Was it before the war began on Iraq or previously before the war began? I have an Iraqi friend in the Netherlands who has been living in the Netherlands for over ten years now. He came into the Netherlands as an asylum seeker in order to avoid the death sentence hanging on him and his family members from Saddam's reign of terror.

Whether you refuse to see it in my ways or not, I am least bothered. Saddam's reign was terror and if the only laudable achievement of Bush's administration was removing him and killing him, I am satisfied with that.  At least it is a moment of respite for that nation.
