Since 2018, I've subscribed to monthly and bi-monthly report of my state government allocations and expenditure, and local government allocations by BudgIT.
Local governments earn a lot especially in the Niger-Delta, plus extra quarterly payments to oil-producing communities; all controlled by the state governors.

If you know how much your immediate past governor and mine spent on overhead cost (cost of running government), you'd just look amusingly at the antics by Tinubu's COP28 critics (who's also as guilty).

Not forgetting ~#23 billion annual security votes each to Akwa Ibom, Rivers, and Delta States, all unaccounted for.

Well said. It is a shame that people rather hold the FG accountable and look the other way when you talk about their respective states.

Governors will collect allocation for the state and still collect that of the LGAs. It is criminal.

I actually thought ET Uh will get our players playing as a unit, pressing as a unit and high up the pitch but it has not been the case. Worst off is the fact that he has spent some good money on player acquisitions yet he still largely depends on players who have failed in time past.

As eph said, the blames goes to ETH because he at least has the power to effect changes but is not utilizing it.

McTom, Luke Shaw and Rashford.

I rather Shaw plays his natural position with Lindelof starting at CB. Amrabat over McTom and Antony over Rashford. Antony had a very good game against Galatasaray so, I'd have preferred if he retained his place in the starting 11.

Back to ETH, I mean that man is really tactically inept.

When Casemiro was fit, you will notice him more in attack than the midfield zone, the same rubbish has continued with McTom. I have come to accept it that it is down to ETH's instructions because how else do you explain such anomaly where the DM is always close to the opponent's box.

If we controlled the flow of the game like City, I will have no problem if our defensive midfielders are camped in the opponent's half but it is not the case. When Bruno conceded the free kick that led to the first goal, he was mad at the DMs but nothing changed afterwards. A tactical coach will immediately sort to block the opening in the middle but not ETH.

I am sad to say it but Ole as coach would have seen us trash Gala by 4 or more goals. The match was perfectly set up for counter attacking football especially when the score was 1 vs 3 but for whatever reason, we remained open like we were chasing the game.

If ETH fails to qualify from this group, he should be sacked...

Also, Onana should be dropped as he does not possess the right mentality to man the post for us.

De Gea will make one blunder but will produce several world class saves to keep us in the game but with Onana, after one mistake, his head drops.

Baba it's only you that didn't see how porous we were through the middle. A good tactician would have addressed that before it cost the team. With McTom and Amrabat/Mainoo, one wonder why Bruno had to be the one tracking back for the most past and committing silly fouls in the process. We contained their wingers quite well before the stupid subs but it was through the centre we struggled.

At 1 vs 3, he should have brought in more bodies in midfield. Watching the match felt like watching Man Utd vs Wolves with the only difference being Gala's ability to score.

Onana is the most useless goal keeper in the world... The only thing the basket sabi na to dey raise shoulder up...
