yes sir!...its just annoying sometimes that our own fans are easily brainwashed by the anti United press when their obvious bias is no even secret again.....

this Sanhez saga really exposed the English press, especially sky sports for the United the haters they are....such obvious hatred..

I'm happy the press are hating us again....that means we are un to something Good.....during Moyes and van gal time, they were pitying and feeling sorry for us...
but you know United is back when the press start hating again like during fergie's time.
How are skysports united Haters?
That a news site post a rumor doesn't in anyway communicate their position.
Couple of days ago someone dropped a post here from BBC and they explicitly stated it was a rumor...Don't believe everything you read, sometimes they quote dailies, like Mirror, daily mail, Independent etc
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by patrickmuf(m): 10:37pm On Jan 20, 2018
All media outlets throw rumors around and even BBC at some point towed the line of Mkhitaryan + cash offer as did skysports.com however, one thing they make known to readers is that it is rumors or they quote the source...

I only know it's serious when they quote sky sources...

Pogba has been dull today. Matic is doing his job, Pogba is not doing his. Mata is on the wings but nothing to show for it. At least Martial is showing some glimpses once in a while. The whole team save for our CBs has been playing badly.

How we went from attacking football last match to containing Burnley is annoying. It's like these lads and Mourinho believe that attacking football don't work in away matches. This coward style of giving Burnley too much respect pisses me off. What are we afraid of? Did Mourinho play Young coz he's more defensive or what? I just dey vex.
Smalling has been shaky

You guys should watch Young closely compared to Shaw.
Secondly, apart from goals, what does Lingard offer?

We don't sign any one, you question the ambition of the club owners...
We sign a player, you scrutinize the transfer and begin to bandy outrageous numbers around...
The media and their band of idiotic followers...

PSG are ambitious for paying outrageous fees for Neymar and Mbappe...

Barcelona have shown their willingness to remain at the top of the game for signing Dembele first and couple of months later, Coutinho...

Liverpool are tackling their defensive crises head long for breaking the bank to sign VVD...

Man City are spot on for improving their defence with players who are over priced big time...

Different rules for same offense...Haters gonna hate.
Glory Glory Manchester United, not arrogant, just better...

Sane is better than Sanchez . What a greedy and selfish player . Trading trophies and attacking football for trophyless and boring defensive football. Good ridance to bad rubbish.
Since Sane is better than him, what is it you rather have him do, choose City and end up on the bench? #logic

Stop yarning dust. Another point is that Sanchez won't address our biggest problem, which is the right wing. He operates best from the left wing and that is the position Martial and Rashford favor, according to Mourinho. Bringing in Sanchez won't bode well for these talebts who are adjudged to be the future of United. This takes nothing from the quality he'll bring to the team irrespective of how long he'll continue to drop top performances though.

Moreover, other top teams in the EPL have wingers who are playing well. City's got Sane, G. Jesus and Sterling who can cause damage on the left wing. Chelsea has Oga One Corner. Liverpool have Mané and Oxade ( grin ) and I'm sure Kop isn't ready to splash the cash for another left winger aged 29. Maybe there's a position available for him at Tottenham.

Messi and Ozil are also quality players and unlike Sanchez we have positions where they can fill in the team.

My general point: Let's address the positions we need to upgrade first before buying someone who could be a surplus to requirements.
Sanchez is adept playing AM just behind the striker, a role presently occupied by Jesse Lingard and to be fair, Sanchez is easily better than Lingard...
Now, as regards the fact that we have other pressing areas in the team that needs attention, please refer to Mourinho's interview where he said at time you are forced in the market because a super player is available not just because he addresses your most pressing need. The RW will be addressed now or most likely in the summer. So, calma calma.

I have this got feeling people are only against this Sanchez deal because City and Pep have pulled out, if we had sat in the sidelines and watched City get Sanchez, I'm sure most folks will be here castigating Ed, Mou, the Glazers for not doing enough to get a player who would've seriously improved the team.
If Messi becomes available now, we y'all suggest we shouldn't go in cos he is 29/30? Dayo don make guys de write off players (30 and above) based on his well cooked excuse for Pep last season

Robben joined Bayern aged 25. Suarez joined Barca aged 27. These examples don't fit the description. How many years did Bastian give us after joining aged 31?

Ibra is the only person you can argue who joined a team at the top at that age and gave years of good performances. He joined PSG at 30 and dominated the league. However, it is arguable that PSG had it easy and Ligue 1 isn't a top top league.

Most new forward signings older than 29 years usually give two or three years of top performances before they become useless, and that's even if they give you top performances.
Will Sanchez strengthen us?
Will he strengthen our rivals?
If he gives us 3-4 seasons of top quality performance, will you be satisfied?
This is what the discussion should be all about.
