Implementation of Federal character presupposes that there are qualified candidates. How many Lawyers are ten years and above from the North? How many from Ogun State and Delta State?
Where is the CJN from? Where is the President of the Court of Appeal from? Where is the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court from? Where is the Chief Registrar of the Supreme Court from? What about the AJSC? They are all from the north. So no need for Federal character for those appointments? Since Mohammed Bello became the CJN in 1987 all the 8 or 9 CJN after him have come from the North.

The DG of the Law School was my lecturer, up to a hundred of his former students have become SANs before him. I have some grouses about the award, but not tribalism. It is man know man because there are too many qualified candidates. We don't need quota SANs. I have come across enough of them, to despise the idea. Again when I was in the Law School, you wouldn't believe you were in a Nigerian institution. The efficiency was outstanding.
For each one of those awarded, you would probably find five more eminently qualified.

1) Min of Petroleum
2) Min of State for Petroleum
3) Chairman Board of NNPC
4) GMD NNPC.

Now it so happens that prior to now there was no No 3; and No 2 and No 4 was same person.

What that means that No 4 cannot report to No 3 ,who in turn reports to No 2 when 2 and 4 is same person. So it makes sense for No 4 to move up to No 3 so that No and 2 and 3 can be same person while a new person occupies No 4.

This is not a strictly mtk phone. To the best of my knowledge, mtk droid and SP flash tool are not working fine with it. If you want a nandroid backup, use Online Nandroid Manager. I have done it. But what is the use? There is no custom recovery to use it with.

I have ported Kitkat, Android 4.4.2, to Tecno N7. The real thing not a mod. Go through the N7 thread you will learn a little more about me. I started with Kitkat recoveries. I have ported TWRP and CWM both touch and manual. Without a Kitkat recovery, you cannot flash a Kitkat ROM. There is a major bug in the ROM I am trying to deal with. The screen of the device freezes, but activities such as superuser request go on in the background. I need a tester because I believe that this might be because my device has been severely abused over the past two and a half years and may be weak. I need an N7 that has not been abused like mine. Rest assured your phone will not be bricked. I flashed these ROMs over forty times in the last three days. And anyone that has a link to an MTK 6577 3.4.6.7 kernel should let me know. Thanks.

I am posting three screenshots.the first is lockscreen. The second one is from my Titanium backup. This is the best way to authenticate the version of an OS. I downloaded many ROMs advertized to be what they were not. In this screenshot, the system apps are clearly shown to be 4.2.2. And check the time, I took the screenshots after my last post. The third one speaks for itself.

Well,I had a freak attack on my Laptop, inexplicable, and lost all my working papers; about 30GB. I had to start all over as it were.My desktop had all my work directories. The attack cleared my download folder, documents folder and everything on the desktop except the Recycle Bin. I have been using the 4.2.2 for about two weeks. I am a responsible man of over 50 years and I do not have time to trade words with people. I set out to do this for myself and I have only tried to share. BTW do you need a link when you can Google? I have done my bit rekeson will finish the job which he actually started.I will post screenshots and close this thread. Thank you.

I am sorry I couldn't upload the ROMs. In fact I tried. For three days my GOOGLE DRIVE kept showing it was uploading, it did not finish. And I had personal issues that kept me offline for a number of days. I am not a developer, rekeson is helping me with the issues. Please be patient. I am currently using the 4.2.2 for everyday use, including this post. Thank you.
