Light useage it can last me full 48hrs
with data of it will last me almost a week
screen on time while browsing the web, chatting excluding games it will last me 6 hrs
while playing games only it will last me 4 hrs
streaming movies online it will last me 4hrs

Yet, there are many alternatives to power i dont even know about, but these politicians make us spend money every year on power that we neva see. Some of you need to visit PH or Bayelsa, there is no light at all! As a matter of fact in Bayelsa state the government house n its environment is in darkness 80% of the time. Two things that will move this country forward is power n accessible roads. Nigeria can neva have a Mark Zuckerberg or Bill gates without power, if those 2 guys where born in Nigeria they maybe in a ministry now or doing yahoo yahoo.

I left PH in the year 2000, i had noticed these things as a young man den. I felt dat was how the whole Nigeria was until i worked in Edo state; Oredo flow station. I worked about 300metres away from the gas flare itself (u need to feel the heat from that fire). I never saw no black dust/particles in Edo state despite working so close. This thing OP has stated is very serious n has been going on 4 years but as we r best known; suffering n smiling.

Point of correction, i am not a hypocrite! I stated that it doesn't bother me. Thank you for enlightening me though. Latin is used almost every where through out our education, be it law, medicine, language arts etc unlike Arabic. Apart from studying Arabic language tell me where else you will find it being used?

Latin is one of the ten languages that made up our modern day English Language. What does Arabic have to do with Nigeria? EVen core northerners who go to Arabic countries cant speak the language or understand apart from reciting words from the holy book.

It doesnt bother me what is there but wouldnt it be better if it were English, a Nigerian language or even a combination of Nigerian languages? Rather than a language 90% of Nigerians cant understand.

That's a lie of the highest degree. If mtk helio x20 is as good as QSD 820, why did Tecno phantom 6 plus score 86,000 in an tu tu benchmark.
Samsung galaxy s7 edge scored 132,000+
HTC 10 scored 141,000+
Xiaomi mi 5 scored 160,000+
and they are all using QSD 820.

Hope you see where you shot urslef in the leg. They all use thesame processor but Xiaomi had almost 30k difference from s7 edge. Its not just about the processor bro, but tweaks, ram and the rom in use. Hope u understand my drift. I am not an MTK fan, i just appreciate technology and say no to monopoly. If u have used enough Snapdragon devices you should know how bad the sd810 was. As a consumer i want choice, thanks to samsung u can opt for either Exynos or SD in thesame phone. Now thats what am talking about. Fanboyism is slavery

Dude, i have never used an MTK device i currently use an xperia z5c. I have used many Snapdragon devices. I read reviews of other phones too. I may have made a mistake on the Helio, it was supposed to be Kirin. and please dont be fooled by antutu benchmarks, dont you know different tweaks and roms can give you different results on thesame phone. Mtk phones are catching up, wether u like it or not, In day-to-day usage they do dsames tasks and play thesame games without lag. Stop being a fanboy and appreciate technology.

Of course, I would choose (Sony Z2) a 3GB RAM Phone over 2GB RAM (HTC One M8). Both phones have the same processor - Snapdragon 801. I dont understand the flawed processor you mentioned in Sony. Aside, Sony's battery capacity and Camera pixel are higher compared to HTC M8

Beauty is subjective, it means different things to different people.

The top tier phones made last year (xperia z5 series, z3, htc one m9, lg g flex2,) with the 810 snapdragon processor suffered from severe overheating to the point were the camera sometimes stopped working. Thats a major reason why the above mentioned phones had poor sales. Updates did little in fixing the problem since it was hardware related, but if u root ur phone ur only option was to underclock the CPU and thermal throttling. For me its not an issue, dats why i am an android fan. But many users are casual and cant cope with such issues... They cant unlock their bootloaders not to talk of rooting.

Samsung decided to develope their own processors ; Exynos after the incident. Am sure after note 7 exploding wahala dey may decide making their own batteries too.

Expensive phones should not be rough handled. I now understand your fear. Needless buying an expensive phone if you wouldnt handle it with care. I have never owned the Z2, but I have a feel of the phone for a week through a friend. It's a machine.

However, you may wish to upgrade to Z5 (released in Sept 2015). Xperia and HTC Androids are Machines

I have used a htc one S and htc One M8, i have also used an Xperia ZL and currently Xperia z5c. The htc one m8 is clearly the best android phone i ever used next to LG G2. They are olf but can still do their job efficiently. The Htc one m8 is a beauty. I am just biased towards Sony coz i have a sony TV, a ps4 n a sony watch. Sony messed things up by putting the flawed SD810 processor that heats up. But camera wise, its sony. Sound, is a tie between both. Ruggedity is htc all metal frame against sony all glass.

If you are mobile phone savy, then you should know that from Marshmallow you are in charge of what permissions to give certain apps. During installation you are prompt with what permissions the apps require and you can choose what to allow or not. If you are on older android, root your phone install xposed installer and install app-opps module ( i think) to grant or deny permissions.

He is just being biased. The latest MTK phones are just as powerful as Snapdragon, so is their GPU. Gone are the days when Snapdragon hail supreme, now you have samsong's exynos and Huawei's Helio. They are all good. Where Snapdragon is still king is in Developers support. The others are closed source

Xiaomi is definitely a good brand with solid specs. But just like every other good Chinese phone brands; Huawei, Lenovo etc they are mostly dont or are very slow with Updating their software (OTA). Dont be surprised to know dat those that will ship with Android 7.0 will die with it, if ever yhey will be updated it will be miles after the top brands. Many of these Chinese phones are not developer friendly, go to xda, and their threads are lack developers support.

In the US, most carriers dont offer them, if you want one uou have to buy it outrightly not through their contracts and no one buys a 700 dollar phone if its not on a contract.

Their phones are cheap for a reason, Phone manufacturers pay google for their updates, pay for adverts, which these Chinese brands avoid to keep costs down. Most of them use the cheaper MTK processors rather than the more expensive snapdragon, although it doesnt mean cheaper is not better but they lack developers. Its just like comparing a sony TV to an LG TV, the price of Sony maybe almost double but LG is still good.

To make a Chinese phone will cost almost thesame in making a Samsung or iphone but if u put the price on thesame level, no one will buy it. Only in Nigeria, we dish out 300k to buy a phone. Abroad if its not on a contract then forget it.

My mum was involved in a car accident dat claimed her life and her friends, thay all burnt to ashes plus the brand new Innoson vehicle they were all in.

Since then i loath anything Innoson. I respect the ingenuity and the part that its Nigerian made, but for christ sake why do we risk our lives buying vehicles that have never done crash tests? What safety standards do dey use or follow? Who regulates their products?

Rather than spewing new models why not do the right things b4 they continue making coffins on wheels.

Mobile phones with infra- red can easily replace any remote control.

Mobile phone can substitue as a debit card through NFc.
