I don’t even know the section to post this, I have this silky bedsheet and I’m using it with a new mattress that has a somewhat silky finish, I noticed that my pajamas and yoga pants gets sticks to my skin and gives off a spark when I try to take ‘em off (after laying on the bed for a while).

Now to the main problem, I think there’s so much static electricity in my system, likely due to the friction from the silky surfaces.

This morning as I was on my way to work, I touched the car door and the metal surface gave me a shock (real electric shock).

Now on my way home, same thing has transpired again, please has anyone else experienced this, and how do I get rid of this excess static electricity from my body before I get a major electrocution
