I want to make a switch from Samsung to Pixel.
Currently using Samsung S10.
I'm eyeing Pixel 6pro but it's too expensive as it is now.
I'm looking at 4xl but the reviews I'm getting are not positive, no ultrawide camera and the absence of fingerprints too is a let down considering I like using fingerprints to unlock my banking apps or the phone itself in public.

Lol U put in that U had part 22k or so of the total funds U need
I did so too in my 1st application
Luckily I have two emails, so I abandoned that one, mailed them to cancel it and applied with my other email
I requested for 50k which will cover every of my expenses for 2 years so they didn't ask for any account balance with money.

You won’t be granted a support letter, you have to go to your dashboard and get the document. I think it has the heading ‘private loan approval disclosure’ or something. It’s that document you will have to add to your application.

They only support some Universities from Canada not colleges

This is the procedure:

1. Google MPOWER Financing.
2. Select the 'Schools we support' link. Here, check if the school you've been admitted to is on the list. They support 25 Universities in Canada only, the rest are US schools.
3. If your school is Present, select "check your eligibility to start"
4. Answer the questions asked accordingly.
5. For the 'Loan amount requested part' - You can qualify for up to Usd 50,000 for a whole academic year i.e 2022/2023. The lifetime amount one can borrow is Usd 100,000 because you can only apply for the loan if you have 2 years in your studies i.e *Undergraduate(the last 2 years of your studies)* and Postgraduate (The entire two years of your course - that is if your PGD/Masters is two years).
6. If you are eligible, you can select 'Continue with the application'. If not, you're allowed to check another school.
7. If you continue with your application, answer all the questions that they will ask you.
8. At this point, if you qualify, you'll get a conditional offer(a letter).
9. Go ahead and upload the documents they have requested so that they can verify your offer and get final loan approval.
10. Once approved and you accept your offer, they will send you a document indicating the terms of your loan.
11. Now, this document is key, you will use it in your Canadian visa application. Upload it under your proof of funds when doing your student permit application. MPOWER Financing terms it as a 'Visa Support Letter'.
12. Wait for feedback from IRCC. If IRCC approves your application, upload your Letter Of Introduction and Approved IMM1294e to your MPOWER Financing dashboard.
13. Once you get to this stage, MPOWER Financing will guide you through the remaining steps of your MPOWER loan application process, until the funds are disbursed to your school.

Kindly note:
This is generally the process taken in your application. Do your due diligence in the whole matter. There are applicants in the previous threads that have had their visa approved with MPOWER Financing, if you wish, you can reach out to them. MPOWER Financing has a great relationship/customer service team, that can answer any pressing or subsequent personal questions that you may have, don't be afraid to reach out to them(if you so wish).

When those who've gotten their PPR are encouraged to submit their timelines and the documents they submitted, please oblige to this 'small request'[i][/i]. It really comes handy for those who wish to follow the same path, especially for those who need to use this student/educational loans.

In that case, there is no document to prove such land is yours by ancestral inheritance? I don't know how tradition/culture works in your place, but you really need a document to prove that such land is yours. You can't just quote anything in SOP and not back it up with pepper proof. You really need to survey that land and get an affidavit cos in the affidavit of ownership, you will need to quote all numbers and location of the land in it.

As regards the land, do Gift Deed/Deed of inheritance and as well do an affidavit of ownership, in the affidavit, let them quote the current price worth of the said land.

So outside survey documents, which other documents do you have then?
Hope you have receipt of the land purchase and power of attorney?

I have some ancestral lands I inherited from my father by virtue of being his only son and I'll love to include them in my application to build ties.
But the cost of surveying and registering each land is on the high side.
Is there any other way I can claim these lands in my application.

Please try to fund you own account. If they are willing to sponsor you, let them transfer at least the living expense into your account and show commitment by paying your tuition or sending the tuition to your own account.

Either of these, ensure you include a gift deed, consent from your own mother confirming such payment(s), aware her nephew is sponsoring her son. Also include an affidavit of sponsorship from your cousin confirmjng these payments to show his genuineness towards sponsoring you.

I finished NSYC in March 2020,currently 27 years old,
been helping out one of my cousin in his business.
Now I don't have any landed properties, cars.
