They should allow Betty Akeredolu to contest.
If they don't want her, they should simply not vote for her.

Did Mrs Akeredolu sign the withdrawal letter on the APC form?
If she did not sign, then she has the right to contest the primary election, and reject a consensus candidate.

Has nothing to do with religion...that is the truth and the fact!. WHO will be able to unilaterally declare a health emergency and mandate the protocol by Nov 2022 in all countries of the world except a country pulls out by Nov 22.

Keep up with world affairs.

The WHO can longer be trusted.

Nigeria should leave the WHO.
In fact, as many countries as possible, should leave the WHO.

The WHO's intention is for all nations to relinquish their sovereignty, and for the WHO to take control through the pandemic treaty.

Health / Re: African Journalists Decry Racist Monkeypox Reporting by panpan(m): 11:08pm On May 23, 2022
It is called monkeypox, but is this true?
Monkeypox is not sexually transmitted.

The pictures of black African children shown along with news reports of monkeypox could mean that this outbreak may be something entirely different.

We are probably not being told the truth about this new outbreak.
Could this actually be a sexually transmitted disease, which has been modified by the covid "vaccine"?

The headline is misleading.
The hospital did not charge the lady for crying.

The hospital charged for emotional/behavioral assessment.
If the hospital did not attend to the lady's emotional expression, and complications later developed, the brother would probably complain that the hospital ignored her emotional state, or did not examine or assess her properly.

The Supreme Court of Nigeria has ruled that Section 46 of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission Act should be construed within the narrow confines of the United Nations Convention Against Corruption, the precursor to the establishment of the EFCC - to prevent illicit financial outflow from Nigeria.

EFCC should not arrest anybody unless the allegation is about "illicit financial outflow from Nigeria".

Politics / Re: The W.h.o’s Proposed ‘pandemic Treaty’ Is A Huge Threat To Freedom by panpan(m): 12:02am On May 07, 2022
There is no need for a pandemic treaty.
It may be in the best interest of Nigeria and several other nations to withdraw from the WHO.

The WHO is, at present, an advisory body.
There are plans to change the level of authority of the WHO to make it an institution for enforcement.

Under the guise of "protecting and promoting the health and well-being of all people", The WHO wants all nations to relinquish their sovereignty.
For example, if a nation concludes that a "vaccine" is not safe – as has happened in the covid scenario – the WHO would have the power to override that conclusion, and mandate that nation to enforce the jab, or face sanctions.

In practice, extradition treaties with the United States work in only one direction. Such treaties should be revoked by the other country.

they couldn't say anything, the singer would most likely support her husband and even accuse them of trying to destroy her marriage, I have a close relative also going through domestic violence, she has a good job and can take care of herself yet she didn't leave the man. It saddens me that if he beats her to death (God forbid) he won't even be arrested because who will take care of their children, will I go and drag my relative away from her husband's house? We don talk to her tire yet she would rather stay so wetin make we do?

Report the matter to a domestic violence NGO (non-governmental organization).

Anyway, let me answer myself wink

This is Nigeria where everything and anything is possible as long as you have money!! wink grin grin

There was no disqualification of certain persons from contesting.
Some persons were only disqualified from voting, or being voted for; not from contesting.

Voting was not necessary if the contestant was unopposed.
Politics / Re: Betta Edu Faces Disqualification From APC Convention Over Electoral Act by panpan(m): 8:10am On Mar 26, 2022
A possible way around this Electoral Act is if the political appointee is unopposed, or chosen by consensus.
The Electoral Act said that the political appointee should not be "voted for". It did not say that the political appointee cannot contest.
