I really have no idea how the castor oil sold at pharmacy is, but sure you can use it. The olive oil used by Christians are mostly refined so I wouldn't advise you to use it, unrefined one works better

This thread has really been helpful, I did the big chop two weeks ago after transitioning for about three months. Please I'm new and have a lot of questions.
*I wanna know if I can use the castor oil sold in the pharmacy?
*Is it the common olive oil some Christians use for anointing, the one you guy are talking about?
*Please is there any DIY style for a 3inches 4c hair type you guys can share?

You always start at the bottom never at the top. Female sexual health is what I do for a living. I also look at the audience I am talking to,access and finance. Rather than alarm someone as this could worsen things. Empathy does help.
[/i] [/b] Well that's your opinion, I see no harm in seeing a gynecologist. Every female should see one once in a while. [/b] [/i]

Thanks, I'll go through the threads. Good thing I still have some years before thinking of childbirth, maybe I'll outgrow the fear.

You don't need to be scared hun. God has given women the strength and you are no exception. Breastfeeding isn't painful neither does it make the nipples sore
Hmm, that's encouraging. But still scared of it tho.

Do you know what the term frigid means? It's not always physical it could be psychological as well
I guess you don't know vaginismus make someone frigid. That's why I suggested that she needs to see a gynecologist, there no harm going there. If it's a psychological problem then she'd be referred to a psychologist.

OP your problem is probably vaginismus, see a gynecologist ASAP.
What's Vaginismus?
Vaginismus, sometimes called vaginism, is a condition that affects a woman's ability to engage in vaginal penetration, including sexual intercourse, manual penetration, insertion of
tampons or menstrual cups, and the penetration involved in gynecological examinations (pap tests ). This is the result of an involuntary vaginal muscle spasm, which makes any kind of vaginal penetration painful or impossible.

A mother cooking for her daughter. What's so exceptional about it that you have to create a thread?
HealthRe: know These Baby Care Tips For First Time Mothers by Peachess(f):
I feel scared and uneasy each time I think of childbirth, common menstrual cramp is so painful not to talk about child birth
Is it true breastfeeding makes the nipple sore? But it's not painful when a guy sucks the boobs, so why's breastfeeding painful?
