My interpretation: Only Extended family members of PR/Citizens and Immediate family members of temporary residents in Canada (traveling from other countries other than US) requires written authorization.
And they may be exempted from the authorization if they meet the fully vaccinated traveller exemption.

CoS can be issued once the company decides to employ you. Mine took 3 days after they made an offer, it could be the same day if they want.

Provide any information they want on time and follow up with your references to respond on time as well so that there is no delay from your side.

In the CoS letter, there is a column for whether the company will take care of you for the first month, if the company tick 'Y', you will not need a bank statement or PoF, if they tick 'N', you will need a bank statement or PoF.

Since you have gotten this far, I advise you to book for TB test and write IELTS to avoid delay when the CoS is eventually issued. Mine has been issued for a couple of weeks now but I haven't been able to apply for Visa because the approved TB test center didn't have an available date that was close and IELTS will take 13 days to come out after writing. Even if you are skeptical, booking for the TB test is free and you can pay on the day of the test, so just book and secure a date.

You can read up the category of people that qualify for travel exemption. Then you attach a document to show you're exempted.
Fully vaccinated people qualify for travel exemption, also people travelling to reunite with a family member qualify for travel exemption.
You can attach a document to show you are fully vaccinated (if you are) or you can attach a proof that you're reuniting with a family member.
Please check the IRCC website to see the category of people that qualify for travel exemption.

A Note verbal isnt issued in place of a Visa. It is issued to support a Visa application of govt officials travelling for official engagements. It is also issued when a govt official's Visa application had been initially refused. Its issued at the Fed Ministry of Foreign Affairs for govt officials travelling requirements. It's not for everyone and there is a cadre one needs to attain before one benefits from the issuance of a Note Verbal.

I received my ECA yesterday. Unizik and ESUT were really fast in their verification and I didn't pay any extra fee for that.
IELTS was ready since 10th of August. My CRS is 456.
I intend to wait till November when I clock 3years on my current job function before I jump into the pool. I don't want to combine NOC (ike adirom ),though all over 10 years job experiences were in the same organization.

Am due in August and the hospital they use is Peter lougheed just beside the clinic. So prenatal, doctor and baby is settled....They gave us estimates for hospital, epidural and baby . Buy said the hospital will bill us after the baby comes .
