I would advise you all to sign up with Kucoin as an alternative or in addition to Binance.
Binance will charge you 0.1% of every trade transaction (or 0.5% if you own any BNB coins) and also withdrawal charges.
Kucoin on the other hand will charge the same, but will distribute dividends from the charges in the form of fractions of the traded coins on the exchange. So not only do you get to trade on a secure exchange (which requires 2FA every 2hours), you also get to earn from all fees and their referral program. Passive income from holding coins and referrals.

Binance is awesome (aside of the occasional lag experienced when high frequency trades occur, downloading the app on a mobile device however takes care of this.)
Enable 2FA to reduce or eliminate the risk of hacking which can happen to ALL exchanges. Also, I will however advice you move as many of your coins/tokens onto dedicated wallets if you plan to Hodl.
If you want to fund/withdraw you can utilise Remitano for NGN transactions.

For those wondering what is happening to AIICO, with it trading at below 70k despite an unaudited H1 eps of 20k, I think its because the company is planning to dilute the existing outstanding shares with up to 10 billion new shares.

This is the time when closing prices are decided. The daily destiny of the stock can be decided at this time irrespective of what happened throughout the day!

In the dying minutes, brokers execute Pre-Close orders, so buy or sell mandates which have not been fulfilled early on in the trading session are executed, that way they do not miss out on the transaction commissions.

If you look at the dividend paid last year, 700m against 2b units of shares in issue. This translates to 35k. I guess the figure must have been taken against the N1b. There are errors in audited accounts if you take your time to look at it page by page.

Please explain better. I dont see a mistake of 35k for 1b Units or for 2b adding up to N1.4 bn. It was explicitly stated as 70 kobo to give 1.4bn Naira. I would also like to know if anyone got "interim" and "final" dividend for 2014.

Did anyone notice this:

On 8 April, 2015; a dividend 70 kobo per share total dividend N1.4 billion (interim and final) was approved by shareholders to be paid to holders of fully paid ordinary shares in relation to the 2014 financial year. In respect of the current year, the Directors approved the payment of 17k per share (total dividend N340 million) as interim dividend at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on 17 July 2015. The Directors are proposing a final dividend of 43k per share. This dividend is subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting and has not been included as a liability in the financial statement.
