Hi y'all,just got my TOEFL result..28R 28L 24S 27W..Total 107. A big thanks to sirridy,paulbets n danjaninja.You guys are great. I had a real complacent preparation,just a week and it isn't really rigorous as such.I ensured I familiarize myself with the exam by using the TOEFL software prep and also study tips by downloading Notefull YouTube videos,and some tips from great fellas here. This thread has really immensely helped me in both GRE and TOEFL exams.Onto the next stage which is the application stage. #spring2016..Thanks and God bless.

Sorry am replying late. I would have loved to send them materials to you and others but currently am in NYSC camp at Niger State and the network is very bad. I did not even dare to enter the camp with my laptop. So I won't be able to send materials. Also I won't be able to reply mentions or pm's early enough.
so here is the advice: pls go to market and buy baron TOEFL book. It's sold at N2500 per copy at yaba Lagos. Comes with 3 CDs for practice.
Also try to get the ETS official guide for TOEFL iBT 4th edition with it's practice questions as well. Just goto www.4shared.com and u will get it free. Search by typing "Toefl" in d search box. You should know that I didn't goto any study center or anything similar. the TOEFL iBT can be taken with only self preparation. So study up for 3 to 4 weeks, and go take the test. I prepped for 2.5 weeks only. So you should likely do better.tzangel and shehas

Ok so I did the TOEFL test yesterday May 23rd at the JKK test center Ilupeju Lagos. The experience was nothing out of the ordinary. The actual test was exactly as was portrayed by baron book and ets official guide. Now waiting for the result....... and hoping for the best.

GRE General test next to go down on August 22nd at the Uniprep Galaxy Center Abuja. Registered online with my Diamond bank visa card on May 22nd and was charged N39,795.12.

These NW, NE, NC, SW, SE and SS were government and political creations. The natural setup of this country by rivers niger and benue are NORTH, EAST and WEST.
Although the creations of the six regions were paramount and more accommodating, some people can still view this country as a north, east and west setup hence the Governor's comments.

However, your right as a citizen can be denied if you are find guilty of criminal offense. I think as a Citizen of Nigeria, One can run for any office in any state, whether indigene or not.

So, you are limited to contesting for political office in Delta.

Nooo. In the case of Nigeria, you are only a citizen by birth if either of your parent is Nigerian. Meaning that if you and ur spouse are foreigners living in Nigeria, and then give birth to child in Nigerian soil, that child is not a citizen of Nigeria. Unlike in the United States and Canada

Though came across this thread quite late,but I thank God I did...as the resources here were invaluable...
Pls,ensure you devote ample study time to this exam,and don't be deceived by scores in powerprep bla bla...instead just use it to acquaint yourself with the exam and observe your strength and weakness trend...
How I manage to get that still amaze me cos I actually got discouraged after the fourth section...

Bro, u tried ur best. As per TOEFL, download the Official guide 4th edition with the CD for test practice. It's free online at www.4shared.com, just type "TOEFL" in the search box and downlaod it.
Also go to yaba if u are in Lagos and buy Baron Textbook for TOEFL. It's sold at N2500 per copy. It comes with 3 CDs as well. These two materials will do the magic. Goodluck
