Toss up between CDM sub for Casemiro and CB sub for Varane. For CB we have Lindelof who can do a job and then Shaw as well. There is no decent sub for Casemiro in the squad at this time.

For Casemiro, ETH might look at the academy. What are the chances of Savage or even Mainoo stepping up?

Varane is always an injury away so that's a concern. I reckon we will sign another CB.

In the attack, I think Amadd will deputize for Antony while Sancho will deputize for Rashford. If Martial leaves and we sign Hojlund, we might need another striker if not Rashford will be overworked because he'd be our starting LWF and the only option up front whenever Hojlund or whoever is signed is out injured or suspended.

I think that with the De Gea news, it is safe to say we have a deal in place to sign Onana.

Now, let's go sign Hojlund and another player (CF/CM/DM/CB), I'd prefer a CB as first priority and a CF as second option.

You said the Glazers don't want to sell him but it is not the case, the reality is that his wages is way too high meaning no mid-table team can afford him unless we negotiate a contract termination and he is free agent. It is the same thing for most of our players. Even if we can't find buyers, those guys should be made to train with the reserves, they're useless to our course...

DAVID DE GEA is no longer contracted to Manchester United, but still, he's waiting for Us to get a new goalkeeper before he would announce his departure.

Kane can come in and score 25-30 goals and it wouldn't make any difference because the squad is a long way off a title winning squad however, with Muani and Hojlund we are sorted in attack for a good number of years enough time for our slow-paced board to fix all the gaping holes in our team.

Muani at 70m and Hojlund at 50m. A good negotiator will pull off the deal.

I will sign Hojlund and Muani for 120m or thereabout rather than sign 30 years old Kane. One of Muani or Hojlund or even both will likely make it which to me is a better long term investment.

City sells players they dont need or players who want out. The ones they want like Aguero Silva, they squeeze every juice out of them

The sale value of KdB will be 150M but City is not even interested until he decides he is no longer interested

Salah has done more than enough. KDB has delivered for City since his arrival so, the question of resale value is not a thing. My only issue is that Kane at his age does not come with a guarantee of long term performance.

He was even poorer in the champions league. Played 13 games, has 0 goals plus 0 assists.

No, Graelish was not "very good" last season. He had a brief moment in either April or March where he scored or made remarkable assists. But that was it.

If Graelish was a United player and he scored 5 PL goals last season, as a 100m player, you'd be calling for his head today.

Grealish helps Man City retain possession and is very good in ball progression. While I am not of fan of his style of play (He sometimes hugs the ball too much) you can't use stats to dismiss his impact on the City's style of play. For him to be benching Foden then you should know he is doing something right because Pep is not the kind of manager that rewards average performances.

You are right about Tonali being a better fit than Mount. He is comfortable dropping deep and orchestrating play but he's more of a CM, just like Eriksen. I like to see him as a 6-8 hybrid, Mount is more of an 8-10. Those of una wey dey expect actual possession football from tenHag, make una dey dream dey go. With Mount and Bruno in midfield, na direct, transitional football, which is not bad as long as you guys create chances, score goals and win games.

I wonder if some of them have watched Tonali before arguing. My point about Tonali is that if we are to analyse what ETH was trying to achieve last season using Eriksen then Tonali would have been the better option compared to Mount...
