I've had some tete-a-tete with some public officers that spoke well of the heads of the settings they found themselves but the other personnels in various arms below the heads are the bads which make those actions of the ogas to count for nothing.

Thereafter, I took them on the supervisory/cordinating measures set to correct abnormalities in their context but I was provided with zilch resolves.
"Manning men is never an easy task" and the Mc Gregor's Theory X and Y are there to expurgate the claim. It's all about finding the right balance from the HRD (Human Resource Department)/ personnel Management that are saddled with the responsibilities of procuring right hands for the right posts. "It's not all about being certified, it's about being qualified". Unbias hands are well needed.

Being a part of the management where I find myself today, I've been exposed to those things that are just the routines found in all business settings. And with the little contributions I've been making, I expect a lot to be expected in bigger settings.

I chose to be an administrator to effect a modicum of change that would go a long way in curbing the ill-performance of business settings (public and private) as a result of series of mismanagement, abuse of power, misuse of office and maladministration that are seen as the cankerworm debilitating the progress of effective and efficient management in all sundry of business settings. And I've seen Nigerians suffer hell of maltreatment in the part of access to informations.
The system in the Public service is nothing to write home about and no one has been so commanding to correct such malpractices.
I am an advocate of Change and Justice/Impartiality. Being in the system will ensure transparency cum effective and efficient performance of personnel which is an afore to the significance of organizational perfomance.

Surah 2:193 : Fight them until there is no [more] fitnah and [until] worship is [acknowledged to be] for Allah . But if they cease, then there is to be no aggression except against the oppressors.

Surah 4:34 : Men are in charge of women by [right of] what Allah has given one over the other and what they spend [for maintenance] from their wealth. So righteous women are devoutly obedient, guarding in [the husband's] absence what Allah would have them guard. But those [wives] from whom you fear arrogance - [first] advise them; [then if they persist], forsake them in bed; and [finally], strike them. But if they obey you [once more], seek no means against them. Indeed, Allah is ever Exalted and Grand.

So many situations where Islam is an epitome of peace.... You claimed Muslims are terrorists.... The Westgate issue was claimed to be spearheaded by Muslim terrorists and the rescue team that saved more than hundred of lives was spearheaded by a Muslim.
