exactly!!!
same reason i have refrained from making any contributions ever since because lets face it,the dude has not said anything new, senator smart adeyemi is a prime example of politicians who talk the talk, say stuffs you want to hear and even go as far as answering the right questions but are still part of the bunch
Exactly!!!

I have been saying the same thing with reference to Smart Adeyemi former NUJ president, Dimeji Bankole who is now an arrogant thief in the Senate. All came across as people crying for change. What did they not promise to the end of the earth for the nation.

Not only is he not saying anything new, he is definitely holding back from dissociating himself from those who made their wealth on stealing from the national cake.

I no talk am?

deepzone ran to check this thread hoping pataki was waiting for her.

In her disappointment she posted bitterly.

meanwhile pataki had been hanging around waiting for an opportunity to chat with deepzone.

I'd barely posted before he hopped in with a response barely two seconds after my comment.

na wa. undecided
Clap for yourself. In your warped-up foolish intelligence you think you have made sense? grin Is this the only thread I can engage DeepZone? EarTHMAMA creates on an average ten threads per day. Talk of joblessness.  grin Is it even biting you that I converse with her? Wanna know why? She has an atom of intelligence. Your case is the opposite.

You are too bed ridden with bitterness and animosity. From the way you type on nairaland, I can safely assume the position that you are a bitter woman in real life. Get HELP or better still someone needs to throw a shoe at you. It might probably be the reason for your self conceited bitterness.

I wish you can spare your ''occasional intelligence'' into something more progressive and meaningful with your life. B.T.W, you are yet to respond to my question on: What other alternative sources of energy do you know? You may google it up and spend your time meaningfully rather eating yourself up over whom I converse with on nairaland.

Silly thing. grin

I have said my own bit. He wants a place in history, let him go and pick a broom and start sweeping the streets of Felele in Ibadan. Humility and service is not in how diplomatic he can be with his answers. Anyone can easily do that with the likes of cre8tivity as advisers.

He has had an outstanding bad publicity while his father was the governor and he never made it easy on himself with his reckless way of spending while in UI. More importantly, his intelligent way of avoiding to declare his source of income over the years makes me highly doubtful of his intentions.

@ Tharma,

Its okay for some people to fly planes into WTC and blow it up.

Have you forgotten that without 9-11 there would be no Iraqi invasion?
You had better be careful. The likes of lagosboy will rather tell you that only 19 people attacked the US so why attack/invade Iraq? cheesy
PoliticsRe: Dapolam Accepts Defeat, speaks to Nairalanders by Pataki: 8:46pm On Dec 16, 2008

my dear pataki, you shouldn't misunderstand my point. it is ok to ask question, but it isn't ok to abuse anybody in the name of asking questions. what happened to motivating one another? what happened to trusting one another? and what happened to showing love and respect for one another? we could sit here till 2020 busy throwing all kinds of questions at this man, if he's going to deceive us, i think it will happen. we need not to pay negative attention to each others' objective, i'll love to see more encouragement coming from all of us. this is the only way to a brighter future for the country that we all love.
You are fast becoming another clown on this thread. Trusting one another? huh

Are you not the same person talking about giving sweet answers to questions in order to avoid more public scrutiny? Does that tag along with trusting one another?

What is abuse to you? Calling a person poor as at 1999 is an abuse to you? Who does not know how lam Adeshina was prior to his gubernatorial election wins in 1999?
PoliticsRe: Gani Fawehinmi Rejects National Honour (OFR) by Pataki: 8:39pm On Dec 16, 2008

Lagosboy:
What a way racist comment!!! “Arabs and self control” Does self control have a tribe or race .You talk like someone who lack exposure. 19 men attacked the US if Bush had self control why not go after Bin Laden alone why carpet bomb a whole country and like Rumsfeld said “Bomb them to stone age”

You talk of self control !! What would you do to the person that made you an orphan ? or killed your children Laugh and dine with him? Perhaps if u are the mother of  a US soldier killed in Iraq for nothing you wouldn’t be talking of self control!!
There is no self control in matters regarding life and death please be real!!!! This gentleman represents thousands of Iraqi orphans and widows who have no means of expressing their views.

Have u ever heard of Abu ghuraib prison pictures!!! Perhaps if it was your relative forced into homosexual acts and naked pictures taken u wouldn’t be talking of self control!!!

Jos crisis in Nigeria people here on NL have said Hausas should all be killed, muslims are this muslims are fanatic where is the self control!!!

You think if a dead american soldiers mum against the war had the same opportunity she wouldnt bite his nose off?
Your ignorance is amazing.

I do not even think it is worthwhile addressing your pack of hogwash. Keep on relishing in your ignorance.

cre8tivity:
just in case you did not know, there are tons of sweet answers to any questions, and an excellent politician is well equipped to handle himself or herself well when any question is being asked. therefore, i will rather judge a politician by his or her actions and not by asking silly questions.
You have been spoiling for war with your incessant recline to silly words. What may be a silly question to you, might be an intelligent question to another.

If computer nerdss are here asking what makes a computer boot, to you as a politician that is a silly question simply because it does not arouse your passion for how to steal the nation dry. If you cannot tolerate your boy dapolam being asked simple questions, go to the kitchen and make yourself busy.

Again, you are part of the people who will not allow Nigeria to see progress. Giving diplomatic answers to questions does not imply intelligence, it simply means you are wicked enough to kill your next neighbour while still smiling at the individual.
PoliticsRe: Dapolam Accepts Defeat, speaks to Nairalanders by Pataki: 6:40pm On Dec 16, 2008
@ dapolam,

The only clown I see here is YOU. This is no insult, but pure straight talk. What is your intention here? To be asked challenging questions that will prepare you for a greater tomorrow. I have no problem with your ambition, I rather see it as a practical joke. I vomit the hard straight truth on this forum and at times I cut across as being too blunt and uncaring about feelings of others. Your ambition is not based on honesty. There is more to your call for service or is it leadership as you would rather see it.

Questions pertinent to how you made your wealth have been dodged by you. You are so quick to paint yourself with what you have done with your wealth but when asked about how you made the money, you simply skip it and require that other issues be addressed. The only set of people who can continue to fool you, are your friends and sycophants.

To insist that setting-up a cafe required a capital sum of just 1million naira back in those days is an outright lie. How much was the cost of V-sat, cost of building, cost of computers? You would rather have us believe that you made the money from the gifts given to you by friends of your father. This same money given to you by friends of your father since 1999 that caused you to misbehave all across Ibadan so much that you became the subject of discussion on TV, yet these same friends continued to give you so that you can save and build a cyber-cafe? grin

Even OBJ will tell you that he made is money from Obasanjo Farms. cheesy Nigeria we hail thee!
