Pool are on fire, we need to beat Palace and aim for at least a point against Pool at Old Trafford. It's going down the wire.
I am hoping City wins tomorrow just to derail Chelsea's push for top 4.

Liverpool are on fire, you guys better hope Tottenham fumbles along the line, it's gonna go down to the wire, the race for top 4

Away from the fact that the senate just passed this ridiculous bill, one thing of note is their quick resolve and reaction to issues...
Over here, you'd see our senate go on recess 10 times and spend over 3-4 months debating this subject.

Reus has been exceptional since his return.
How can a player be out for so long but comes back playing as if he was never out injured.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by patrickmuf(m): 1:46pm On Mar 02, 2018
De Gea gave us a chance in the UCL which is the biggest stage.
Lukaku was impressive against Chelsea as well as McTonimay and even Matic but De Gea was more consistent.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Arsenal Fans Thread: The Red & White Army: 2025/2026 EPL Champions! by patrickmuf(m): 12:23pm On Mar 02, 2018
I'd love to say Arsene Wenger is the problem with Arsenal but then again, you look back and you see 3-4 defenders were left for dead by the pace and trickery of Leroy Sane, after that, Kolasinac choose to mark the weaker foot of Bernardo Silva akin to a similar mistake Monreal made against Robben couple of seasons ago.
Elsewhere, Ramsey was more of an attacker than a midfielder, Xhaka played like a 10 that had a competent 4 behind him and just ahead was Ozil who looked uninterested especially after his new deal.
If the characters I described above looked bad, then you're in for a shocker as I set about describing the next three...
Welbeck the former Manchester United boy (how he ever made the grade at Carrington is beyond me) kept on falling like he was epileptic, he showed he was/is not ready for the serious business that is football especially everytime when he was up against Kompany who on the other hand meant business. A very average yet lucky footballer.
Now we have finished with that object of scam, let's quickly look at the next and latest object of scam, Mkhitaryan. He was all over the news saying he was built for Arsenal's approach and couldn't resist any opportunity to aim cheap shots at Mourinho but those of us in the know knew he was only too happy to have left a club that frowned at mediocrity, one that demanded 100% etc He has a mental blockade and fortunately, he is now at home where mediocrity thrives.
Aubameyang, a very good striker (at least we were made to think so before we saw the light) has gone from replacing a flop, Lacasera to becoming a symbol of mediocrity, at the moment, an injured Lacasera looks better and that alone tells you how average he has been. It's no wonder Ramsey had to push forward to cover for his crass inadequacies...
Summarily put, Wenger and his players are failures.

Nigeria is more like Arsenal, the President at the federal level and Governors and State level are like Wenger, their band of appointees are like the mediocre players I have described above.

Assistant to who exactly? why are u joining dayo to insult mou like this? morever nobody even talked of the manager dayo just wanted to be mischievous. Mourinho is currently the most successful manager still in the game and everyone knows that.
I am only considering how well both have fared this season.
Of course, Mou is more successful over their respective careers.

Lukaku was suggesting an All star game

Someone posted this lineup

Any changes and who wins

I think North wins Replace Silva with Fernandinho. There should also be a a better LB than Robertson even if its in the lesser teams. North bench Sane, Silva Matic Lukaku Alexis. Coach Guardiola, Assistant coach Klopp. reserve coach Mourinho

https://scontent.fbed1-2.fna.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/28379695_1583740535073175_6848353922185480332_n.jpg?oh=c680c0d3d4feb6a4b0880ff59a075c53&oe=5B0AAA2E
Erikson through the middle and willian on the right wing.

North, I'd replace Otamendi with Bailly and Sterling with Sanchez and swap his position with Salah.
Matic in and Pogba out.
For the coaches, Klopp has got nothing on Mourinho thus I'd have Mou as the assistant.

Milan are definitely on the rise, the 4th spot is possible, Inter, Lazio and Roma aren't consistent enough.
Gattuso is doing a fantastic job, the defence is looking solid.

Okay, yet again, we are reminded that no be who first call police dey win case.
Ballistic boys were on fire today, Lukaku was so unlike himself, he was decisive, Mourinho outsmarted Conte once again, McTonimay was exceptional against Hazard, at some point, he looked heavy cos Hazard was more in his pocket than a wallet.
Pogba, lad was glorious today, he owned Kante like he was his toy, the elegance in his passing, drive forward and so on, at one point, I saw him on a Bugatti Veyron driving past Kante, exceptional...
De Gea was commanding as always, he inspired confidence.
The central defense was shaky but then, it is expected especially when you have the brainless Smalling there, they grew into the game as it went on.
Matic, he was a quite good even though he lost Willian for the goal, he screened the defense very well..
Martial, calm head to set up the equalizing goal, he didn't have the best of games but he was decisive.
Sanchez, delayed his induction into the ballistic hall of fame but then, he grew into the game, he will come alive sooner rather than later.
Lukaku, back to his ballistic best, awesome performance.
Lingard, the joker was indeed Mourinho's joker today, he did the checkmate...
This is the United I know.

Only Matic and Pogba won't be enough in the CM. Tom should join.
With good Wing backs and probing forwards like Martial and Sanchez, the pressure on the wings should free the midfield a bit.
Tom for me isn't experienced enough to start today and our defense has really been poor and left exposed even with 3 midfielders (see Sevilla game) that's why I am leaning towards a back 3. When we are in possession, one of them will push up into midfield just like Dier does for Spurs.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by patrickmuf(m): 8:43am On Feb 25, 2018
Match day guys.
We'll most likely line up with 3 at the back thus I'd like for Mourinho to start proper wing backs Valencia and Shaw, a midfield of Matic and Pogba with Sanchez just ahead.
Upfront, Lukaku should be paired with Martial.
The big question now is; do we have 3 CBs fit?
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by patrickmuf(m): 5:14pm On Feb 24, 2018
McTonimay should wear Herrera's short, the pocket is big enough to contain Hazard.
