That's a tough one tho, many poor men leave the women that struggled with them for other ladies when they've made it. I can't waste my time with someone that'll hurt me later.

I can't marry a poor man, I don't want my kids to suffer. I want the best for my kids and for myself so why will I do that? I'm going to be very hardworking don't wanna be dependent on any man and I expect my future hubby to be hardworking also. You all should show him love, make home conducive and happy for him to stay. Tell your mum to dress sexy and stuffs like that, make him jealous if she can. And try to show him he is not the only one out there, she's not dependent on him while still showing love. One way to make someone change is showing them love while they're hurting you. If they have conscience, they'll stop.

It's not really that hard, I'm very shy even worse than you. You can sit close to him in class and when you guys are waiting for the class to start, you can just start with do you have any movie and if he says yes, you can ask what the movie is about things like that. It's better to make a subtle move like that sha...

That's creepy sha, taking someone's number from a group and start chatting. This is what should have done, sit close to him in class then start a conversation with him (I'm super shy too, maybe ask him for movies, it works lol). Then if you guys didn't talk up to the level of exchanging numbers, then you can do your WhatsApp method. But this time you introduce yourself (it's creepy talking to people you don't know), ask him about maybe something they taught you guys. You'd say you can't remember, stuff like that. Then you can start saying hi sometimes, but if he's not interested don't force yourself on him sha.

Only a selfish lady will behave that way. I won't let a guy spend on me unwisely, same way I won't spend for a guy (na me born you?). Asking a guy for transport fair after visit is just so cheap and stupid. The only time you can do that is when you don't have money and the person insist on you coming over.
To question, I can't spend for a guy, that's not my job. But I can gifts occasionally for him and pay for dates sometimes.
