One Zucchini for N500? When one local Kenyan market woman was cajoling me to take one very big one for 20ksh (N75)!

You can grow them both in sacks as for Parsley once it survives, one can continually harvest it for up to 2 years.

Your mum can add other herbs to her garden such as peppermint, marjoram, oregano, rosemary, sage, lovage etc One gets to harvest them within 3 months of planting them, just get good quality seeds for her.

There are some secondary schools in Kenya that offers aviation as part of their curriculum and the students get to take flying classes. The students get their pilots’ licences - the Private Pilot Licences (PPLs) even before their equivalent of WAEC result is out.
