Our transfer window is starting to look like "the more you look, the less you see". Hopefully everything will be sorted out soon but I fear a situation where the good business transactions we end up doing might not be strong enough to cover up for the evident inadequacies that might not be covered up.

When we were asking that we conclude deals early enough so the new players can be part of the preseason, it was like we were impatient...

We should have closed out most of the deals by now and have the players properly integrated with the rest of the team before the season starts proper...

Bruno dropping deep a bit is an option. Hopefully with Sancho, the creative burden is eased off Bruno...

It doesn't look like he wants stay else he would have signed an extension, he clearly wants out so it's better for United to get a fee for him now than leaving on a free next summer.
How I wish the Goretzka's deal will be possible this summer, it'll be a perfect replacement, let's see as the situation unfolds though. Also Camavinga is too young and untested to replace Pogba.

I am not suggesting that we buy Camavinga alone...Instead of spending over 70m looking to sign another midfielder, let's sign both Camavinga and Neves (Or any other quality midfielder)...That way, the chances of the both living below expectation is low...

I've never thought that Pogba is too big to play for United, he's rather underwhelmed the majority of his time here. On his day an absolute beast but his days are so far inbetween its frustrating.

We've lost better world class players in the past and survived, Pogba will be replaced too.

Just when we have gotten Sancho and Varane looks a possibility, we are about losing another quality player...

I hope we find an adequate replacement for him though. I'd have said VDB but nothing suggest Ole trust him to replace Pogba...

Aside the odd goals he scores, I hardly notice him in games he's involved, like I've never seem him dominate or take over a game. Ndidi and co even Fred never hides in a game. That's just me though but to me he's not a stand out player.

If Ole decides to persist with 2 DMs, Neves will fit better alongside Fred/McTom compared to Pogba who is more suited to a 4 3 3 formation where he plays as the LCM...

I even think it's down to the performance of Manchester United over the past couple of years...If we were winning big trophies, most top players will want to join the club and we won't have this scenario where Pogba thinks he is too good to be playing for Manchester United. I might understand that he thinks at this stage, he should be winning big trophies though.

Neves can mark/tackle, doesn't showboat, he can pass (not penetrating passes like PP) and he can pop up with some goals. If we can get Neves for 35m as well as Camavinga for the same amount then I'll care less if Pogba leaves.
