Your talk is similar to about two centuries ago long before airplane was invented when scientists were saying man cannot travel by air because humans were not designed to fly in the air. Now we know they're wrong.
AI could self-advance such that it won't need electrical or even solar power to sustain itself. And it could advance such that it has an advanced self-consciousness of its own to make it's own decision.
Nobody would believe things like this could happen until it happens, like the first time man landed on the moon.

that forfeit the whole idea of having outlet in various locations...a warranty for a good bought under a franchise should be taken care of by that franchise no matter the location....When i carried my Nokia phone years ago to their care they didnt ask whr i bought it..they jst checked and confirmed the phone is still under d warranty period and repaired it....visafone after sales service is crappy on this matter...if not dat our judiciary is almost in non existence this is d type of cases people abroad get huge pay off frm...

I didn't call for them to get banned , just called for their posting methods to be called to order. If you don't see the difference then there's no point replying to any more of your ranting.

BTW, did you see how carlcaresophia replied to this thread? that's how a professional customer care rep is trained to reply because it's customer feedback I dropped, not insults. Maybe if you had a good job, you would understand

Is it just me or have you also been noticing these Carlcare reps asking you to visit their service center on virtually every Tecno, Infinix or Itel issue? If others were doing the same, it would be an automatic ban but they're freely promoting their brand without a single help from them.
Even If you ask "I just bought this Tecno, Infinix or Itel phone, where is the power button located so I can switch it on", their reply would be "Hi! You can call our service center directly about that, and the hotline of our opebi center is +234 80022752273. Pls call during working hours. And if you want us to check it for you, pls provide us with your complete Wo number. Thank you!" .... Carlcaresophia and co.
If these people aren't ready to render any assistance on NL then they should sit at their service center because we already know the address and how to get there. Afterall, we were aware that they had a service center but came to NL to get a quick / free solution.

Speaking of solutions, A friend of mine bricked her phone from changing font. You wont believe that these Carlcare guys told her to bring N8,000 that her board needs to be replaced. When she told me over the phone (in tears), I asked her to come back that it didnt sound right. I just directed her to one Nigerian website popular for helping to unbrick Tecno, Infinix and Gionee phones for free. They sent her necessarry files and phone was working fine in less than 10 minutes. That was what 'Carlcare Engineers' called a board issue!

My question is, why do these Carlcare reps have to feed on the ignorance of their own customers? I've heard of many such cases where they blamed simple software issues on board just to collect money. Another annoying thing i'm yet to confirm is their swap policy. Imagine a friend cracking the screen of a phone he got for over N40,000 less than 1 month ago and Carlcare told him that the parts are no longer available and he would have to swap it. Imagine the rogues valued his phone at N5,000. What a mess! Im seriously investigating this 'swap' thing because the tales I'm hearing so far are ridiculous

This is not attacking any company's reputation, just calling a spade a spade. There are many here on NL alone who can corroborate these shady Carlcare techniques.

On a final note, If Carlcare reps posts on NL are only going to ask us to visit their service center (without providing any meaningful online support) then this should be considered and treated as SPAM.

If you don't have anything meaningful to contribute, you don't have to make up for that with cheap insults

OP, dont be too quick to conclude, why not get to the root of the matter by seeing the branch manager and getting better clearifications, rather than coming to social media and slandering a proudly nigerian brand that puts food on the table of thousands of families.
