Business / Re: How To Withdraw Above CBN Cash Limits by panpan(m): 8:13pm On Dec 16, 2022 |
The new CBN cash withdrawal limit is a ploy to control the finances of everybody, and was probably suggested by a foreign or international organization. It is a potentially dangerous situation. It should not be implemented. 2 Likes |

The children do not appear to be of the same size. In the first picture, the girl in the middle appears to be significantly larger and more matured than the others. |

With this kind of harassment, most especially in the south, and north central parts of the country, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has ceased to be of any use to the general Nigerian population. EFCC should be scrapped. It has become a harassment tool. If there are any laws enabling EFCC, such laws should be repealed. 2 Likes |

I'm not sure whether he is the same person, but the Kaiama General Hospital connection would be a strange coincidence if they are two different persons. https://premiumtimesng.com/news/top-news/553923-police-arrest-doctor-who-allegedly-kills-people-with-injections-before-stealing-their-cars.html 1 Like |

The Supreme Court of Nigeria has ruled that Section 46 of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission Act should be construed within the narrow confines of the United Nations Convention Against Corruption, the precursor to the establishment of the EFCC - to prevent illicit financial outflow from Nigeria. EFCC should not arrest anybody unless the allegation is about "illicit financial outflow from Nigeria". |

What can other Nigerians do? If a foreign country snubs your fellow citizens, you may snub them back. Avoid going to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for tourism only. A business trip to the UAE should be considered only if absolutely necessary, and is going to be profitable for you. |

Neimar: The Supreme Court of Nigeria has ruled that Section 46 of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission Act should be construed within the narrow confines of the United Nations Convention Against Corruption, the precursor to the establishment of the EFCC - to prevent illicit financial outflow from Nigeria. EFCC's job is to prevent "illicit financial outflow from Nigeria". If the allegation does not involve "illicit financial outflow from Nigeria", EFCC has no authority there. 1 Like 1 Share |
