The Republicans who voted for so called “electors” in some swing states are mere wasting their time.

Federal law provides that, in cases of disputed slate of electors, the members of Congress are bound to accept the official slate of electors from the state governors.

Moreover, it takes BOTH chambers of Congress to agree to not accept electoral votes from a state. We already know that the House of Reps would accept all slate of electors, and not a single GOP Senator will co-sponsor any challenge by Republican house members

Team Trump have filed an appeal at the 7th Circuit Federal Appeals Court, stemming from their loss, today at the Federal District court...

I’m predicting another loss, especially if the court has to hear the case on Monday which is the day the Electoral College votes.

My friend, you’re now saying the Texas case “exposed the criminal nature of the fraud”.

Let me break it down to you: It is ONLY a government entity aka PROSECUTORS that can bring forth criminal charges to court. Neither of Biden’s or Trump’s lawyers CANNOT act as prosecutors. And neither would ANY court hand down rulings meant for a criminal case in a civil case - which are what these lawsuits are.

My friend, the legal challenges are effectively over. You may say, “well, some other lower court cases my get to the US Supreme Court.” But the court would decline to hear those cases because the Electoral College would have cast its vote on Monday.

Yes, the Republicans in the House of Reps may try to stall the January 6th proceedings in the House chamber; but guess what, NO Senator will join them in their nonsense kabuki dance.

Therefore, it’s high time you accept the reality: Biden won
