I plan sleeping over @ abuja on sunday then going to camp(argungu fishing village) on monday. Might sleep over @ birnin kebbi if i arrive late. My question is whether one will be allowed into the camp premises on monday being that camping officially begins tuesday?

I've been posted to kebbi state. Now ordinarily, i cant even locate Kebbi on a map(*squints* maybe i can. Lol). But here i am, so father Lord send me! Never been up north, so dont know wats its like. So if u've been posted to the state, or have served there or live there etc, lets meet here ! Adventure has always been my thing, but Lord, did i bargain for this!

When am alone, i try to create comic scenes in my head with me as an active participant. This has me wringing my hands in excitement and probably laughing out loud by myself.has got me into trouble with my parents a number of times. My mum even suggested deliverance at a point but she admits i was a very restless child @birth. Its all fun though and i usually shrug it off, am a man of plenty imaginations! Sometimes i just let them run riot!

Let me explain a bit further. You see during the colonial administration of the British and after several entreaties for Nigeria to get an indigineous University, the British finally sucumbed and established the University College Ibadan(as unibadan was then known(it regained its present status at independence i think)). Funny enough,it was affiliated to the university of London? but the most ironic thing was that virtually all the courses introduced were in the Arts and humanities(hence the reason why 1st generation writers like achebe, soyinka,elechi Amadi, xtopher Okigbo etc are alumnus).this continued untill independence when the balewa government wary of its responsibility of establishing a truly technological based university in Nigeria decided to establish UNN Nsukka with full science and technological /engineering based courses(at that time only Yaba college Lagos offered technical courses/certificates). So one of the cardinal reasons why UNN was established was to provide Nigeria the technological manpower it desperately needed(hence their early alumnus were science and Engineering men). I hope this sets some things straight.

You all are going off topic.the subject of this thread demands that we analyse carefully and critically the nature of the man M.k.o Abiola,his person,character,beliefs,philosophy.this is not about what he fought for or how he was wrongfully denied of his mandate..we all know that. Rather, we should ask ourselves whether he was the man who would have brought succour to the masses OR whether he would have been like others before and after him i.e.those who set their personal intrest first before that of the state and in one way or the other were slaves to Godfatherism,corruption,tribalism etc.these i think we should concentrate on.

Me,the one wey me i know be say since the time of Adam and Eve,God no dey find wife for person again.because, after adam ate of the forbidden fruit,God asked him why he did so and adam replied "is it not the wife you gave me..?"in rerference to eve who gave him the fruit and God said enhenn,because i gave u a wife abi.?so since then God has allowed man 2choose 4himself.who u don love,u don love jare!
