I think the contact person name is meant for a relative or friend hence the question for relationship with contact person.
If the contact person is a relative or friend, you can go ahead to fill it in (which automatically means you do not know the organisation name as it's no longer necessary) and then put your relationship with the person as well as his or her address.

But if you want to use your school address, you don't need to put any particular person name, hence you are meant to tick "I do not know" under the contact person name box. If you do that, the organisation name box will be active for you to fill in the name of the school.... and then fill in the school street address and city. ( note this might mean you won't fill in the box for " relationship with contact person" anymore).

I have not filled this before.... but I think it means contact person name OR organisation name....
Hence if you fill in the contact person name, then organization name won't be needed again.

I would suggest, if it's the school you want to put.... leave the contact person name - tick " I do not know". The the organisation name will open up for you.... there you can now put the school name... and continue with the street address of the school below.

I hope this works.... am just thinking out loud.

If I leave nysc half way or fail to obtain the certificate, what do I do when I return? Can I get an exemption letter or I have to do nysc all over again?

OK so the admission cycle this season has been an awful one for me. Got rejects from different four schools I applied and just got wait listed by the last one (Etsu). Well it has been a great experience so far and this house has really helped me come this far sef. Thanks to you all for your contributions.

Hi good people, please, for someone with parallel credits in O'level and chose lasu as the most prefered degree awarding institution, whats the chance of securing admission into B.A Music with just 229 in jamb? And how high does such person need to score in post utme as a non-indigene?
