Lol.

Hate speeches did not win election.

Both sides used hates speeches, Nigerians made their choice.

The same social and electronic media which Buhari and APC used to win the election is the same platform PDP and Jonathan used to lose the election.

Who could forget the hate speeches of Fani Kayode, Fayose and Patience Jonathan in the build up to the 2015 elections.

Mama Piss talked about stoning and almajiris.

Fayose talked about pampers.

Fani Kayode talked about Buhari being uncircumcised.

Useless hypocrites.

Break the law and the DSS will pick you up.

Buhari and APC till 2055.

By election or by rigging no one cares.

Goan die.
When did criticism of a government become a hate speech?

You guys should be careful of what you wish for.

Nigeria is in a democracy and not a military or theocracy where opposition to the Ayatollah is a blasphemy.

Thank you Uncle Uzor. You have been noticed.

You are right, Obasanjo has no moral right to criticize Buhari and it is also morally wrong for you to tell us that.

Bia Victor, did Buhari seek your blessings before contesting in 2015,?

What role did you play in his emergence?

OBJ was in Ota when they calling him navigator and sought his help.

OBJ we know, Victor who are you?
PoliticsRe: Obasanjo Calls PMB "Brother Buhari" In His Letter To The President by pcicero(m): 8:28pm On Jan 23, 2018
To all those calling Obasanjo names, he was sitting in his Ota Farms jejely when they took their problems to him.

They called him a navigator and asked him to direct and support them. He did all they asked of him.

Now, you can't question his moral authority over what he helped to berth.

Baba knew this in 2015

But then it was Anything But Jonathan

Jonathan himself was a misfit. Fine

However coming from an anything but mindset led to fielding an even more inglorious misfit with a guaranteed bankable rate of failure in National Politics and leadership. This president has rebased and recalibrated Cluelessness.

For those who know/knew him this was literally a certainty.

It was guaranteed that he will fail, even the people who put him in power knew he would fail but it was all highwire politics the cost of which is almost incalculable with loss of lives, poverty and National Attrition.

We are set to make the same mistake again with anything but Buhari.

El-Ruffy is worse than Buhari, Yahaya Bello is worse than Buhari, Amaechi is worse than Buhari.
Agreed. Buhari then seemed to be the only rallying point for the coalition against GEJ.
He was also helped by his famed integrity and perceived incorruptible personae.
SportsRe: AMCON: We’re In Court With Kanu Over Debt by pcicero(m):
It wasn't Kanu's fault really.

He went into a partnership with one Mr Gam-Ikom who is also his friend.
Gam-Ikom runs the business and they had a fallout when things started going south.

How did I know this?
I have a banker friend who was always regaling me with their gist more than 7 years ago.

Sometimes, I just pity the ethnic champions who out of ignorance ascribe persecution to everything

PStacks:
you cant hold Buhari responsible for mismanagments of the past. Can you?
You might need to understand that his taciturn attitude towards issues made him a target.

Some of us blamed Goodluck for allowing Boko Haram to fester. They even shared his picture dancing at a Kano rally after some attacks.

It was convenient to blame Jonathan then for what Ali Modu and other governors allowed to grow under their watch.

Why do people now develop headache when same is extended to Buhari?
PoliticsRe: Cattle Colonies, Herdsmen Attacks And Stack Realities. by pcicero(m):
OP

You must be joking.

Do you mean PDP also caused this?
To begin with, blaming all the woes of Nigeria on PDP's 16 years has not only become a worn-out cliche but puts this govenrment in a bad light.
We knew the shortcomings of PDP when GEJ was voted out.

Buhari presented himself as the solution. And you all voted him in.

To the crux of the matter, i first heard of ecological funds during OBJ's tenure. That was the beginning of PDP.
There were various instances where state governments were accused of diverting such funds. Ali Modu Sherrif of Borno (ANPP-PDP-APC 2003-2011), George Akume (PDP- APC) were some of such governors.

CelebritiesWhat Fela Said About Biafra. by pcicero(op): 3:17pm On Jan 22, 2018
Ever wondered about the views of outspoken Afrobeat maverick, Fela Kuti, on the failed secession bid of Biafra and the civil war of 1967 to 1970?

A first-person biography of Fela, written by Carlos Moore, contains an account of his standpoint on the issue.

‘Fela: This B**ch of a Life’, originally published in 1982, is based on hours of conversation the author had with Fela.

An excerpt from chapter nine of the book sees Fela talk about the Biafran war and what secession would have meant for Nigeria, had it been successful.
What Fela said

“The Biafran war had started in ’66 and was now fully underway. I was in Lagos, playing music. I didn’t like the Biafran war though. I thought the Nigerian government was wrong. I thought the Biafrans were right. The Yoruba are not Ibo. I thought the Ibos were right.

“I said to myself, “This whole thing is a cheap, big hustle to put the Ibos in a bad light in the world.” And, in fact, what was happening was the beginning of corruption in Nigeria. That’s evident now.

“The Biafrans were f***ing right to secede, man. If it was secession, it was good secession. Because secession is what could have brought Africa together at that time. From secession, we could come together again. But by not seceding, we’re put together by force. Uhuhhhhhh! That’s what’s happening in Nigeria today. The Ibos don’t understand why they’re in Nigeria.

“The Yorubas don’t know what’s happening. And the Hausas, they want to dominate everybody. The whole thing is f***ing confusion. I don’t even know myself why we’re in Nigeria; how we all got to be together in this country, in the first place. No politician has ever gone into that. If Ojukwu had seceded, we would have started our own history. We would have known why we seceded and what happened.

“How did we get together in the first place? Uh? That’s the real question. Why don’t any of the politicians ever ask that question? Eh? Anyway, at that time, when the war was going on, I wasn’t politically minded at all.

“I made my comments as a citizen. I was just another musician, playing with Koola Lobitos and singing love songs, songs about rain, about people… What did I know? That’s when I split to America.”

Yes, don't mind him. My mum had to call him severally to tell what people had been saying. She even pleaded with him to work on some roads like Alfa Sanni (behind Grace Schools), Mutairu and others.

The guy promised to do them and even assured her that equipment would soon be mobilised to site.

We can now see how much corruption he has ridden the country of when it is now incontrovertible that corruption resides in his bedroom.
