paid? And if yes, how can one go about it assuming your current stockbroking firm is no longer in business?

It’s probably on a case by case basis.
WEMA rights issue closed on December 29, 2023 but was listed on NGX just 4 days ago. That’s roughly 6.5 months.
