See why our guys were distracted yesterday

Breaking News!

kenddys:
Our shooting has been poor

Our defending has been too poor
We should have come back in the second half with ways to counter Golding and his fellow snipers

Wtf man

Right! I was expecting the likes of Nnamdi or Achiuwa to make life hard for Goulding from the 3-point area, but I don’t know why they left him wide open all the time

FT: Australia 108:69 Nigeria

The Aussie defense is the best in these exhibition series!!

End of 3rd quarter
Australia 84:46 Nigeria

End of 1st half
Australia 49-29 Nigeria

End of 1st quarter

This Australia team dey play o

Yea
Ingles was their MVP tonight, and I’m not sure how D’Tigers will handle him on Wednesday

Ishilove:
Add 10k to that 60k and it will be some people's salary. Na wa

The 60k is even more than some people’s salary.

rman:
I suspect Oni will make it while Gabe Vincent will be dropped . Okoye and Moneke can’t make this team. But they will be at the nations cup that comes up almost immediately after the Olympics

It will be tough to drop Gabe Vincent oh.. The team will need his 3-pointers

The Argies don’t know what hit them

Redman44:
Is jahil Okafor playing? I want to know.

Yes

End of 3rd quarter
Nigeria 74-55 Argentina

D’Tigers up by 13!!

Very impressive first half..

The one area where they can improve on is cutting down on the turnovers. At times, there is no need to rush the offensive play

Time out
Nigeria 6-6 Argentina

To be truthful, never believed i will see a day that our senior national team will beat Us,either male or female. Sleep no gree come again self.

Yes oh..
D’Tigers achieved the seemingly impossible: becoming the first African team (men or women) to defeat the U.S.

Mike Brown is the real deal. So it's been the coaching all along, no disrespect to all former coaches, but I was surprised at what I was seeing. Great game from the guys. Team USA played poorly, but our defending and hustling and technicality was top notch. 21 threes, I hope they stay this hot through the Olympics, but they need to attack the rim more. Some guys were very poor, but I am not counting it much, they played against Team USA so anyone can have a bad day. But that Agada na baller

Absolutely! Agada has already secured his spot on the plane to Tokyo; same for Gabe Vincent, and Achiuwa
