The U.S government would have provided him coded security. |
The owner knew the property was going down and played a fast one on the bakery owner! The bakery owner should have all who are connected to the rental of the property arrested as they are fraudsters. |

If we can not run such that push around about 3 billion Kenyan shillings ($30m) daily in Kenya across mobile phone numbers comfortably as the platform is powering so many SMEs, giving those abroad the ease in sending international transfers straight to the phone numbers of their relatives in the villages without those ones having to go to a bank to collect the money then we have no business always feeling we better are than Kenyans saying they are weird and what not. i have a kenyan friend who is based in the U.S and her sick dad is based in the village. She used to send money straight to her father's phone so he could use it for his medication but rather the man spends the money on alcohol so she outsmarted him by arranging a nurse in their village to go and dress her father's wounds daily alongside giving him his drugs and once she calls in to confirm that her father has been attended to, she sends the $2 charge straight to the nurse's phone and the arrangement dey pain the old man! ![]() |
It should be more of how can l get out of this recession! |
This night inspection with torch, get as e be! ![]() |
biggy26:Your eye sharp well, well! ![]() I have gotten used to those pepperless and saltless meals. I remember the first time l tasted chapati some years back, l threw up but now am addicted to it! ![]() |
You are enlightened enough to know that the Police station should be your next port of call not Nairaland! |
With the deaths occurring annually during the pilgrimage, don't they undergo medical check up before departure? |
Sighs. |
Kenya is the undisputed King of mobile money, they have perfected the art as international money transfer operators (Moneygram, Ria, Worldremit, Sendwave, Western Union etc) use the mobile money networks to deliver transfers straight to recipient's phone number! I know Nigerian banks would make sure MTN, Airtel, Etisalat and Glo are never given the license to operate mobile money networks as it is in Kenya. I am 200% sure pepper no dey that food! ![]() |
All other states should follow Ekiti State on this. The owners of the herds must be forced to invest in ranching their cattle. |
Millions are waiting to replace them! Most of them are corrupt and know how financially comfortable they were, this accruing from their sharp practices. |
Bolustic:And the incumbent President had over 99% voters turnout in his home region! His late father ruled the Gabon for 42 years! .........I cry for some African Countries! |
chindoone:They tend to sell cheaper in Jos when compared to Lagos. |
jephito:That is almost 100% increase! |
ring7:They are not cheaper. |
Singapore1:The Lord is our strength! |
Some behave as if they have divine mandate to scrutinised other people's lives, while theirs is pathetic! |
jephito:Since you are in Lagos, you need to visit the Mile 12 market to see how things goes, there is a market somewhere under Falomo Bridge (Victoria Island side). Prices of Veggies for Salad have always on the high side across Southern part of the country because of the produce is coming from the North. Personally, l will likely add shops in upscale neighbourhoods that sells them in my market research. |
planetx:We both know how those appointees were picked and going by the Nigerian factor it will not inclusive. I will prefer the stimulus being tied to visible productivity. I was shocked when l read ThisDay sometime in June that Calabar has succumbed to refuse, this same Calabar that was a sight to behold during Donald Duke's tenure. Latching on this predicament, it will make more sense if the government encourage youths in each neighbourhood to organize themselves into groups and ensure their hoods have their garbage properly disposed and they will only be paid for a job that is seen to be well done. |
End of the road for him. |
planetx:Appoint more people, so more salaries will be paid?...............This is not how to empower a people! |
"Governor Ayade, in a news conference last week, explained that “the expansion of government was a deliberate policy to find a way to release whatever government has to every home, so that there is food on the table for every house. If it is not directly to you, it is to your uncle or to your niece. Even when Cross River does not have, we took appointees from about 98 to almost 800 and we have a new list of about 300 people to be appointed which will be announced next week (this week).”............And this man is a Professor? ![]() |
Please withdraw the N55K you already have there, many of such schemes have come and gone leaving regrets at its wake.....a word is enough for the wise! |
Deep words. |
Impressive! Many have now become Pro in Cucumber farming! ![]() Abeg make una extend am to Cabbage, green peas, lettuce etc so that preparing salad will become cheaper! ![]() |
obstead200:I can't compare as here is way cooler, even right now am indoors and having my stockings on and drinking hot tea at past 2.P.M! Our farmers should provide cooler environment for their harvests. Let me use the local cooling box l attached in an earlier post as an example as in Somalia the weather there is oven like, the cooler box is what is being used in some communities donated by donor agencies to cool down the temperature of the harvested fruits and vegetables thereby extending its freshness. Boxes made with charcoal stuffed around and which is constantly watered keeps fruits and vegetables fresh. When care is taken during harvest and stored in a cool environment......It will last longer. Our farmers and traders are so used to stacking cucumbers in sacks, that is a big NO,NO as the shelf life of those cucumbers have been seriously compromised. |
jstemmanex:The temperature where it is kept is the determining factor. |
Keep away from trouble and the crocodile will have no reason to smile at you! ![]() |
MadamExcellency:I am yet to see any State within the South that do not process garri, so it is not an exclusive of Imo State. Imo State is not even producing up to 25% of Delta State's output. I remember while growing up when after Christmas and New Year holidays and we leave our village in Imo State heading back to Lagos, we always look forward to stopping by at Umunede or Agbor to buy garri to take down with us. Enugu is more into garri processing than Imo State. |
mikkybellami:That location is within a local government and a State, it has a Chairman and a Governor! |
Donmams:Rustling is big business! If you see some Kenyan herdswomen handling AK47 just to protect their livestock, u go fear! ![]() |
