Thanks for your input. Really appreciate.

I will run the bootcamp in a cohort of 10 students per batch.

This way what I learnt from one batch can be implemented in the other batch.

I have no issues with getting jobs for my graduate. I've been networking with potential clients.

I have been building a newsletter with over 11K subscribers who are executives, founders and top management positions who can become my potential recurring customers.

I don't plan on raising money to build this...so like you said my only issues will be finance for the main time.

And another problem that I might have is when some of my VA who might later leave the company and try to take my clients with them.

I will have to come up with a solution to that.

If you have any more tips and suggestions...I would really appreciate.
You're right.

People are greedy selfish and sometimes ungrateful... but that's how the world is.

I believe what will make your clients stick with your company and only work with VAs your company recommends or recruit is based on the quality of your service and legal agreements you have with your VAs.

I believe your company should is the brand.

When a foreign client is getting a service from one of your VAs they're
Doing so based on recommendations from your company.... Also you should focus greatly on offering quality service and your client will stick with you no matter what

Thanks. I think I will implement this strategy

Firstly, a bootcamp for Virtual assistant.

Pay nothing until you graduate

Then we will get VA jobs for our graduate and then outsource it to our graduate while deducting our bootcamp fees from their monthly salary.

What do you think if this?

I believe this is the best path for me to get good and qualified Virtual assistants for my Tech Startup
Yes that's great

Also you'll get unlimited supply of people to carry out the first experiments due to no job in Nigeria.

Only thing you need to worry about to see if your plans will yield or workout is finance and how you'd get the Jobs for your unlimited poll of graduates.

I believe you'd get unlimited poll of graduates.

depending on the difficulty and quality of the bootcamp.

All those niggis up there are looking for validation from me. Let me give them.

Ignorance is a bad thing, though it has it perks. There is deep web and there is dark web. Using Tor browser will require you having Tor links to access sites right ? Most legits site require invitation code to access and you can't get them without a direct connection. Olodo people think they are smarthuh?? See Dem commenting.

As for drugs, porn and the rest. I av actually streamed live child porn for free. I have also had contacts with a Nigerian that sells drugs like TM, DZ, and the rest. I will attach a picture of the porn though.

As for the PayPal. I even dropped a screenshot above and the dummy are still asking me questions about how it could be possible. I av been using the dark web since I was in secondary school, my place there is secured, I even av a thor link for my personal work.

Some of you are repugnant in nature. Your toxicity is why you're still poor and your ignorance and unwillingness to learn will keep you in that poor condition. But I don't blame you really. Some of u commenting are still living in zinc roofs, working as security men, private school teachers, drivers, artisans and mostly jobless and you try to hard from the irony of your essentially depraved existence by coming to Nairaland to boast about what you are not.

I only pity those that see your reviews as something to hold on to. For your lies and ignorance will not only engulf you but push others(not by their choice) from gaining the wisdom of truth. I took a bold step back then, I lost money and I gained money. I av met a lot of people and pest like a so called Avory dude corrugating my mentions with his -13 IQ. Like I said, I don't rly blame you. Just take this reply as an achievement. I av validated you well today and you won't be getting any more from me.
You're the one looking for validation.

Why would a darkweb millionaire like yourself come here on Nairaland to hawk PayPal and drag about child pornn, Hard drugs and other rubbish?

The way you're mentioning child Indecency up and down even searching all over darkweb for the ones you'd stream for free speak volumes of you

ProgrammingRe: Which Hosting Server Is Good For Hosting An Online Socket Chatroom by Paystack(f): 2:06am On Jul 04, 2023
Hehehehe shared hosting will disgrace you

Remember you're sharing the host with others including the IP

if your server load misbehaves they'll block you off with almost no prior notice

If your nodes, CPU usage exceeds a certain threshold they cut you the Bleep off

Shared host is best for basic blog sites

Heck... it can even ruin your blog when you start getting substantial traffic.

Don't think of uploading video there...

Your app is chat app and shared hosting isn't the best use VPS

Avoid shared host unless you're on extremely tight budget grin

Oja ti burst. You just burst his full racket.

I was reading the nonsense he wrote how he "strolled" into dark web and fiam he got a legit PayPal account. And how he then went on to easily "sell" it to someone and even"dashed" the person the "excess" money on the account. In my mind I was like any mumu that contacted him deserves to be scammed
I hate such type of scammers

No creativity... just plain recycled crap.

It's like saying I got access to account with $10,000

Then I head to darkweb to sell the account $500 to a stranger lol.

The idiots will be mentioning darkweb as if it's rocket science.... any 5 year old with tor browser can visit darkweb like normal everyday websites

Nothing special there.

No one even sells drugs or child Indecency there

You'd be caught.... most of the onion sites are deliberately setup by law enforcement to fish out criminals.

Only reasonable thing one can get there is phished details

Nonsense

This is the most stressful setup I've ever done.

Setup alone to run the least html, css or files can take you 3-4hrs

Why REACT the always make things difficult

I've installed heaven and earth setup config up and down yet options page won't load properly

Installing tailwind on its own is pain in the Azz not to talk of installing it and letting it function with webpack cry

I wouldn't be surprised to later know you have a fixed mindset rather than a growth mindset.

Learning never ends and learning and mastering a skill can't be done in one day. Even a pro is still doing his or her very best to keep progressing in learning everyday.

That you couldn't take your time to master just one skill alone to talk of more doesn't mean it can't be done by others. It just shows you have a limited brain capacity.

Have a great day
What I've told u is fact!

I put it to u... u don't have any form of stable income and you've mastered nothing of all what you've mentioned.

airsaylongcome:
I can't comment about the 70% statistic (not saying you are wrong just that I don't have the data). But a lot of the Web infrastructure today relies on PHP. So I'm really puzzled when young guns here rubbish the language. I recently came across a software called Pixelfed which is a "replica" of Instagram for the fediverse and was stunned to find out it was built with PHP. Personally I like PHP and am truly surprised that it gets a lot of flack locally
Most people start off with front end so no need for PHP

Besides... if you don't build your backend with PHP what else would you use that has very strong community, is cheaper to whip up and almost all hosting services on earth supports it.

NODEJs? We can basically count number of Tech startups using Node in Nigeria... not sure they're even up to 20.

I mean the relevant ones grin
