It appears you have forgotten that Peter Obi of Labour party did exactly the same thing Tinubu of APC did in rivers, they all didn't actively campaign for their parties governorship candidates, rather they sought Wike's support for their presidential campaigns.

You can't blame them,because it is clear that only PDP have a chance of winning the governorship in the state, infact PO went as far as asking Wike Publicly to support him at the federal level,and they will leave the state to him.

It is just pragmatic politics , it happened in some other states like Oyo too.

Sound politics is being realistic and being prepared to give and take, not necessarily being idealistic.

I continue to maintain, I hate APC but have high regard for Tinubu. He has proven himself far more a decisive president than Buhari who watched aloof while things suffered.

For the rest of us who claim to dislike Tinubu, why advise a man you claim to hate? Allow him make his mistakes in peace.

When we thought we had seen the worst of this, the President took us back to 2006-07 era of Obasanjo. What a shame! The State will never recognize him as a leader of Rivers State in their portrait. Governor Sim Fubara was smart to publicly say he is not afraid to be impeached and going to present the budget to the House.

Even Buhari the dictator and christened 'reformed democrat' did not do this when he came back. It is now clear that those things APC condemned back then was because they did not have the opportunity to do the same thing. You disagreed with Obasanjo back then, now you are going to the same playbook.

As Ms Kogbara said, most Rivers people believe Tinubu never won the Rivers election and we can now see it.
