raumdeuter: Zidane Ancelotti Pep is better than Mourinho Mou won it with less fancied Porto and did the treble will an Inter team full of players who were past their prime (over 30); Zanetti, Lucio, etal...Now, context comes to play... Pep has won 2 UCL with prime Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, Puyol, Eto at one stage and Villa at another... |

kokaneprodigy: Mou started managing in 2000 Pep started in 2008(8 years later) while Mou has won 25 trophies in 18 years Pep has won 22 in 10 years. Do the maths that’s 0.72 trophy per year for Mou against 2.2 per year for Pep. Zidane has 2 UCL, in fact he won it back to back, doing so as a rookie manager. He is better than Pep...Let me see you fight your own logic. |

Melvyn11: How can you support what Mourinho does. This Man called Arsene wenger a specialist in failure at a press conference. Just because you are a Man United fan doesn't mean you should support rubbish. How convenient of you to ignore the fact that Pep took pot shots at Mou and Man Utd for his and our style of play which I am critical of sometimes... Calling Wenger a specialist in failure when both mangers were engaged in a war of words is spot on. Is Wenger not a failure? |

raumdeuter: Pep and his methods are the holy grail like you said, He is the ultimate gentleman. The perfect coach, with the best tactics, That is why he destroyed records at every club he went
He coached in 3 countries, he set the record for number of wins at every one of them. Thats why every club he has coached always want him back, Despite all those who claimed he failed at Bayern, Bayern management still consulted Pep when getting a succesor for Ancelotti
Mourinho is an outcast at Madrid and Chelsea regardles of the results he got them Record number of wins is no trophy, Mou has won more trophies and that's what is important... You're here calling Mourinho an outcast at Madrid and Chelsea but it was you who could not wait to see his back at Bayern, you were convinced he wasn't taking you guys anyway and wanted him gone for good. You definitely know a thing or two about outcast. Pep and Carlo. |

Pep doesn't talk, he is a Saint and blah blah blah. Isn't it the same Pep that made a snide remarks about Mourinho last season? After a match in the league (I've forgotten the team, probably Bournemouth) he came out to say they play the best football and not some team that are fond of hoofing the ball straight to a target man (Zlatan & Fellaini).
Mourinho's Madrid won La Liga with a record number of points before Barca equalled it a season or two after, so much for a negative coach. Yes, his approach is sometimes very defensive but still, that's another way of playing the beautiful game...
Pep is not the standard neither is Barcelona, teams have dominated different Eras and I don't think going back in history, you'll find any team who have tried as much as FCB and Pep to blackmail everyone into thinking that their methods is the best. |

I am only happy that Dayo and his folks where taken to the cleaners here.
How can someone claim Sanchez's reported fee is after tax and when quizzed on KDB he begins to backtrack? It's funny people just say things some many times hoping it becomes a pillar to which they stand.
See Dayo acknowledging that Zlatan took a pay cut yet he posted a table that had Zlatan earning so much, a table that didn't have KDB whose new deal was announced same time with Sanchez arrival here.
Una go tire last last when he starts banging in goals. |

raumdeuter: Mangala is not a full back, Peps 4 full backs last season were Sagna Clichy Kolarov and Zabaleta they were all old. Mourinho has 2 young full backs he can use in Darmian and Shaw
A lot of the players Pep bought like Sane Jesus Gundogan Mendy Ederson Danilo are not from the EPL and are not used to the league unlike Alexis, Lukaku Matic who are EPL veterans
Matic and Lukaku have played under Mourinho before and are used to his tactics unlike those Pep bought who have never played under him before and are not used to his tactics How many games did Lukaku play? It's been over flogged here so it's best you don't bring his name here. |

raumdeuter: You only bought one player not several players like City
Will your gelling can be like Guardiola where you will be leading the league by 12 points while gelling? It takes a good amount of time playing together for attackers to gel...First off, he'll most like find himself on the right or behind Lukaku which isn't his best position or Martial might be forced to adjust his playing position if Sanchez must play from the left...Abeg the gelling no go easy. |

SIRcumalot: Sanchez behind lukaku na wetin I dey expect.
Maybe we still throw some money at Leicester about mahrez. Talks of the dude at Psg don disappear. Exactly, if we can get Mahrez, Mata should drop to the bench. We need players who can create something our of nothing in our forward line. Martial is very good at it, Sanchez is great, Lukaku has been improving his all round performance, we just need someone on the right who is of similiar quality. |

nezzar: Martial at the left
Sanchez at the right
so he will definitely bench Mata Sanchez is better on the left or just behind the Striker...It's either Sanchez will play on the left and Martial, behind Lukaku or the other way round. On the right, Mata should retain his place as he effects our play better. I don't want Lingard starting as our SS or AM, he doesn't influence our play at all and sees less of the ball for someone in that position. Pogba has been covering up for him, doubling as 10 and 8 cos Lingard is more concerned with in taking up goal scoring positions rather than effecting our play... |

olril17: to be fair the likes of Henry,Gary, lampard and Jenas are fantastic football experts who are always fair....
except that most of those football journalists including those who work for sky sports are insufferable idiats(God, can't even bear to start mentioning their names)
from the moment the Sanchez story broke, they were totally anti United, like if we are just one small club with no pedigree ,players only join us for the money, and our coach one of the best in the world was made to look like a dinosaur... while pep and man city are the best thing since slice bread,a poor club that Manchester united treated unfairly in the transfer...yet pep spent 100 million pounds on full backs, and few months ago,the same Sanchez was almost bought by city for 60 million pounds, and it would have been seen as a brilliant purchase by pep for a player in the last few months of his contract!
but for United, obscene Alexis wages(as much as 500 thousand pounds) and 35 million pounds was flying around..... like I said it was started by the likes of sky sports.... lapped upon by other media outlets.. "pep or money" was started by a sky journalist and he was rightly called upon by Gary. It could've made more sense if you called out journalist (s) who have been unfair in their reportage of this whole transfer saga rather can try to drag Skysports to the mud. Di Marzio works for Sky as does Balaque. It's down to the journo involved. Anyway, I'm happy it's all coming to an end, a favorable end. |
